We were there for an hour and a half looking around and never greeted and never asked if we needed anything. Now when I take clients to look at products, I am very low maintenance, I don't need anyone's time or anything of that nature, I just require the manufacturers spec books so I can write down the products that we would like to purchase. Like walking into a restaurant and asking for a menu to order the food you want. After giving up on the prospect of a greeting, I went to the receptionist and asked for spec books to look at so I could just write down what we wanted. The receptionist told me they don't give those out. I assured him that I didn't want to keep them, I just wanted to sit down and look at them to write down what we wanted to buy. He went and got a sales person who parroted the same answer, as I assured them yet again that I didn't want to take their books anywhere. Also they won't help you with anything if you don't have an appointment even if there's nobody else in the building. You see, their texting and internet shopping is too important to give up for customers looking to spend money. So imagine walking into a restaurant that has nobody in it and being refused a menu to order anything and being told that nobody could help you. Remind you of anything? It sure struck a cord with me. Please never shop here. They only want to cater to the big builders in the area with deep pockets. Anyone else gets sent packing. Beware!!

I should have had that information. The Costumer is a large operation with three locations in Schenectady. It rents and sells hundreds of costumes and assessories. A call to my daughter resolved those issues. Within 15-20 minutes of my arrival, the order was located and delivered to my car by a staff member. Service was Five Stars I talked to four different staff, and each one was courteous and calm in spite of my impatience during the initial part of my visit. I was a little out of line, but I am going to attribute it to a senior episode. Went to open the panettone bread today and there was a large chunk missing out of the bread and someone had very deceptively re sealed the box with packaging tape on the bottom. I understood that no refunds are given and all sales are final and no returns. I took it back anyway feeling they would want to know about this. We just received a response of oh wow and sorry. I did expect that they would refund the $2.00 as this was very deceptive to resell a food product that had been opened and very discreetly resealed but no refund was given. I urge all customers here not to purchase food items as they may be potentially dangerous. if they have been resealed.
