~ Would Not Recommend ~ Hi all, my husband and I purchased what we thought would be a quality dinning table set ( $2,248.96) from the (2/21/24) Corpus Christi location. Delivery is based out of Bryan / College Station. The delivery dates were; 3/7/24, 3/28/24, 4/25/24, and new set arrived 9/19/24 In Spring, Tx. In which every delivery date we had to arrange to leave wk early, and be present to receive items. Our experience was a sh!t circus, parson bench collapse, 2x chairs falling apart. Reached out to corp so they could mk this right. A trail of emails from a condescending tone rep. Barney Visser, you should have stayed with racing. After a pretty bad experience all around (6 month wait, spending $900, damaged furniture upon arrival) Furniture Row did provide a $100 refund which essentially covered gas back and forth to the store multiple times and replaced our broken bookshelf. Overall, I'm giving this place a two star rating and here's why. The salesman that we were working with was absolutely great. Bonnie from Denver Mattress did a wonderful job by helping us decide on a mattress, along with the gentleman from furniture row. I wish that I could remember his name because he honestly deserves more than a raise for what he did. He was very nice, kind hearted, understanding, and helpful through the entire process and kept us updated on when all of our furniture pieces were coming in. My husband and I made two separate purchases on separate accounts, he was very nice enough to work with Denver mattress next door to do a joint delivery for the bedroom furniture and living room furniture that my husband bought and for the mattress that I had purchased through Denver Mattress. He informed us that our living room set and bedroom set was ready to be delivered. My husband scheduled a day that worked best for both of us to have everything delivered and spoke to a lady from Denver Mattress to do a joint delivery for the mattress on the same day. Well apparently the lady did not do her job as to writing down/inputing the delivery date into the computer. Fast Forward to delivery day. The lady from Denver Mattress failed to do her job to have the mattress delivered with the remainder of the furniture. So when my living room set and bedroom set were delivered, our mattress was no where to be found. My husband and I were on the phone with the Harker Heights location for an hour or two trying to figure out how delivery was messed up and why that individual never inputted the information into the computer. I feel so bad for the gentleman that helped us with purchasing our furniture having to literally do someone else's job and he shouldn't had to. Him and another one of his coworkers personally delivered our mattress with their personal truck while they were both off the clock. Delivery in regards to our living room set and bedroom set. When it comes to helping decide and working with sales for furniture, they get a five stars. When it comes to scheduling a delivery date and having the items delivered I would give this company a zero. My husband signed to have everything delivered and paid extra for them to put it together since I am currently pregnant. The delivery team of Furniture Row had failed at that tremendously and I personally believe that they deserved to be fired. She had a friend at our house to be watch of the delivery and she called and told us that these three men dropped off everything and left after she told them we requested and paid for everything to be assembled. my husband and I caught them at the end of the road and proceeded to laugh. Your job is to carefully deliver furniture to your customers homes and assemble the items if requested. If you're too lazy to do the job that you signed for than happily get another job. Due to to the careless act of the female scheduler and the delivery drivers, we will not be buying anymore furniture from this company. read more

This review is early, as I have not yet received my furniture (it is scheduled for June 24th), but I encountered a truly phenomenal sales specialist and wanted to leave a review. I recently relocated to Texas and decided to start fresh as far as furniture. Due to Covid-19 I have not been eager to look for furniture and I also didn't want to rush an online purchase I would come to regret; money is also tight. Today, with my mask in place, I made a stop to Furniture Row, I was hesitant to do so, mainly because of the mixed reviews. I'm happy I went in. My only goal today was to find a sofa. I was greeted by staff when I entered. The sales specialist to provide assistance was Roy. Roy gave a warm welcome and asked if I needed specific help, but then left me to my business; high pressure sales would have had me about face. As I wandered he checked on me once more. I found a few items I was considering, but was not quite set on. Roy noticed I had spent some time with a particular set. Lucky enough it was in stock, but the pricing out of budget. Roy helped negotiate a reasonable price and arrange for delivery for only about a week out. This young man is only 20, but incredibly respectful, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I'm am pleased with the whole process. This store is lucky to have found him. All the employees were friendly. Overall the store has a decent selection. The floor/showroom offers a glimpse at many styles and budgets. I selected items that were in the store so I could set up my living room ASAP. I can't yet vouch for the delivery and set up process, but I'm hopeful it will all go as smooth as my initial experience. Thank you all for being awesome during these stressful times. read more

If you are looking for sollid wood furniture with a few scratchs that may not even be visible when your guests visit your house, this is the place to go. Most of the furniture that they sale are considered "defective", and the prices are slashed by 40, 50, or 60%. Also, some of the furniture may still remain in unopen boxes. For example, I purchased $1200 worth of furniture consisting of two nightstands, a 6 drawer dresser, a dining room table, and a bookcase for only $600. On another occasion, i was looking for a writing desk and had seen it earlier listed for $290 compared to the retail price of $400. A month later, it was dropped to $140 for two scratches!!! The employees are nice and helpful; and, you can continue to bargain for better deals! Lastly, they deliver an infinite quantity of furniture to your house for $75. This is a must stop shop for furniture for some great deals. I highly recommend this place and will definitely shop for more furniture. read more

OVER PRICED!!!!! My husband and I went to Furniture Row earlier today looking for a dinning table. Well, I have already been eyeing on a specific dining set for about a year now and I was hoping that a Fourth of July sale can be a prime change for purchase. Nope!! The same dining set that I been looking at is still the same price with only $200 off. The sales person told my husband that there is nothing much he can do and that he has already checked with other competitors and no other business has a better deal. Dinning room table with 4 chairs and additional 2 chairs came out to $1400 + $100 delivery. If we choose to include the server, all together it would cost us $2,100. Well, we came home and we just so happened to browse on the internet. We found the same furniture but under a different name at Rooms-To-Go....with all the items stated above, the cost came out to $1554 w/o tax. Also I was gonna buy one of those kiddy chairs that converts into a soccer ball for my son. They have it at Furniture Row for $149. You can find the same one on Amazon for $67. All in all I feel that this place has over prized furnitures. read more

I called the store they tell me to keep this table and my table will be in end of July . I call today to get an ETA and now they say end of September. Went in to purchase a mattress. Was advised by others Denver mattress were high quality. Joe Stevens was great. Went into great detail about the mattresses. I just didn't find what was right for me. I started wandering the store and found a lamp I wanted to purchase. Lisa approached me and asked if she could assist. She said she would look to see of the lamp was in stock and never returned. Went to the front desk. Another customer pointed out "she does not look like she wants to help you". An employee heard that comment and asked Lisa to assist again. She finally ordered the lamp. I had to ask her twice what the eta would be. I picked it up Friday. Saturday afternoon she calls and tells me "your lamp is in if you want to come and pick it up". I already did. Went into the store on a Thursday and was quoted a price on a sectional and said we could take the floor model home at a discounted price day of purchase. It was agreed we come back the next day to purchase. They wouldn't give me the quote in writing, which I thought was odd, but didn't think too much of it. Went back the very next day WITH CASH in hand to buy it and told by the manager it was a "mistake" and he actually bought that floor model for himself that day. Kind of fishy to me, but whatever. They told me that they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. And then I never heard from them again. Despite my sectional being an as is purchase. After my initial review I was contacted by Jennifer B. from corporate to setup an appointment to evaluate my issue. This was an pleasant surprise. I assumed I would have a $1500 piece of junk. The local store called and scheduled a service call. They came on the day and was actually earlier than expected which was great for me. They found the issue and was able to fix it. So now I'm left with a fully functional sectional. The service guy said if I have any more issues to give them a call. Bought a sofa in the Colorado Springs location and had it set to be picked up at the Killeen location in mid-May. After renting a truck to pick it up, we found out they gave our sofa to someone else. The Killeen store tried to blame the Colorado store, which had nothing to do with the Killeen store giving our sofa to someone else. No one ever contacted us. I went to Denver Mattress to buy a guest bed, soon to be followed by a bed for myself. Salesman Joe was very helpful and nice, but I didn't buy that day. I went back a few days later to make the purchase, and while Joe wasn't there, Justin the manager was. I bought a fairly expensive bed, frame, mattress pad and also paid for delivery and setup. I asked Justin if the pad and frame would be delivered with the bed, and he said yes. They were not delivered with the bed, so I had to go back to the store and get them, and then set the bed up myself. Justin wasn't there, but Joe was and he was very apologetic, and refunded the delivery/set up fee. Unfortunately for Joe and the store, Justin's mistake had cost them at least one, maybe two more sales that I was planning in the near future. Joe and the delivery team were great, but the MANAGER messed up. read more

Furniture Row will always receive my business! My husband and I just bought our first home and went to go look at furniture. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the furniture at Furniture Row, but even more impressed with their customer service. They looked up packages, pricing, and configurations for 5 different dining tables for us, always patient and helpful until my husband and I finally decided on which one. Then, we found out they were having a promotion where spending over $3,000 would earn you he ability to get 5 years of financing on their credit card with NO INTEREST. This enabled us to get the sectional couch we wanted along with the dining set instead of just one or the other. In addition, they gave us a free pool table as a holiday promotion! The best part of the experience came later: once the couch was delivered and put together, I realized that we had mistakenly ordered the wrong configuration to fit our living room layout. I immediately called the store and spoke with one of the salesmen who had helped us with the purchase and he informed me he would order the other configuration of end pieces for me and have them delivered to swap with the current ones at no charge! I am beyond satisfied with this level of care, customer concern, and attention to detail. I will never buy furniture anywhere else! read more

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I came to the store already set on ordering a specific couch. I called before going to the store, to let them know I am on my way to order the couch sectional that I want. I SPECIFICALLY EMPHASIZED what side I want the chaise to be on. The sales person was confused with the their own terminology of Left Arm Facing Chaise from Right Arm Facing Chaise, so after 1 and a half week of waiting, I found out that the salesperson ordered the WRONG CONFIGURATION of the couch. The couch also had a 12 inch long rip on the dust cover, because the movers use a knife instead of a box cutter to remove the cover from the couch upon delivery. I called Furniture Row to let them know I am returning the furniture, because it is the wrong configuration and it has a big rip. I asked them to order the correct one, that I specifically asked for. That was 4 days ago. Today I stopped by the store to make sure in person that they ordered the correct couch that I wanted. It turned out that a new couch has not even been ordered. The sales lady ordered it for me today, so now I have to wait another 2 weeks, after more than 2 weeks of already waiting. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. read more

I had very good luck here - bought a sturdy wood bookcase from their "Lost and Found" collection, and a futon. Both pieces are lovely additions to my home! My salesman Robert was very helpful. After an initial glitch involving the futon, in which the store model sold when I had hoped to come back for it, Robert found me another quickly and it was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery people here are wonderful!! Best I've experienced in Bell Co. The same guy came out both times to deliver this furniture, and when I needed my old bookcase relocated to make room for the new one, he moved the old one into another room for me - and even moved an entry table for me that then needed to be relocated. Just wonderful, friendly service!! Recommend FR for decent quality furniture and service during and after the sale - at least that was my experience. I'll definitely be back! read more

OMG I wished we had not stopped on a whim Saturday 6/17 to purchase two guest room headboards. Turns out we purchased a new high end King mattress, a complete Queen mattress set, and the two headboards. Delivery was scheduled for the following Wednesday between 3:30-5:30. All set and happy as could be. Well it went down hill badly from there. The drivers showed at 6:00 with Queen set but the wrong King set. Of course our beds were tore down and mattresses already donated and gone! They said they could go back and get it, but it would have been 9:00PM. We had a guest we needed to take to the airport at 4:00AM. They showed up the next afternoon with the correct mattress, but the wrong base. So, we set up the bed with the wrong base. Then we had trip out of the country for a week. This Saturday we called to see if the headboards were in and what do you know, yes they were. Not sure if they had planned to call and let us know or not. So, we also verified they had the correct bases in and I tore down the bed again, loaded up and drove to Harker Heights. Well the headboards were in, but wouldn't you know it, they just shipped out the bases!!!! OMG. Later that day the manager of the store drove to Waco to get them and delivered them to our house at 6:00. Finally the bed is assembled. I was offered a $100 credit for our troubles and I kindly declined. These guys don't know if they are pitching or catching. One screw up after another. I will not ever buy so much as a lamp shade here. read more

I went to Furnitire Row in Harker Heights after shopping around at other local retailers for furniture with my kids. The selection was impressive. My family was immediately greeted upon entering the store. We were allowed to test out as many sofas as we needed until we found the right one without being hassled, which was super important to my kiddo with sensory issues. Once we found the set the sales person sat with us and put together a price for the three pieces on the floor. I will say that I ended up only purchasing two pieces for this reason: he "mistakenly" (after me and my son being very specific about what we wanted) typed in the code for the loveseat versus the chair and a half that was on the floor. The total, being a single mom, was just too much. The loveseat was not part of the set. He offered it, being that it was in the back, but we repeatedly told him no. I had him remove the ottoman from the list even though I really wanted it, but the numbers on the screen were scary because we had only saved up so much. When I asked him to take it off he right away said, "oh, sorry, I charged you for the loveseat instead of the chair and a half." I was so annoyed that I just took the two pieces and not the three. However, I will most likely go back and purchase that third piece later from another sales person. It's really important that you charge people correctly. Other than that, I loved the sofa set. The quality is beautiful. I look forward to a smooth delivery on Monday, and hope that when I return this week the ottoman will still be available. read more
