This dentists office has been nothing but professional. The dental hygienists are great, as are the doctors. The Indian doctor we have is very quiet , but has done a fantastic job on our teeth. no complaints whatsoever.

I had a horrible experience at this dental office and I don't recommend it…read more I believe this was my dental office for a year. I had come here a couple of times for a cleaning and some x rays complaining of tooth pain. There was a specific doctor I had seen on this particular day for tooth pain. I don't remember her name and she didn't work much longer at this dental office after this incident happened. I went in for tooth pain on this particular day. When I got to the office, they did a visual check of the area where the tooth was that was in question. I couldn't pin point exactly which tooth but had an idea. It turns out, I was correct on which tooth was causing the pain. The technician took an x-ray and brought me back to the room to wait for the dentist to look at my x-ray. *I didn't see the x-ray that day! The dentist didn't ask or offer me to look and I didn't think to ask. The computer was behind my head. The dentist proceeded to tell me she didn't see anything on the x-ray and saw no visible signs of decay or anything unusual. She told me to come back in 2 WEEKS if the pain persisted or didn't get better. Welp, 2 DAYS later, I woke up with serious pain and swelling of the right side of my face! The side where the tooth was in question. I scanned around the left side of my mouth with my tongue to discover something that felt like a PLUMP BLUEBERRY! Oh, of course it's Saturday and I have school all day! I called the dentist and said I needed to be seen right away and explained the situation. They saw me in 30 min with a different dentist and she informed me I had a tooth abscess and they needed to drain it immediately. It was so tender, swollen and painful they could barley numb me to drain it! It took quite awhile and a lot of pain!! I asked why the previous dentist didn't catch the start of this 2 days earlier. She said it's not always possible to see the start of an abscess. We looked at the x-ray together and quickly discovered the tooth in question was not even in the x-ray that was taken!! The technician didn't get all the way to the back of my mouth and the tooth that has the abscess wasn't included in the x-ray! Why the first dentist didn't catch this is beyond me! I was livid! I said, well there's no way to know if it could've been caught because the tooth isn't even in the x-ray. They ended up waiving the emergency fee and charged me for the draining of the abscess and a couple other things. With that being said, I was charged some other fee or a higher fee than normal for this procedure because it was an emergency visit. Insert eye roll. Oh and insurance only covered part of it because it was an emergency visit. Insert another eye roll. Anyways, I kept coming to this dental office as long as the new dentist I saw would be my dentist. I had a root canal done, maybe 2. Don't judge me. She was great, but I could not stand the receptionists and BILLING! After almost every visit, i'd receive a bill in the mail saying I owed more money even though I paid what they said I owed at my appt. Please, get it togethe

It's this trust and reputation that keeps me coming back. Even at a time my insurance didn't work here I still came and paid out of pocket because this office is that good. I had a 40 year old gold crown fall off. Without really shopping around I went to this practice…read more The dentist took a "look" to see it had fallen off (the exam $100), and said it needed to be replaced, and used a temporary glue to hold it on until an appointment could be made weeks later for a new one. That TEMPORARY glue cost another $209. Less than 24 hours later that crown fell off even tho I did not chew at all on that side. At that point I started calling around for another dentist, Found out with those calls that in pricing a new replacement crown, other dentists were as much as $800 dollars less. I ended up seeing another dentist that not only "looked" (the exam) at the tooth with the missing crown, also took an xray, cleaned up and repaired the crown, reattached it and the bill was $150 total. So the conclusion here is that this dental group is overpriced and up sells for profit. They refused to refund the "look" bill. My suggestion...call around for pricing, and if the opportunity is there, go elsewhere.

Front end team is amazing (+1 for coordinating a New Years Eve appointment to have braces on) 2. For a emergency the locked in the appointment via email within minutes 3. Cost - Very reasonable but not "cheap" of "value based" (and no extra fee's)
