Horrible customer service experience tonight with Lisa and the manager on duty. It's sad to think of other customers having to go through this kind of treatment. I came in around 8pm and at 8:30pm asked to have fabric cut--30 minutes before closing. I was told they could only cut three fabrics due to it being so close to closing time. We had wanted 6 fabrics cut but decided not to push the issue. Lisa cut two, then stopped early to begin closing down the store. At 8:53pm--still before closing--she refused to cut the last fabric, claiming it would take "5 to 10 minutes" to cut one piece of 3-yard fabric. That excuse is absurd. Measuring and cutting fabric is basic service, and there was still time left before the store officially closed. When Emerson stepped up to help, she was directly told by Lisa and the manager not to serve us. This was after we had already spent about $150 on fabric and other items. Refusing service to paying customers who are well within store hours is unacceptable. I understand not wanting to keep staff past closing, but when a customer is in the store before closing time, they should receive service until that time--not be dismissed early. Tonight's interaction was dismissive, unprofessional, and damaging to Michael's reputation for customer service. I will be escalating this to Michael's corporate management, because I believe the company would not condone the way this store treated its customers.

There are SO many choices when it comes to what army to start with, and what units within that army, and it was hard for him to choose without any experience with any of them. Ken, the store manager, was incredibly helpful in asking questions to help my son find the best army for the playstyle he wanted. It should have been an easy $100 sale for the store, they said they had to have a list sent in online, which is reasonable, I asked if I sent them a list now could they have if before close. Again, this was 6 cards in two hours. there were 4 staff present and no customers at the counter. 3 of the staff were leaning and scrolling on their phones. I was told "No" I took that list of cards to another local shop and happily gave them the $100. I also had the cards pulled in 15 minutes. Was able to find about 3 different cards of my favorite Pokémon when I wasn't expecting to find any. Just wish it had a bit more of a crowd, every time I've gone in there, there isn't many people sitting at the tables looking to trade or playing games.

What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. Just a lil more attention and effort would be nice! I'll be back for sure just some feed back to work off from. As I've been coming here for years definitely my favorite DICKS AROUND
