We had a great discussion, he offered his opinion, gave suggestions and explained things to me in great detail. Suzanne (treatment coordinator) was amazing. She treated me like a friend, offered her help with a dentist and wished me well. I truly expected to go in and be brushed off as has been my experience. That's not the way it went at all. I would highly recommend Wilde Orthodontics to anyone looking for a professional, caring, friendly environment with extremely knowledgeable people. We filled out our online paperwork, they were supposed to transfer Xrays from the previous dentist, I took time off work and removed my child from school for the appointment. A few days before the appointment I received a text to confirm we were coming. I replied to the text as it requested that we would indeed be there. Then the day before the appointment we received a phone call to confirm, I called back within 5 min and left a message that we were still coming. On the day of the appointment I called to make sure they had no trouble getting her Xrays and not only did they not have the Xrays or paperwork, they canceled her appointment because we did not "confirm". Get it together guys. Your time is not the only time that matters.

He didn't even check the gums or floss. Then he brought me to the lobby without this new dentist even coming in to check my teeth ! $243 later and I feel that I was not given a proper cleaning or evaluation. Time for a new dentist for me.
