The beer here is always great with a nice variety. We ate a meal for the first time and it was good. The smash burger was delicious, the French dip was not great at all, the ajus was even worse (like salt water). The biggest issue Is that you pay $16-18 for an entree and it comes with a side salad (mind you it's literally lettuce and dressing - that's it!!) and there's no choice to upgrade to fries. If you want fries you have to order the app. Kinda crazy. For that minus 1 star. Will stick to only appetizers from now on. Not worth the $$!

We popped in here on a Thursday night for their "late night happy hour" which is after 8pm on weekdays. For the happy hour, some of their beers are $5 and they also have some food specials. They do have a couple ciders and a seltzer but none of them were on happy hour unfortunately. I tried the lavender cider which was unique and tasted good! There was definitely a strong lavender flavor to the drink. The brewery was pretty packed for a Thursday night. I'll definitely come back and try the dry cider and some of the food which looked great too.

This place has such a fun, welcoming vibe, and the employees and service were absolutely fantastic. It didn't feel like anyone had strictly assigned tables, instead, everyone just took care of everyone, which made the experience feel relaxed and genuinely friendly. Ordering was electronic, everything came out incredibly fast, and most importantly, the food and drinks were delicious. I also really appreciated the family-friendly and pet-friendly environment. My daughter has dogs, and I'm allergic, so when I visit her in Colorado I don't get to spend time at her house. But at the same time, I feel bad if we're out all day/night and her dogs are left home alone. Finding places that are dog-friendly (but outdoors) where I can keep a comfortable distance from pet hair and dander is the perfect compromise for us. Each visit, we're always on the lookout for places like this, and I'm so glad we finally tried Denver Beer Co. It checked all the boxes and made our time together that much more enjoyable... and the dogs loved all of the pets they got from the other customers! We'll definitely be back on future visits.

Nice area with friendly staff. Tried a variety of the fruitier beers/drinks and they were all top notch. Ended up sitting outside for a bit and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The inside is also spacious and the music isn't played too loud so it's a good spot if you want to enjoy talking with others or for a casual date.

Also another favorite brewery of mine when in Colorado!! The smoked wings are an absolute must for me. Great selection of beer on tap, indoor and outdoor seating available and the service was fantastic.

Great variety of beer. Decent seating inside but lots of picnic tables and options outside! Right on downing so parking can be tight. Super fun place and vibe!

We went here on a Monday afternoon around 2pm and there were a handful of tables full. The atmosphere is great as were all the servers! The beer and cider were good and the food was decent. We ordered the brisket street tacos and the farmhouse sandwich and felt the brisket was a little dry and the sandwich was chicken thigh when I assumed it would be breast (which is just a personal preference - the menu didn't specify and I should have asked since I don't like chicken thighs).

We had a great time here! It was a beautiful day that gave the option of sitting outside or inside, with the inside being opened up for the fresh air to still flow in. Ample seating, solid playlist, super friendly staff. My wife and I enjoyed their impressive drink selection and I had some tasty tacos while we played a classic board game from their selection. If we lived in Denver I think we would be here often.

Amazing beer selection! Molly was the best! She gave us so much info on the area! We even purchased some glasses! I loved the art mural and the outdoor space (event tho it was cold for us to sit outside).

Service, great! Ambiance, perfect! Beer, tasty and refreshing! Food, meh. Visiting from Austin, we were exciting to explore what Denver has to offer. Their seasonal Pumpkin Ale met our needs perfectly with body and taste. Paired well with the Rancher Sandwich (all the meats: burger with pulled pork stacked on top, and fried jalapenos) and a side of the duck fat fries! The chicken wings, however, were tough and had a rubbery texture. Pro Tip: Ranch and Blue Cheese are both equally yummy.

We love DBC! It's just a mile from home, so it's become one of our go-to spots. Super dog-friendly, with an awesome lineup of beers that rotate seasonally--there's always something new to try. The food holds its own too--especially the fries (seriously, don't skip them). We do wish there was a bit more indoor seating, but that hasn't stopped us from coming back all year round.

It's truly a…read moreunique concept housed in a gigantic building with multiple areas to drink, eat, play, and more. Bierstadt is a lager only brewery. They only have a few beers on the menu! Of course there are variations like a Michelada, house cocktails, wines, NA options, etc. The difference between producing lagers and ales is MASSIVE, and I tip my cap to everyone involved in crafting beers that have put Denver on the map. The Slow Pour Pils is one of three beers that I would consider the unofficial beer of Denver. It takes five minutes to pour, is served in a custom made glass (really cool story behind this), and has the perfect floating foam (like a cloud) sitting perfectly atop the beer. I crushed two of their Italian Pilsners yesterday. This is simply a fantastic beer. The Helles and Dunkel surely are not to be missed. But do one thing, get their Oktoberfest when it comes out (usually around mid September). It's one of the best I've ever had. There's a lot of stories inside this building. The legendary pieces of equipment, the unique brewing methods, the different spaces to hang out, etc. There's a reason Bierstadt has been tapped as the brewery "where the brewers go." To me, they can never receive a higher compliment. I'm really glad they're still kicking after celebrating their 10th anniversary. Almost a teenager!!! It's always fun visiting this place. This is a Denver must when it comes to breweries. You might not summit a 14er at this particular Bierstadt, but you'll find some of the best traditionally brewed beers in the country.

Loved listening to the bands, and exploring the huge space. They have olllllld school pinball game, giant jenga, gigantic cornhole, trash can sized beer pong, and ladder ball (normal size). They also have an original Nintendo with Mario. Seating a little tricky, be careful sitting on the benches, they move in odd ways. But loved the tables and chairs upstairs with the perfect view of the stage! Service was my only complaint- I think the first guy at the bar was having a hard time because they were so busy. I waited at the bar for a while without being acknowledged, then by the time he did finally notice me he just held up a finger. Finally a chick came over and took my order, but it took a while. She was perfectly nice, however, and it wouldn't stop me from returning or recommending them. The helles was a decent German beer with a good depth of flavor- I would come back and try their other beers for sure. Highly highly recommend and will absolutely be back for other events! Bring back emo night please!

We were greeted and served by the bartender Junebug and although it seemed like he was the only staff, he was friendly and attentive with us and all the patrons. The beer was great, there were so many great options to choose from and so we had some of the IPAs, lagers and ales. Staying true to the name, the decor has a woodsy feel and the handles are made of various wood shapes. It was nice to see that they also offer some mixed drink options, margaritas, and a slushy option. There were some salty snacks available for purchase which was also a nice option to have. Happy Hour M-F 3-6pm with $5 pints. The place and restrooms were clean (two singles), there were some canned beers and merch items available for purchase, an outdoor patio and plenty of street parking. Overall the service and place were great! Some things to mention, having the live band was great and the place is dog and kid friendly which are also a nice option to have at any venue. But the volume of the jazz band was just a bit too loud for the space and together with the many small kids playing and running around took away from this being a relaxing day. Nonetheless, the bartender Junebug made it an overall enjoyable evening after the kids left and we closed off the evening with another great brewery find that we'll be sure to visit again.

I'm not sure if I would have ended up here had I not been taking the bus; however, BSB was a solid spot nonetheless. Since we were here anyway, we figured we would grab dinner. They obviously have plenty of beer choices and a full bar, plus they did have one NA beer option (not brewed by them). The food was good. Service was spot on. The Brussels sprouts were probably the highlight. This certainly was not the best pizza I have ever had, but I found nothing to fault it for either. Pretty cool place to grab a drink and a slice.
