The clause added for wear and tear disqualify any correction to poor craftsmanship. I know over time, things do wear down... but not within 6 months. Because we trusted that the correct product had been delivered, we had no reason to suspect an issue until we began experiencing problems with the fit. The incorrect mattress size has left a dangerous gap between the mattress and bed frame, creating a serious safety concern for our family. We have young children who often sleep in our bed, and there is a risk of a child becoming trapped between the mattress and frame. What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer service. A mistake made during delivery has now become our problem, despite the fact that we paid for a different product. Customers should be able to trust that the items they receive match what they purchased. I am sharing this review so other customers will double-check their deliveries and measurements immediately. Had we known sooner, we would have addressed the issue right away. This experience has left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and concerned for our family's safety.

My husband and I went in just to look around to kill time since we were in the area. We weren't…read morelooking for anything specific, we just want to walk around to see what all they had. It is expected that when you walk through the door, you are greeted by a salesman. When we were greeted, we let the gentleman know that we were just looking and we're not there for anything specific, but that if we had any questions about anything, we'd find him. Well, he didn't give us a chance to do that. My husband and I walked away from him, we stopped at a set of theater couches. We were just looking at them and I took a seat on them. The salesman scurried over to try to show us the details of the couch. We quickly told him that there was no need for him to do any of that and reminded him that we were there to just look around and if we needed anything, we would find him. He did not listen and insisted on turning on the speakers to where they connected to the TV so that we could hear what was playing on the TV through the couch. He also turned on a vibration feature. One thing I dislike about any place I walk into, especially after telling the staff there that I do not need any help and that if I have any questions, I would find them is when they are pushy and do not honor your wishes of allowing you to walk around freely without any interruptions. I don't like pushy salesman, and that will make me not purchase from an establishment. I know this review isn't favorable to some, but this is just my personal opinion. I feel salesman should not be so pushy and respect the potential customers wishes to give them time to look around without disturbing them. Other than that, they had some great looking pieces.
