Just bought a "new to me" Audi that was less than a year old and I wanted to correct the only blemishes on an otherwise new metallic black car. Brad gave me an estimate for a ding and a 3 inch crease. This was my first experience with paintless dent repair. The estimate was reasonable and it was explained how the repair would be done. I admit I was skeptical but felt it was worth the chance to avoid having more traditional bodyshop work done. I set up the appointment and was given a loaner for the day while the repair was made. I got a door ding on my M3 and needed it fixed quickly, as I couldn't stand the site of it. JP greeted me as I drove up and did a quick inspection under the lights (including this crazy light gadget, that really made the dent even more noticeable). It was late in the day, so we scheduled for the next morning. I arrived on time and they got to work. I walked to Starbucks, just around the corner and did some work on my laptop. JP called and said the car was ready, after roughly an hour or so. He said it could possibly take 2 hours, so that was great news. I walked up to the car and I kid you not, I could not see any trace of a dent on the car. NOTHING. It's like it never happened. I talked to Paul, who is THE MAN, when it comes to dents. He explained the process and we chatted for a bit. If you need a dent repaired, DO NOT take it to a body shop before you see Paul. Simply the best. I'd give 10 stars if Yelp would let me. read more

I went to Dentmasters and met with Pete, who was extremely helpful. Even though Dentmasters could not fix the scrape on my car, he gave me two referrals and I am having the work done by one of them. I really appreciated his going out of his way to not only give me the referrals, but also identify the part numbers of what needed to be fixed! I recommend Dentmasters if you ever have any dents big or small on your car. They really know how to put your car back into clear cut almost new condition. Customer service is also very good. Very nice and friendly. They were quick and to the point with estimates. They were also able to be fair with pricing on any small dents they couldn't fully repair. They also allowed customers to have a loaner car free of charge while they are working on your car. My only complaint is that it is not so easy to find the place/building since it's behind Enterprise car rentals. I've mentioned the sign just along Spring Hill Road helps, but once you hit the pitch fork at Enterprise car rentals and signs saying it is private properties, it was hard to figure out how to get through to Dentmasters. I did bring it up, so hope they can put some flags or additional signs. read more

When you see this many positive reviews, it's kind of hard to believe they're for real...until you experience the amazing service yourself! I got a dent on the side of my brand new, 2 week old Mercedes! I was practically in tears when I brought my car in to Brad. He is so friendly and personable and I'm sure he is the reason they have 5 star reviews! He felt my pain and wanted to help but he was honest in telling me the difficulties of fixing the dent I got, which was on the back driver's side door along a seam. He told me he could not promise me 100% improvement so just to shop around, I went to a car shop and was quoted $1500 for the repair. I decided to take a chance with Dentmasters instead. Being able to afford paying out of pocket, knowing that I would get my car back that same day and seeing how great their customer service was, were deciding factors in my decision. My car only took a few hours and they even gave me a free loaner car so I could continue to go about my day. When I went to pick up my car, I could tell Brad was not very satisfied with what they presented to me. The dent was pretty much gone but if you looked really hard, you could still see there was a little something. He never promised me 100% so I was fine with it. Brad even charged me less than the original estimate because he felt they did not deliver. The next day Brad contacted me and told me he had been thinking about my car all night! Seriously what a guy!! There was someone he thought could improve my dent another 10-15% and he was happy to do it without charging me any more. I brought my car in again a week later and he was not kidding! These guys are magicians and true artists! It's like I never dented my car at all! The quality of work is amazing and the fact that they called me back for another shot just shows how much pride they take in their work. The whole process is so quick and easy and their pricing is very fair. I typically leave negative reviews on here but when a company is this exceptional, I take the time to drop a positive line! Brad was incredibly friendly and took the time up front to explain the process they'd be using to repair a few dents and scratches on my vehicle. He gave me a detailed estimate which was lower than several others I had received. He also offered me the use of a loaner while they worked on my Jeep but I decided to walk over to the nearby Starbucks and only had to wait for less than 2 hours. He kept me informed during the process and spent time with me afterwards to show me the work they had performed. I have to admit that I had high expectations given the reviews I had read but was still amazed how great my car looked after they were done. I arrived in the afternoon and both Pete and Brad looked at and gave me a very reasonable estimate and told me to bring it the next morning. These guys were great! Pete and Paul did a phenomenal job! I had an small irregular dent that was located in a very tough spot. Normal body shop was quoting me at around $500 to fix the dent, and that was just a rough estimate. They wanted me to drop my vehicle off for a few days. I Googled paint-less dent repair and it came back to several in the area. I read their review, was a bit skeptical and thought to give them a shot. I went to Dent Masters just to stop by and see what they were about. Without delay they gave me a quote of $195 for the cost of work and told me they could do it that day in a few hours. They did not have to paint, all that they did was pop the dent out and made the spot look brand new. There is no sign that there is even a dent there. For the few hours I was without my vehicle, they provided a loaner. The loaner was not a pretty car nor that clean inside, but it got me around and back to work. Saved me at least $300 and time. My less than two month old new car apparently was a magnet for an errant shopping cart, which resulted in a ding and scrape (though not through the paint). I sent in a "quick quote" via the website and was called with a quote. The next day, Steven came out to do the fix...and did he! After one hour, the ding was gone and the scrape buffed out. You cannot tell that anything happened to my new car! Fast response, fixed in one hour at my home (!) and for a very reasonable price. Dentmasters does it again! I'd previously used the Rockville location because it's so close, but this time I used the Tyson's location because they could fit me in on Veteran's Day. JP responded to my email in a timely manner, setting up my appointment. The rates are reasonable, and results are probably better than a body shop. Paul is a real professional, and under promised, while over delivering -- a sign of experience and proof he knows how to provide real customer service.
