The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!

I've been in a research program with an insulin pump device and have been trained by Sadia and kept on regularly scheduled check-ins and phone calls. She's so friendly and patient. Dr. Haque and Aimee listen to me and offers recommendations to help me succeed as a person loving with diabetes. As I was leaving, Rachel and Edith helped me to schedule my next appointment and print out my lab orders for my next visit. I love this office and this team of professionals! They're all just nice, friendly, and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Haque and his team!

Never suggested I had any other problem. I am a middle age, obese lady so I was lumped into that category from the start. No hormone test were ordered, or even discussed. The entire appointment was focused on my weight and age basically. After confirming my thyroid was good, no other mention of any of my current medicines, no questions about family history, nothing. If I had seen this Dr and weighed 120 lbs, I'm not sure what he would've had to discuss. What warrants ordering a hormone panel? I thought a hormone specialist would be exactly who does this? I took off work, drove an hour for absolutely nothing. And if I am deemed obese, nothing was addressed for that either. A total complete waste for both of us.

I have only had to wait longer than 15 minutes a couple of times in all these years. Personally, I have learned to go to any doctor expecting to wait as there can be good reasons why they run behind at times. Once I have been seen I have had thorough and compassionate care. In fact, on one "semi-emergency" appointment, the entire staff went way above and beyond the bounds of a "regular" appointment to listen carefully, do the needed testing and diagnosis and prescribe what was needed to help me. The whole staff stayed almost 20 minutes over closing time to see that I was cared for. I will add here that Dr. Anbarasu's Denton office is not the fanciest, but I don't care about that because Dr. A and her entire staff are "five star" practitioners.

Solis failed to send the results to me. I called and requested the results, and was told they would send them that day. Three-plus weeks later, I had not received the results. I called again. Had to go through Solis' call center. Takes at least 20 minutes for them to connect me to Denton. Another 15 minutes for Denton to answer. Denton now claims I have to come in to sign paperwork (again) or print out a form from the Solis' website and send it to Solis before Solis will release my results to me. (Other labs have always sent me a copy via mail or email of my test results.) And the staff member I talked with thought it was humorous--actually laughed--that I was annoyed Solis had not sent my results. I won't use Solis again.

Everyone I dealt with was very kind, helpful and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to put my concerns at ease, especially Rebecca! The initial appointment process is not with the people in the office. I received an automated call and text a few days after the referral. The message directed for a call back or to schedule an appointment online. When going to the website, you have to choose your location and choose from 15 min increments for appointments.  I opted to call back, but it does route you to someone who makes appointments for all the locations. I do want to say the woman who scheduled me was very polite and patient, answered all my questions and made sure to tell me things I wouldn't know since it was my first time, such as not wearing any deodorant, perfume or lotion to the appointment.  The Rayzor Ranch location was booked until after the New Year, but she suggested this location because they had openings, including Saturdays! That was so convenient with my work schedule, but I think some of her info was outdated as she referred to this location as Denton Regional (correct address, but it's the Professional Building next to Medical City, Suite 211) and told me to be at least 15 minutes early to my 7:45am appointment. While they are open 7am-4:30pm on weekdays, they didn't even open until a few minutes before 7:45am on Saturday. These discrepancies didn't bother me, but I could see someone being upset/anxious because of it. The website doesn't have these discrepancies.  What I absolutely love is their system automatically reminds you of the appointment via text and email multiple times. My appointment was on a Saturday and I received those reminders the Monday and Friday of both that week and the week before. The reminders also give you the option to reschedule, so I was actually very comfortable making the next appointment during registration, because I knew I wouldn't have to keep track of the dates insurance would cover and rescheduling is so easy. While in the registration process, I heard several interesting things. One was they had some sort of translator that they were using on a phone call- fancy technology. Another, is that someone was paying out of pocket without insurance and it was $72, not bad compared to other medical procedures. Lyssa helped me with the fairly short registration process. There were only 2 slight delays and both had to do with my PCP not forwarding all my information with the referral. They need to scan a physical insurance card and if you are like me, with only a digital one, they will need to text you a link to upload it. The text didn't work after 3 times, but an email with the link worked just fine. The other part was the family medical history, I have a detailed sheet of my family medical history, but I didn't bring it with me because I thought it was sent from my PCP and this made me anxious that I wasn't prepared to go off my memory with only 1 cup of coffee as support. However, she assured me it was ok if I was unsure of ages etc and to just fill out what I could for breast and ovarian cancer. After I entered the 5th family member, she empathetically told me it was enough and that I clearly had a strong family history and should definitely keep up with the annual appointments. This was the opposite of any medical experience I've had in the last 2 years as I have been blown off by PCP's and insurance companies in an attempt to get testing suggested by my father's oncologist. Rebecca was also emphatic about me keeping up with my appointments because I have such a strong family history. I swear, these women made me feel so validated on this topic without any prompting- what a breath of fresh air! They walked me back to a very clean waiting room with multiple changing rooms and lockers to undress from the waist up and put on what is essentially a pancho in scrub form. You put your items in lockers with keys that have celebrity names (I got Lucille Ball) and take the key on a bracelet and wait in a chair. This process was impressively efficient and fast, I sat less than 90 seconds before Rebecca called me and walked me down the hallway to where the scans are done. She had a great beside manner and did a great job of explaining the entire process to me and putting me at ease. She was thorough and did one of the 4 scans again to ensure it was clear, asking me if I was okay and encouraging me throughout. The entire process was less than 10 minutes and completely painless and I felt comfortable and respected the entire time. She was a complete blessing.  After that, I was done and out as the registration process takes care of all scheduling/payment in advance. I received the results via email early Tuesday. I can't believe it was so easy!

Michelle gives shots and IVs so painlessly and quickly I wouldn't have known I got them if she hadn't insured I knew all about my care. The doc is also awesome. Came in to see me in less than 5 minutes and obviously possessed a plethora of medical knowledge. This being a delayed reaction, it isn't an easy case to identify and treat. Very happy I came here.

A family member of mine visited this facility during 3rd shift (sometime between 2a-3a) this week…read moreand was treated terribly. They went in and was not greeted properly or taken seriously. The male nurse at the check-in desk made him feel as if he didn't belong there because he didn't "look sick." When my family member got to the back, he was given a breathing treatment and was left in the room over 20 minutes after it completed. He also told the healthcare provider that he hadn't eating in over 10 hours and they still proceeded to give him medication that needed to be taken with food. When he got back home, he was vomiting all over the place. When he got his diagnosis, the male nurse (same person who checked him in) was surprised! He shouldn't have judged a book by it's cover. Just because a person doesn't look well does not mean they don't feel well in their body! Again, he was made to feel as if he just wandered in there off the street. We have wonderful insurance (even if we did not, it shouldn't make a difference b/c healthcare providers should treat each person the same). This family member is a college student in his senior year and needed the help and what does he get? Mistreatment and prejudice! I told him to not visit this place again; at least not on the 3rd shift. The people there obviously didn't want to do their jobs! High reviews? How? I'm very concerned for my family member to get care being so far from home while in college. THIS is why I worry because of people like this! Shame on you, "Total" Care.

I am a 24 yr military veteran and get insurance through my employer that provides free annual…read morephysical check ups. I've done this every year with no charge. I went to this clinic and was assured they would provide a physical and accept the insurance at no cost. Their staff coded it incorrectly and have charged me for the physical. I physically went to ask and they told me they would correct. Months later I get a collections notice. I contacted insurance and they have said it should be 100% covered but that it was coded incorrectly. I have gone over it multiple times with their rude staff and they still refuse to correct. See picture for evidence. If you have a choice to go somewhere else it is probably best to do so. Not worth the hassle if they code their services incorrectly because they don't listen even when insurance provider explains it was coded incorrectly.
