Mike came promptly at the appointed time, and he was able to give me an estimate within 15 mins after reviewing the amount of time and work needed to be preformed. I was unsure that he would be able to get out the dings on the roof of my hardtop convertible, but he was able to get those out and the ding on the passenger door. The two dings on the driver's side, Mike was able to get out 1 completely but the other one there was still a slight ding but he got out most of it. I think those 2 dings were difficult get out as the dings were close together. Regardless I was very happy overall with the service Mike provided, he is extremely professional and his experience with paintless dent removal is evident. This time someone replied saying... We are sorry but we are not giving out anymore estimates at this time since our employees are away spending the holidays with there family's. I don't know of any Holiday that falls on December 20th. I don't know of any auto repair shop that turns away customers. For the looks of it this company has poor ethics and costumer service.
