His inspection and assessment was that if he did repair it there was a high probability that it would eventually pop out. "Oil can" effect. Passed up a $500 job. Suggested I go with a body shop. I was in a bind. I needed a new, accidental, child-produced dent removed from the roof of my show car before a big car show just a few days away. A couple weeks ago some nut the size between a golf ball/tennis ball fell onto the roof of my car. I did a Google search and found A2Z PDR. I called and left a message. Mike called me back within the hour and we set up a day/time for him to evaluate the damage. Mike arrived promptly on the day we agreed to and said it wouldn't be a problem getting it out. Now because of the location and it just being a dent, I told Mike I'd be willing to work around HIS schedule. We set up a day that worked for both of us. Today was the day and Mike arrived on-time and performed the repair. It was like it never happened. This might be what he does for a living but it's a small miracle IMO. When he was done I jokingly told him I hope I don't have to call you again but if I do I'm not even going to sweat it (not that I did anways) In closing I should also mention that my particular insurance paid him directly and he took care of the details there as well, I let the insurance and A2Z speak to each other and cut me, the middle man, OUT of it and I really appreciated that!!
