For years I considered help for long days but never felt comfortable leaving my dogs with others, let alone someone I've never met. I finally had no choice and needed some help a few days a week. I called Denver Pro Pet Sitting after reading their website and Yelp reviews. Since then, I've felt a weight off my back. From the second Rachel visited, my most protective dog took to her and asked her to play by bringing her a toy he never touches. That spoke volumes. My other dog took a while as he has a tough time trusting. Rachel has been super patient/caring with him and I think he enjoys it so much that he plays it off so she'll keep spoiling him! I receive regular texts and photos at each visit, which helps me relax and focus on work for the rest of the day! As an owner, I've become more trusting but imagine that is only for DPPS as Nelson, Rachel have been fantastic! I appreciate their patience with me, all my questions and my crazy dog house that has gates, toys, beds and potty pads all over!! They have also been super accommodating with schedule changes or adding a day here/there. I can't say enough about DPPS as they've helped me to maintain my job without criticism for leaving early or racing out to get home for my dogs, which many don't understand. Hands down the most reliable, understanding, professional, gracious and ethical company I've encountered. Nelson (the owner) drove in snow/ice, 2 days before our Christmas holiday, to my house for a meet 'n greet. We have cats, dog and fish. My cat ran to the table and head butted Nelsons hand within minutes of him sitting down. You know how many people she's done that to? Zero. Never before has she come to someone she doesn't know for affection. Nelson didn't miss a beat. Just started right in like they were old best friends. That's the first blessing in this series. Second Blessing, an unexpected change in plans had me cancelling the need for their service one day before. They were gracious, understanding and asked for no cancelation fee. Third Blessing, another unexpected change had me calling back in desperation. I needed their service after all. No problem at all he (Nelson, the owner) says. He personally went out and took care of my precious babies Christmas week. I received texts saying he was there and pictures of everyone before he left. Everyday he did this. In 2018, I no longer had a family member I could rely on to watch my pup when I go out of town for business or pleasure. When a work trip came up in March, I began to stress out about who I could leave my dog with who would look after her with kindness and responsibility. I hired Nelson in advance of my trip so that he and my dog could get to know each other before he would be taking care of her the entire week I was gone. On my trip I would receive updates about what they did on each walk and it gave me comfort knowing that she was with somebody who cared for her with love. I absolutely love the care my kitties receive while I'm away! I've always been stressed when I have to leave my pets alone, but since finding Denver Pro Pet Sitting I've been able to know for sure that they're being very well treated. Jasmine has been so reliable and helpful every time I've needed to go out of town, and sends the most thoughtful and detailed updates with lots of pictures that I greatly appreciate seeing! My cats need some specific care instructions with medications and restricted diets, and Jasmine follows everything meticulously. They're always in a great mood when I come back home and I can tell they really enjoy their visits with all the playtime and cuddles they get. The app is also great to use, it makes booking easy and I like that I can see all the updates and easily message while I'm away. They start with an at home visit which instantly made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. We had the pleasure of meeting Nelson and Savannah. During the vacation, Savannah went ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. She was thorough with her updates and sent us multiple photos of our babies. She also answered any and all questions we had. I love their online portal with the GPS time stamp, checklist, daily updates/visit recaps, and photos. You can also pay directly in,the portal which makes the final transaction easy. Their cancellation policy, although we didn't use it, is reasonable & the price point per day is very affordable. This company truly cares about your animals when you have to be away. I'm glad I chose Denver Pro Pet Sitting. Nelson-the owner of the company spoke with me over the phone about my concerns as a first-time pet-sitting customer. He's very customer service oriented (both for people and their pets), professional and passionate about what he does. He came to my home for the meet-and-greet, and my cat warmed up to him very quickly-which was amazing because he's very wary of men. I opted for the webcam installation, which was awesome because I got to see my baby while away. I even snapped some awesome shots with the cam of him and Nelson getting along famously. He took excellent care of my cat and I'll definitely call him next time I travel. He even washed my cat's dishes and swept up the kitty-litter in the bathroom! I have two dogs and I've used ProPetSitting for a few years now for walking and overnights when I am out of town -- and they always take such good care of the girls. Not only do they genuinely love on them, but the girls are so excited when they see one of their "friends" come to the door. Kelli, Krystal, Emily and Nelson are always super attentive to the dietary needs and the personalities of both dogs. In case of an emergency (not PPS fault! my dog just gets into everything) they were communicative right away and took initiative to reach out to my emergency contact immediately as I couldn't be reached. Same dog often needs meds while I am out of town, and they really go the extra mile to take care of her and keep me informed and updated. They are always happy when I come home and I can tell they've been cared for well, which is always a neurotic dogmom concern who suffers from separation anxiety! read more

By far the best pet sitting experience I have had. I am incredibly impressed. I have a senior retired racing greyhound and a whippet. While my whippet is very comfortable with new people and new situations, my greyhound is very anxious and has trouble relaxing while I'm away. Well, not only did I feel at peace due to the updates I received while I was away from home (along with cute photos)...I returned to the most at-peace and relaxed dogs. Instead of displaying any anxiety, my greyhound was wagging her tail and playing with her toys when I walked in the door. It was as if I had just popped out for an hour or two. Rachel did an incredible job. I could tell my pups would be in good hands during our initial meet-up due to her in-depth questions and her obvious care and concern for their well-being. Leslie and Danny have been fabulous in looking after two quite tricky pets (1 cat 20yrs - 1 dog 13yrs) - both old and one is a tripawd that has issues with eating properly. When I phoned Nelson trying to get a last minute(ish) sitter he stepped up and Danny and Leslie pitched for a meet and greet. While we were away I had comms problems and could only intermittently get wifi. However the pet pro portal was excellent as I could still access that when I occasionally got wifi and could see the pet reports. Leslie did the majority of the sitting and it was clear from her comments that she understood and got on with both pets very well. We got home last night to see two happy and unstressed pets. Neither had lost weight - so Leslie had obviously done a magnificent job in caring for them. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. read more

With all the built-in security measures (they text you when they're at your home and you can monitor your property with provided webcams), I always felt at ease. I recently used this service on short notice and I was overly impressed by how well they cared for my kitty. We were going on vacation and had our sitter cancel. In just a day Denver Pro Pet returned my email and scheduled a meet and greet. Danny was our sitter and he was great! We received pictures and daily updates on our kitty. He also helped keep our grass watered and brought in our packages that were delivered. They spend 30 minutes at your home playing and giving attention to your pets. They are super responsive to messages and emails, quickly confirm when I leave special instructions, and always take the best pictures of my cats with each visit! They are super reliable so we never worry about our cats anymore when we are gone. PLUS it is super easy to schedule online, and they've fit us in multiple times with last minute bookings which is a life saver! Originally thought we might use them once because the cost was slightly higher than what we were used to, but now I use them EVERY time and I can't imagine using anyone else! I tried a couple different pet sitting services here in Denver and I was not impressed. There were a few things that stood out with Denver Pro Pet Sitting... 1. Nelson (the owner) was very friendly and professional. 2. I paid for the VIP service to rent a camera from him... where I would get text message notices that he was in my house. Then I could watch him play with my kitties on my iPhone. This made me feel super safe and happy (for my cats and my house). 3. They are bonded, insured and pet CPR certified. I recommend doing the "meet & greet" and seeing if it's right for you. It definitely was for my family. We'll use them again! read more

Rachel took such wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for an extended trip. She was extremely responsive to my (many) requests regarding their playtime, feedings, litter, etc and had detailed and timely updates for us every day.
