A few days before the appointment I received a text to confirm we were coming. I replied to the text as it requested that we would indeed be there. Then the day before the appointment we received a phone call to confirm, I called back within 5 min and left a message that we were still coming. On the day of the appointment I called to make sure they had no trouble getting her Xrays and not only did they not have the Xrays or paperwork, they canceled her appointment because we did not "confirm". Get it together guys. Your time is not the only time that matters.

Patient, kind, reassuring, and a perfectionist artist in what she does (in a good way!). Wonderful working relationships with orthodontists and oral surgeons gives you total care. The hygienists are 100% snark-free and lecture-free. Office staff are kind and knowledgeable about insurance. This practice has figured out what other dental offices have not: treat people with kindness, quality, and positive encouragement and they'll keep coming back! I had a horrible experience with Dr Bunch, however. Sub-par work, zero chairside manner and made many unprofessional comments about other patients in front of me. Not interested in hearing your commentary on some rando's sinus size, doc. So just make sure you don't end up with her and you'll be good. Dr Storey and her staff are a rare find. If you're nervous because it's been a while since you've been to a dentist, or you don't floss as much as you should, don't be shy. For the people who haven't seen Dr Haymore, keep in mind these comments aren't about him, it's the front desk staffing. Unfortunately, I can attest to the complete opposite care you get from girls upfront (they've always been females anyway) to the dentists and hygienists . I've seen this before in doctor's offices. I don't know how the front gets staffed but clearly and unfortunately not by the superior dentists and assistants they have who do the actual work. So in saying that, I have to overlook the bad service in front because I know I will get excellent top notch quality and at an honest and fair price.
