If I could give this practice negative stars, I would. I ordered my Invisalign treatment through…read morethem in August. I paid in full and my insurance was charged immediately. They told me a month. I followed up every month through December asking about what the delay was, where they told me that Invisalign just hadn't made the trays yet. I explicitly asked if they needed anything from me. They said no. In December for my cleaning, they realized they missed taking images needed. They told me to come back later that month. I called that day because I was not sure my trays would be in. They said they were. At my 3:00 appointment I was not only seen a half hour late but they didn't have my trays! There has been no reimbursement or attempt to make it right. The practice is sloppy, and care for customer is zero if not negative. Again I paid in full and my insurance was fully charged. At this point, going to another practice would be a pain since I would have to reverse my insurance and I already selected a different dental plan. This is not cheap, and it's been a half year delay. Horrible practice, do not recommend or support. I will be leaving immediately and I advise anyone else to stay far away. I am incredibly disappointed and angry. If they do attempt to make this right in any way (they expedited the delivery, but that's laughable as an acceptable solution given it's been a half year), I will update this review. I hope people can at least benefit from my horrible experience by staying away.
