What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. Just a lil more attention and effort would be nice! I'll be back for sure just some feed back to work off from. As I've been coming here for years definitely my favorite DICKS AROUND

I was referred here last year, by Lon, at Burton Boulder (see that review, even though that shop is sadly now closed), after a Vail Resorts Breckenridge employee broke my bindings (90s era vintage) and cracked the top surface of my 1999 Burton Freedom Victoria Jealouse board, after I'd linked it to a rack, that they moved without any care whatsoever, while I was inside the lodge using the loo, drinking water, and grabbing a snack mid-mountain. Though I worked with Vail to reimburse me for their mistake, it was a gift card towards an EPIC Pass for this season, with no snow, so I've only ridden twice, and now I saw that they didn't just break my bindings, they also cracked my favorite of three boards I currently own. I also made them retrain their staff, and they posted signs. Tom, understanding all this, compassionately gave me a free wax & edge sharpen today (THANK YOU!), after I paid for one last year, given Lon told me i can trust Tom, and Lon is correct: Tom is trustworthy. But the further you go out from the food court, you will find other stores that don't seem named brand. It's usually means that it's not a super high-end mall. Nonetheless it was still fun to walk around, and my son loved the play place near the food court.
