The patio is equally great and always seems to have a fun mix of people enjoying the weather. It's one of those places where everyone feels welcome. Very disappointing experience at Denver Beer Company - Lowry. Service was extremely slow, the food took far longer than it should have, and the place felt messy and poorly managed. At one point, our wait person told us to go to the bar to order, which added to the confusion and lack of service. To make matters worse, my burger came out with a burnt bun -- not exactly what you expect after already waiting so long. And after all of that, I was still prompted to leave a tip when closing my tab. That just added to the frustration given the level of service we received. The event was a little pricey in my opinion, especially for a designated driver ticket. I don't drink often. She had a beer and she loved it. We both had voodoo donuts and bacon, and there was a bacon eating challenge. It was a lot of fun. There's a beautiful park that this place overlooks and a fire pit for people to sit at. This place was more than perfect- the giant projector for watching and the playground right next door so I could watch the kiddos with my beer from the patio and the kids could get their energy out while dad watched the game. My husband and I were looking for a kid friendly brewery so we took to TikTok because we noticed a lot of parents were posting about their experiences. And we found this place. It is in Lowry and it is in a neighborhood that's definitely been gentrified. The parking lot is small, but there is ample street parking and a big plus for parents is that it's next to an all age park. For those with Littles, it's nice because your kid could go play in the park while you have a drink, and for those who are critical about taking kids to breweries, parents are allowed to drink too. The brewery itself doesn't have a giant selection, it seems that they rotate different beers from local breweries that being said, they have at least one type of beer for you and a selection of ciders, wine, seltzers, and other libations for those who are not of the beer variety. Additionally, they also have food which consists of relatively simple items. We did not eat, but the food I did see was basic, and kid friendly. If you're trying to go out for a date night, this may not be the place for you as the amount of kids may be a deterrent, but for a parent of a little, this is a good easy location in a clean neighborhood that allows parents to be parents and children to be children. The only thing that I would recommend is that the wait staff behind the bar, consider their audience and try to have a little bit more patience. I couldn't tell if they seemed overwhelmed or if they were just irritable, but they weren't the friendliest. Not mean, just a little standoffish. The bathrooms were extremely clean, they have opted for an open concept that allows individual rooms for a restroom and not gender specific. I visited Denver Beer Co in Lowry around 7:00 PM with my family of five. Unfortunately, the experience reinforced concerns I already had about the restaurant's declining service, food quality, and overall value. When we arrived, we were not greeted and followed the standard process of pulling up the menu via the QR code. My son wanted a glass of water, so I went looking for one of the self-service water stations that have typically been available around the restaurant. Instead, I found a sign referencing drought conditions and indicating water was not available there. Assuming the restaurant still provided water upon request, I attempted to get the attention of a staff member. After making eye contact with Rebecca, who appeared to be working both inside and outside tables, three separate times over several minutes, I finally raised my hand to stop her. Her response was, "What do you want?" delivered in a rude and aggressive tone. I explained that I was trying to get water for my son. She pointed to the self-service station and said the water was right there. I asked where the cups and water carafes were located. At that point, she rolled her eyes, let out an exasperated sigh, and abruptly grabbed a carafe from a shelf to fill it with water. She then asked how many cups I needed before cutting herself off and saying, "Never mind, I'll just grab what I think you need." The entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile, condescending, and unprofessional. Asking for water for a child should not be met with attitude or contempt. Rebecca's behavior fell far below the standard of customer service that patrons should expect from any restaurant, especially one that relies on repeat business and community support. This experience validated the concerns I already had regarding the poor service, mediocre food quality, and lack of value at Denver Beer Co. Love Denver Beer Company! This has now become my neighborhood go to spot. I've worked my way through some of their IPAs, and they are consistently good. My friend has fallen in love with the graham cracker porter, and it is quite tasty as well. Their food is typical bar food, like chicken fingers and various burgers and sandwiches, pizza and wings. But they do a good job of all, especially the wings. They are nicely smoked, if on the pricier side for only getting six wings. The space is nice and open with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. This is a parent's heaven! There is a giant park right next to the brewery so parents can let their kids play while they enjoy beer. We don't have any kids so we were just watching all of the shenanigans. This place is dog friendly as well and all the pups were out yesterday. Parking - not great, they have 8 spots in their lot or you're fighting for street parking. They have a large patio space with a fire pit, cornhole, and shaded tables. Everyone was out yesterday to celebrate Friday and the great weather. It was so lovely. I had a lemonade which was delicious and my husband had the lager. We enjoyed a wonderful happy hour in the sunshine. There's table service outside or you can go up to the bar line to order. This a great hidden gem thats hard to discover as it's off the main road. As most have said, it's great place for families with small kids since it has a playground and huge field. I also enjoy the mist they have spraying outside on hot days! I have been here a few times and have mixed reviews about the customer service. They use a system where someone takes your order but someone else delivers it. It can cause confusion when the wrong item is delivered. We smelled malt upon entering always a good sign in any brewery. Bathrooms were very clean and there were many of them. I ordered a Lowery Lager which was light and fresh. We all got some food. Drove by on their grand opening and the place was PACKED. Kept on going. Came back the next day and had a great time with another family we hadn't seen in a while. We ordered a wide variety of appetizers and did several flights of tasters. The burger was excellent as were the pretzel bites which we had to re-order twice. They were sadly completely out of wings due to the busy day they had prior but we substituted buffalo cauliflower and it was not bad! The vibe is casual, fun, and another nice addition to the neighborhood. Fun place! A bit lesser known than Lowry Beer Garden which is close by. Met some friends for dinner and a drink and we sat on the patio which was perfect because the kids could run off to the playground which is just a hop and a skip away. The food is okay, the classic fare what you would expect from a brewery. Service was good. Parking is iffy .The parking lot is tiny and hard to turn around in so you might just be better off finding street parking, which should be plentiful in the area. read more

We have visited the downtown location several times over the years, so we decided to try out the new location (closer to home). Same beer selection as the other locations. I've always thought their beers were just ok, but the atmosphere has always been a reason for repeat visits. The new location in Lowry is nice. Added bonus for folks with youngsters that there is a play ground. The food was good. The kids menu is a little pricy in my opinion. My 4 year old doesn't necessarily need gourmet Mac n cheese. Duuuuuuddddeeee! So totally stoked to have this brewery pop up. Just bought a house down the street and I feel like I bought a location next to this place that happened to come with a house. They just opened last week and my GF and I went to the opening night. They had a really fun band and the place is beautiful. They also have something that in my mind is a go/no-go decision rule for breweries, board games. Happy to report I am still undefeated at connect four (ok she won one but that was a fluke). The staff have their proverbial (you know what) together. This place is run tighter than a Naval ship. The staff are also just really nice people, we came in a few minutes after last call for food and they still hooked it up with some delicious pretzel bites. The Lowery Lager is great. I hope they start making that in bottles as the market is totally saturated with IPAs that taste like two hops had a baby hop and then that baby hop turned into a super villain and became super bitter in its older age and then got put in a beer. They have IPAs too if you want that though... (insert skeptical look). 10/10 would recommend. Happy to have them in the neighborhood! Good food and drinks with a cute outdoor area. They have games and a lot of seating. The service was awesome as well.

I've come here a few times and it is a fun place to hang out. It is right next to a playground so it is fun for the kids to play while the adults eat and have beers. We came on a Saturday night and it started raining around 7:45. We had already closed out our $200 check and our waitress told us we were welcome to go finish our drinks inside. We braved the rain for 15 minutes or so but when it picked up we moved inside. Some of the waitresses were very rude about everybody moving inside (which was literally what our waitress had suggested) and rearranging chairs (at an open seating bar lol) and about how crowded it was inside. If I come here again, which I probably won't, I definitely won't pay my check until we are ready to leave because after you pay you are just dead to them and in the way (even if you are finishing your drink). read more
