A couple of years ago we bought a bedroom furniture set from Furniture Row, and then bought adjustable bedframe and mattresses from Denver mattress. Our bedroom looks wonderful and the mattress (Purple 4) the most comfortable I have ever been on. The bedframe and mattress was set pretty high, which was fine for a while, but my husband was starting to have fears of rolling off of it. I called Chip at Denver Mattress to confirm how we could lower it and he gave very clear instructions. Well, we weren't able to lower the mattress because of extra pieces of wood on the siderails, so we had to put it all back to its original height. I called Chip the next day and he scheduled two men to come out and remove the piece of wood on each frame, and lower the bed to a height that is perfect for us. No charge. Such excellent customer service is rare, and so very appreciated by this senior couple. read more

I have now been waiting 4 weeks for my Purple mattress 2 weeks ago the young lady in the store told me they have 12 in their warehouse. I called and said I should just go to Ashley Furnature and she said go a head. Of course they have had my $4000 now for 4 weeks. Today they said they do not see it on the truck to go in and that is all they have to say. I will never set foot in that store again! I will let you all know if I ever get the mattress. read more

Whilst we were fully prepared to pay the asking price for the mattress we finally chose, knowing that we were budget-shopping, she went so far as to locate one that had been returned after one month's use, so it saved us almost $800. Overall, I'm giving this place a two star rating and here's why. The salesman that we were working with was absolutely great. Bonnie from Denver Mattress did a wonderful job by helping us decide on a mattress, along with the gentleman from furniture row. I wish that I could remember his name because he honestly deserves more than a raise for what he did. He was very nice, kind hearted, understanding, and helpful through the entire process and kept us updated on when all of our furniture pieces were coming in. My husband and I made two separate purchases on separate accounts, he was very nice enough to work with Denver mattress next door to do a joint delivery for the bedroom furniture and living room furniture that my husband bought and for the mattress that I had purchased through Denver Mattress. He informed us that our living room set and bedroom set was ready to be delivered. My husband scheduled a day that worked best for both of us to have everything delivered and spoke to a lady from Denver Mattress to do a joint delivery for the mattress on the same day. Well apparently the lady did not do her job as to writing down/inputing the delivery date into the computer. Fast Forward to delivery day. The lady from Denver Mattress failed to do her job to have the mattress delivered with the remainder of the furniture. So when my living room set and bedroom set were delivered, our mattress was no where to be found. My husband and I were on the phone with the Harker Heights location for an hour or two trying to figure out how delivery was messed up and why that individual never inputted the information into the computer. I feel so bad for the gentleman that helped us with purchasing our furniture having to literally do someone else's job and he shouldn't had to. Him and another one of his coworkers personally delivered our mattress with their personal truck while they were both off the clock. Delivery in regards to our living room set and bedroom set. When it comes to helping decide and working with sales for furniture, they get a five stars. When it comes to scheduling a delivery date and having the items delivered I would give this company a zero. My husband signed to have everything delivered and paid extra for them to put it together since I am currently pregnant. The delivery team of Furniture Row had failed at that tremendously and I personally believe that they deserved to be fired. She had a friend at our house to be watch of the delivery and she called and told us that these three men dropped off everything and left after she told them we requested and paid for everything to be assembled. my husband and I caught them at the end of the road and proceeded to laugh. Your job is to carefully deliver furniture to your customers homes and assemble the items if requested. If you're too lazy to do the job that you signed for than happily get another job. Short and sweet. When I go to the experts for help with something I know nothing about I expect them to be knowledgable and honest in what they are selling me. We purchased an adjustable base from them and needed new mattresses as well. I looked at several and then decided on the Sterns and Foster. Although pricey for a twin I went with it. Never once did the salesman say that it wasn't a good fit for the adjustable base. The problem is that the adjustable base has destroyed my mattress and in looking at S&F's warranty, it CLEARLY states "no warranty if used with adjustable base". Are you kidding me!!!! The salesman couldn't have checked this when I asked if it was going to work with the adjustable?!!! Livid pissed as I lay here on this mattress that makes me hurt all over. read more

3 star average? Seriously? Who are the butt heads that judge these people? I guess you just can't make some people happy! We were greeted politely, as one would expect. I explained my needs to the gentleman helping us. In a minute or two we were taken to the bed of our dreams. No pun intended, however, it was so true. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy. We spent about an hour enjoying ourselves and making a new friend. We then went next-door and bought a bed to go with our new mattress. We will be purchasing from the store again when I need to replace our guest rooms beds. The bed I am comparing this mattress to is a $4000 sleep number bed. This Doctor mattress cost less than a third of the cost and It was by far more comfortable. After sleeping on this bed I can say that my pain has diminished! I would highly recommend the store, it's staff and the Doctor line of mattresses. Our delivery was made an hour early by courteous and friendly delivery persons. They worked without complaint, even though they had to move furniture. I had to return my beautiful Mattress due to a defect. NO PROBLEM! They came and picked it up and replaced it with my perfect new mattress on THE DAY OF MY CHOICE! I am absolutely satisfied. I am very impressed with this business and their business ethics. The stores and their staffs are amazing. If you need or just desire excellent service, both, before and after the sale, might I suggest, Denver Mattress. God bless! read more

This was honesty the best sales experience I have ever had in my life and I am 54! Sascha Campbell was extremely knowledgeable about his products and was a wealth of experience and information. His role as a subject matter expert amazed my wife and I ... many of the things he stated we had to learn the hard way with other mattress brands and types. No high pressure sales just good old honest advice and information. My wife and I went with the Doctor's Choice Elite Plush ... it is an excellent quality product and the price can not be beat. Delivery was prompt and professional ... they gave us a two hour window (not 4) and delivered at the front end of the deliver time window freeing up our afternoon. I have been through three mattresses and just had to return a mattress to JCP that was three months old and twice the cost of the Denver mattress. We wish we had come here to Denver Mattress first. read more

We walked in trying to find a bed to replace our broken one, well we were automatically greeted by a sales person who went on and on about how he wanted to help us find the right bed and that he wasn't like other sales personnel. He told us he wasn't going to try and sell us a bed that we couldn't afford. Well, we filled out an application to see what our limit would be and he told us but proceeded to try and sell us beds that were twice as much as our limit. I asked how and why we would be able to buy a bed that was over our limit and he flat out told us he honestly did not know! (Granted I knew the whole time I was not going to budge and go over our limit I just wanted to see his reasoning behind his method of selling us something that we were not qualified for.)
