I scheduled an appointment on July 10, 2019 and Brad H. of the Tyson's Corner location did the initial assessment of my pristine, low mileage and highly modified 2006 Mustang GT. The damage, a passenger side door ding that was right on the crease, was a parking lot incident. I made a conscious effort to park as far away from other cars as possible and was only away for 15 minutes. But as Murphy's Law would have it, that wasn't enough. It's unfortunate how careless people are nowadays, but I digress Brad was very professional and friendly and even though the initial assessment turned out to entail a much more complicated repair, I was prepared to pay whatever price to return my car to its original pristine condition. However, I was surprised to find that I would have to re-schedule the work for another day due to the additional complexity - passenger door would have to be removed in order to use the wiring harness access hole to perform the results I was looking for. But they managed to fit me in the very next day. When I arrived the next morning, I was provided a loaner car free of charge and told they would call me when the car was ready. I expected a phone call in the afternoon, but was pleasantly surprised when I received the call only 2 hours later! I've had plenty of experience with the work of other Paintless Dent Removal companies in the past, so I knew a dent could be repaired with no sign of damage and that's exactly what I got with DentMasters. Overall, I was very happy with the end results, with the professionalism, the friendliness of the employees and that I even got a free loaner car out of the deal. While I paid more than I initially expected, I would have paid much more. You get what you pay for and I would definitely recommend DentMasters of Tysons Corner for your paintless dent removal needs. My Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was parked in the street of Baltimore and unfortunately a hail storm came and created over 50 dents and dinks. The car was six month old with only 5000 miles and naturally I was distressed. As the car is practically brand new, I did not want to repair the car by "bondo and repaint." I want to preserve the factory finish which is of course much better than paint jobs by any body shop. Fortunately, I found Dentmasters of Tysons Corners based on the fantastic review rating here. Paul and JP in this shop are very pleasant to work with. They are sincere, honest and professional. I went through three companies for estimates and they were the only one that took the time to use the light fixture to identify each and every dent and dink with me watching. Discussing with Paul just gave me the confidence that he can make all these dents disappear. They also repeated the same procedure for the insurance company to justify and convince the insurance company of the accuracy of their estimate. When they finally performed the job, it only took a day of work. Since there were so many dinks and dents, I was expecting to accept the work even if it is not 100%, but with a couple hard-to-notice tiny dinks. To my pleasant surprise, almost all the dents and dinks were gone. There was only one dink left and no trace of any dents or dinks ever there before. Paul apologized for missing that one and within ten to twenty minutes, fixed that one for me. The car was then 100% perfect. I could not find any dent or dink under their light fixture that day and periodically under the sunlight last three days. Paul is just a skillful craftsman in this PDR field. I hit some soft object in my garage with my 2012 Prius. It was either a trash bag or cardboard box, but it was enough to cause a very noticeable puckered dent in the front fender. Luckily, it was a smooth deformed warp with no scratch, but it was deep enough. I guess one advantage of the newer style "flimsy" bumpers is that they can sometimes bend without actually cracking. I called this Tysons location and they said I could just come in Monday morning. I came a little early and they immediately assessed the condition and told me that this would take about 2 or 3 hours. They agreed with my idea of just hanging out at the nearby Starbucks. I had my laptop and could do my work using wifi. Anyway, I got a call from them in only about an hour saying the work was completed. I walked back and saw my car parked in the front. The fender was now perfect like new again. I reclosed the car hood because it was slighly ajar. They had to open the hood to do the work. I went into the office to handle the payment. It was all very quick because they use the latest credit card payment technology. The repair price was a little over $200, which is less than many typical car maintenance costs. When I was driving back, they called me to let me know that the hood was slightly ajar and that I should close it. That was nice of them, but I already noticed and re-closed the hood before settling my account. I would definitely go back if something like this happens again, which I hope not. How, if I get into a major collision, I pretty much need to go where my insurance company suggests, but I would certainly ask if I would be allowed to use Dentmasters. read more

I recently purchased a new car for my wife and experienced the unfortunate outcome while at service. The hood was dented from the inside out (an inverted dent) and the car is only three weeks old. I contacted Dent Masters™ one evening (via the web) for a quote and to discuss my concern, within the next business morning I received a response from James Powell. He assisted me in scheduling a time that was most convenient for me and agreed to meet me at one of their certified locations, Craftsman Auto Body, Inc. in Purcellville, VA - Thankfully 10 minutes from my home. I'm not a big reviewer, but the service that Pete and Paul provided warrants a review and 5 stars. I'm sure all the Dentmasters places do good work, but my car had been turned away by some other PDR shops because of the location of the dent on the 'dog leg' just in front of the right rear wheel, but not on the door. Anyway, I consulted with Pete and Paul and they tackled the job head on. Paul, who was more than happy to discuss the technical aspects of the job in detail, has 15 years of experience, and promised to do his best on the job but didn't overpromise. When I came in to get the car in the afternoon, it looked perfect. I was almost unimpressed because my car looked the way it was supposed to - absolutely dent free. Paul described the variety of techniques he used and the level of effort involved in the job, which really gave me an appreciation for PDR work. He is definitely an artist. I would highly recommend this location for even the most challenging dent repair. Other details: I still ended up paying several hundred dollars for my large dent and 3 small door dings, but this was still 1/3 the price that I had been quoted by area body shops. The actual shop is a bit hard to find, tucked in the back between an Enterprise rent-a-car and the Aston Martin dealer. I was planning on selling my 3 year old Mazda3 and needed to smooth out a dent on the front side fender, years worth of parallel-parking paint scuffs and scrapes on the bumper, and some hood scratches from pebbles encountered during a road trip. Both the dealership's body shop and Suburban Auto Body quoted me $400 and $300 more, respectively, than the estimate I ended up getting at Dentmasters. I was really impressed when Paul told me honestly that they could only guarantee a 90% improvement on the fender dent because of its complex structure, and it may be worth it to just have the panel replaced at the dealership. I didn't feel pressured at all and it was helpful to understand all my options. I figured hey, why go to a body shop and have the panels totally replaced when I can get a metalworking expert to just fix the existing part? I went ahead and left my car over the weekend. When called to pick up my car and told the manager Brad that I wanted it as soon as possible, he actually stayed after closing to allow me to pick up the car. The bumper and hood look like new and the side dent is not even noticeable. They even gave me a call the next day to make sure everything looked satisfactory in the daylight! I have literally never had a better experience with a business. I had discovered some rather extensive hail damage on my car and had just gone to Geico to get a repair estimate when I happened to be drive by and saw the DentMasters sign. Within minutes they had given me a quote (that exceeded the quote Geico was going to pay, but they also did a much more thorough inspection) and I got to play with their new shop dog while I was waiting :-) That same day they submitted the supplement request to insurance and I got a call saying I could bring my car in tomorrow and they'd try to have it back next day. Low and behold, right on time I got my car back (Paul even offered to come get me if I needed a ride, which I didn't but it was nice anyway!) and they even polished my tires which had previously had a huge amount of baked on brake dust. The car looks totally amazing and just like it never happened. The best thing though was that everyone I met there were incredibly personable and professional. I could tell that they had my best interests in mind and really took care to make it work with my schedule. I got a door ding in the side of my car. A careless kid swung his door wide and smacked the side of my door. Tesla Sentry mode caught it all on film, but that is a story for another time. I took the car to Brad at Dentmasters for an estimate. His price was very, slightly higher than his competitors (a delta of like $20-$25). But his service was so much more convenient. He offers a loaner included in the estimate. His store is literally 60 yards from a metro station. I brought my car to him on a Saturday morning. It was done by noon. It looks spectacular. I literally cannot see where the dent used to be. His guys must be magicians. Look... Us guys who drive Teslas... We're a high maintenance bunch, generally speaking. Plus, Teslas are tricky to fix. The doors are aluminum. Yes, even in the Model 3, the doors are aluminum, which is harder to work with. Plus there is a hidden structural strap that blocks access to the body line on the doors. You know, the exact spot where a door ding would occur. Brad and his team fixed my car. It looks great. I'm sad to say, that I expect to get other door dings in the future. I will have zero hesitation going back to Dentmasters. read more

After reading numerous positive reviews in YELP, I took my Audi S3 to Dentmasters Tyson's Corner on 29 January 2020 to determine whether they could repair a circa 4"x4.5" dent in the left front fender. There was no paint damage, which suggested an invasive fix by a body shop could be avoided. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Brad Hodgson. He immediately looked at the vehicle, assessed the damage, provided me an estimate, assured me the repair could be completed by the afternoon, and offered me a free loaner. I was out the door within minutes. As promised, the car was ready by mid-afternoon. I must say that I was impressed with the outcome. While Mr. Hodgson claimed that there were still some imperfections in the sheet metal, it would be difficult for an untrained eye to detect them even in direct sunlight. My car is whole again! Highly recommended. Great experience. Nice to know there is a cost effective alternative to body shops in some cases. FYI, access the shop via the Kiss and Ride entrance to the Spring Hill Metro Station. There is a small sign on Spring Hill Road as one approaches Route 7 from the East, but it is difficult to see. read more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING DENT REMOVAL!!! Paul/Pete are very professional and do GREAT work!! I have used them twice and both times I have had perfect results! A couple of years ago, I had a rather large dent in my front quarter panel of my truck. I called Dentmaster to see if they would come to my place of business to remove the dent. Paul called to let me know he was outside and I came out to unlock my vehicle. About 45 minutes later, my phone rang to let me know he was done. I could not even tell where the dent was!! Last Thursday, a co-worker was parked next to me when the wind took his door and slammed his door into mine... Leaving behind 2 pretty good sized dents. I took my car to the dealership, where they recommend Dentmaster! I did not think Dentmaster would be able to fix the dents (one had a sharp edge). I left my car with Paul and he said it could take 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Within 30 minutes, we received a phone call from Pete, letting us know that our car was ready. Once again, I was not able to point out where the dents were. I am absolutely AMAZED with the results of Dentmaster! I will use the for years to come!! read more

Listen, if you have a dent on your car, you have to bring it to these guys. I had a brand new 2016 Suburban. On a super windy day, the wind blew the driver's side door fully open right into a brick pillar, leaving a long dent down the entire side of the driver's side door. I was in shock, as I just drove the car off the lot 4 weeks earlier! I read the reviews for a number of dent places, thinking the door would have to be stripped down, repainted, etc. I brought it to Dentmasters, and for less than $250 they got the dent COMPLETELY out while I waited at Starbucks. You literally cannot see ANY evidence of the dent. The whole thing was incredible to me. I had no idea this could even be done. Do not hesitate if you are thinking about bringing your car to these guys. Also, the only thing I would add is that the staff is extremely courteous. The guys, like JP, really want to help you and are excited about their jobs, which is pretty rare. When a passenger in my one-week-old Volvo XC90 T8 opened a door at a gas station on a very windy day, the door smacked into a nearby low pole. The result was a 6-inch dent in the door, on a fold, with two little paint chips included in the damage. Being a car nut (I own a 29-year-old 911 with not a single dent, EVER) I was devastated!!! Luckily, our insurance company directed us to Dentmasters on SpringHill Rd in Vienna, VA. This business is THE BEST on so many levels! They are professional in every respect. An appointment is scheduled promptly, an appraisal is offered with all options for the customer noted and the preferred option for repair is recommended. Great experience all the way around! From the initial contact over the phone to the actual repair I found Dentmasters in Tysons Corner to be professional and very helpful. My 2011 Infiniti G37 had two small dents, one of which had slight creasing and both dents were not in the middle of the door but near the end which made the job more difficult due to reduced access. In spite of these challenges, the repair performed by Cyress was beautiful and rated a 95% improvement, but honestly unless you were looking for the repair at an extreme angle, you would NEVER see it! I couldn't be more pleased. I did not have an appointment, but not only did they fit me into their schedule, they also made sure I had a ride to and from the mall so I did not have to wait on the premises for the repair to be completed. I was told the repair could take as long as 3 hours, but that it would likely be done in 2 hours. The time estimate was spot on and I received a call 2 hours after dropping my car off. Just left Dentmasters and I couldn't be happier! First of all, I may have the highest degree of OCD of any human I know. So ... when I backed into my trash can with my brand new 2020 car that was just a couple months old ... I was so upset with myself. It was a small dent, but in a tricky area on my car. Dentmasters did a beautiful job making it perfect! And when I say perfect ... it truly is! Brad was super amazing at sending me a message from my initial call. They were already closed, but he messaged to let me know he would call Monday. Sure enough ... as promised he called and they were quickly able to schedule me the next day. And ... My son just bought his prized 2013 Challenger R/T and, with less than 500 miles, he clipped our plastic trash can pulling out of the driveway. I was standing right there and I was ill, possibly more so than he was. There was about a three inch crease and a ding in the left fender on an otherwise mint condition car. I took it to Dentmasters because I had heard great things about them and I thought that my situation was custom made for their expertise. I was right! It is a rarity in today's commercial world to not only have your expectations met but exceeded. I was totally impressed with the customer courtesy and professionalism of the two man team at Dent Masters Tysons. Paul was my POC and he was knowledgeable, professional and personable.... what a combo. My Buick had two door dings on contour lines and a few small kisses from car doors and shopping carts that made me cringe every time I removed it from the garage. I anticipated a complete paint job to restore it's original sleek design and appearance but Paul made those flaws disappear in less than a day. We decided to come to this location to get a big dent and some door dings on our car fixed based on amazing reviews. But JP and Paul really exceeded our already good perception of them. Not only were they patient and professional at handling by many questions and emails but when I got there to get a quote, they explained everything thoroughly without having once tried to push me into anything. They were very professional and friendly. They also gave me a good quote for the damage. They even had a courtesy loaner car for me to use. But what was really amazing about them is that I had accidentally gotten the loaner car locked with the keys in the ignition with my kids inside. I went to the Tysons Corner, VA Dentmasters last week to request a free estimate for removing a dent on my SUV. The quoted price was very affordable. In the course of my visit, I asked Brad to verify whether what looked like scratch marks on my SUV were scratches or dirt. Brad momentarily left and returned with a rag and a small bottle of some kind of liquid in his hand. One by one Brad removed every one those marks (about 13 of them) that were on my vehicle. This took a few minutes. Brad did not charged me and I could not persuade Brad to accept a nice tip! I went back two days later to give Bead that tip and he was not working that day. My next day off is approaching and I am going back to give Brad that tip! It's well deserved. I received excellent customer service! I highly recommend using the Tyson's Corner Dentmasters.
