Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

But at 10:30 no one had arrived. I called and they said my tech had called out sick and did I get my confirmation to which I said yes. To be I honest I was grouchy as they made it sound like I was not getting a tech. They then agreed to send someone out. Asked for my phone number and email which was weird as I had been communication via email. They asked for a card and I explained I was paying in cash, to which they said they would let the tech know. The call ended and not 5 minutes later I get another call asking for my email, phone number, and credit card information. Excuse? I just went through all this. She got defensive and then hung up on me. I called back and after a brief exchange I gave them my email and ended the call. The techs ("you got two for one" ) showed up approximately 1 1/2 hours later. To be honest they over didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and didn't come with all the needed equipment. Neither wanted to get under the RV, but reluctantly did so. They had to create a wire to get it done from my left over junk. When it was all said and done they wanted $160 more than the quote. I showed them the quote and the accepted the amount in cash. Additionally they also made me feel that the issue couldn't be repaired more than moving the slide in and locking it. I kind of felt taken advantage of when it was all said and done. I will not be using them again.

I checked the reviews on sites like this and decided to give All Fleet Services a try. After having some work done on our 2006 International box truck, I came away satisfied. The AFS shop is relatively new, clean and tidy. There are ample truck parking with a spacious and easy to navigate parking lot and drop-off area. The labor rates are reasonable and they get the work done quickly. I was surprised when I got a call on Saturday apologizing for not being able to do the work because they couldn't get the part on the weekend. I did not expect that they were even going to try to do any work over the weekend. This is a shop you can trust. A special thanks goes out to Jake Faver, the shop foreman. He is a hard working guy that took care of things when the estimated cost was lower than the actual. He was even there after closing when I got stuck in traffic on the way to pick up our truck. The only reason why they AFS looses one start is they don't take reservations. It is a first come, first serve shop. While they got my truck finished relatively quickly, this left some uncertainty when the work would be completed. I barely got the truck back before we absolutely had to have it back. This might be a little hard to deal with when the truck is a critical part of your business. I suppose to reduce stress, we could have rented a truck while ours was being serviced. Thanks again guys, I will be back.

Told them I needed truck by weekend for vacation to pull my 5th wheel. Said no problem and would be done by Thursday so I dropped it off Tuesday, called Thursday to see when I could pick it up. They informed me that new policy as of that morning was not to install others parts, then offered to charge me double what my part cost with zero core charge rebate. Thinking I'd be desperate not to have my vacation and bite the hook of their rip of scam. These guys are typical rip off. Liars! Not honest!! NOT a good ole boy shop. My friend who had fleet service there and referred me is going to pull his business as a result. Shame on this business!

Thank you to Nick Benallo and the entire team at Lampert Hitch…read more In June I scheduled a hitch installation with UHaul that was delayed for over two months due to supply issues--totally get it, but never received updates or calls. I finally gave up and asked for some quotes from local businesses on hitch receiver installations (to carry a bike rack) for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Nick from Lampert responded first thing the next morning with a more than reasonable quote, time he'd need to complete the job, and scheduling instructions. I was able to schedule a few days later, the whole installation took less than an hour and a half, and the price I paid was exactly what Nick had quoted me. Highly recommend Lampert Hitch for hitch and trailering needs!

They muttered something about it would void the warranty. Then we took it to the dealer. After 4 hours they gave up. At least they washed the car. They recommended Lambert Hitch. I emailed them with the situation, and they almost immediately responded, saying what we needed and what it would cost. So we made an appointment and took it there. The people there were amazingly friendly and helpful. I asked how long they would be, and they said it would be about an hour and a half. They called me almost exactly in an hour and a half, and they did what they said they would do. And the price was exactly what they had quoted me. These guys were awesome.

Explained the above, my insurance quote, etc. Igor & Eden handled all my roofing and insurance needs! Their expert knowledge lead to maximize my insurance claim which helped immensely! I was made aware of their 20-year warranty, the high quality roof material that would be used & the entire replacement process. Also if the damage does extends beyond the rubber, which was case for me as there was some rotten, wet & hail damaged wood. Which they immediately wrote an additional supplement for that & sent to the claims adjuster. They also have the option to come to your home. I took advantage of that as my truck was currently in the body shop. The crew was professional, courteous, well versed & especially were tidy, maintained a clean work area & took "all" the old materials with them leaving my yard neater than before. And it only two days, amazing!! I am 100% satisfied with the outcome & the entire process. "I truly & honestly would recommend RV Roof Worx to my family, friends & to you!!"
