Just left Denver Mattress! Tristan, he is THE man! Yes, a salesman, but so very much more! He checked the alignment of our bodies on the mattresses and gave suggestions on the best for our body. He did not try to upscale us. He asked for a budget. Told him it was not 3k for a new mattress, which is what a competitor tried, even after we told them a price point. He showed us the Denver Mattress, and I really believe it of all of the brands we tried today. They were the most comfortable in our price point. In fact, even with getting one of the bedding/pillow packages, we came in UNDER what our budget was by a couple of hundred bucks. Cut out the middle man and go to the manufacturer of the mattress you want to buy. It will save you! Tristan, let us try over 10 different mattresses! Many different manufacturers from Denver, of course, to Purple, to many others, including a top of the line that was over 6500 bucks!!! He did not push us at all. This place is not after your money they care about what you need and listens to what you are looking for. A day before Denver Mattress we were at Rooms to go and had the worst experience. Rtg finalized our order, paid and set deliver .... Then more than an hour later called us to just tell us they made a mistake but they want us to take care of it... needless to say we did went back cancelled our order, process refund and vow to never be back there. Total spent hours in room to go 4 hours. Denver Mattress made it so easy, relaxed and enjoyed our mattress shopping in just a little over an hour. We shopped here and purchase a full size mattress for my youngest son. The staff was friendly and very helpful during our time here. Very large selection to choose from. The mattress we purchase was in stock and we had it delivered to us a week later. Delivery team was very polite and professional as we'll. The only bad thing I have to say is I am still waiting almost three weeks later for our pillow case covers. Purchased a new mattress, and I had the greatest experience. I was helped by the Assistant Manager Nathaniel, who stopped what he was doing, unloading mattresses from the truck, to come help on the sales floor. What an attitude! I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. He probably had a million things on his mind, but he was gracious and patient and took the time needed to complete the sale. My wife and I visited a few days ago and we were assisted by a most unpleasant, sarcastic female named Brittany who ultimately caused my wife and I to walk away without fully considering or purchasing any of their mattresses. I did some online shopping and came to discover that for the mattress we were interested in, Denver Mattress had the best price. My wife and I revisited the store today and by shear luck that narcissist Brittany wasn't on duty. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Nathaniel who was very pleasant and very helpful. To my dismay however, since the unpleasant female Brittany we had worked with for less than 15 minutes a few days ago managed to secure our personal info, I discovered that she would ultimately get credit for Nathaniel's hard work and dedication. My thoughts; Hell no. I informed Nathaniel that I wanted nothing whatsoever to do with Brittany who only just a few days ago caused my wife and I to walk away without a purchase because she was quite literally a nuisance. Nathaniel explained to me that his manager would ultimately decide who received credit for the sale, I informed him that if the nuisance Brittany was to seriously receive credit for nothing more than irritating me; that would be a deal breaker and I'd cancel the transaction. Nonetheless, my wife and I were very pleased with our purchase and with Nathaniel's superior customer service. I only hope he receives credit where credit is due. I highly recommend Nathaniel. As for the previous employee, lucky I remembered her name Brittany so I could yelp about her horrible customer service skills. As soon as we walked in he answered all our questions, helped us look at several mattresses and put up with our silliness. He was very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations based on what we were asking for. He seemed to really listen to us and wasn't just trying to sell us a mattress. We purchased a new mattress last month from Mark. After making our way along I-35 (Forum Area) in search of our new mattress, we made our way back to Mark and Denver Mattress Co. By far we received the most information on our choices here, we felt as though we had been heard as far as our preferences and what we were looking for and the price point. The store is clean with many choices. Mark and his staff are educated and did an excellent job explaining to is the warranties their mattresses came with. They offer more than the Denver mattress brand, although that is what we ended up ultimately purchasing. Delivery was fantastic. They showed up within the window we were given. They even called when they were a few minutes out (which I had requested). The two gentlemen that made the deliver were quick and efficient. Less than 20mins they had removed our old mattress and placed our bronze in our frame. They were pleasant and courteous. Thank you!!! We plan on returning for all of our mattress needs. read more

We purchased two bed sets 2.5 years ago from this Denver Mattress. One of the mattresses has formed body indentations. I did the measurements and took photos to the store prepared for a battle. The Doctors Choice is the worst mattress I've ever owned. I am working on my second one, it sags and springs poke at you. The Manager was not helpful even though we are under warranty.
