I reached out for his opinion, and he was honest in what he thought would get the leak solved for the least cost. He suggested a patch and seal job would last at least half a decade, which fit our needs, but obviously a full replacement would be a more permanent solution. As we opted for the patch and seal, his team were quick to get the job done, and payment was super easy. Fast forward a few months to early May, when it's been raining nonstop the past few days, and no leaks! Of course, I hope the work they've done lasts longer than five years, but I know who to contact when I need it.

We were told that a report would be sent to us with pictures of the poor workmanship, THAT DAY (over a month ago). We have contacted them repeatedly for the report, and even considered having them replace our roof. They always state to us they will send the report, come back out, yada...yada... Weeks have gone by without seeing or hearing from them. We are now looking at other roofing companies to complete our work. We just felt like we wasted our time (taking time off work when they stated they would be out again) and getting the run around. 9/4/2018: After posting this review, an inspector came to our house and provided us with an estimate and report of manufacturing/installation faults. We wish this would have occurred sooner, but at least they eventually made the effort.
