If you happen to not be available in the 2 hour window they give you then you have to wait for the next delivery window-which was 4 days later for us. When we called the office team for deliveries there was absolutely zero effort to correct the issue besides scheduling us for the next delivery window (with the unknown time). Two people tried to insist we got the correct mattress. They need to have a process for how to handle company errors and work harder to correct them. I didn't feel like anyone really cared. Crossing my fingers they bring the right mattress along with the missing mattress protector (which is required to keep the warranty) and sheets next week when they come again.
