We've used them four or five times now after having an awful experience with the other nearby dry cleaner, and so far so good. Things have been clean, on time when promised, haven't been ruined, and the pricing isn't bargain but it's fine. I give them extra credit for knowing their limitations: another piece that had been ruined by the other cleaner was in an uncleanable condition, and they admitted as much before taking our money to try to clean it. Places that do the cleaning themselves tend to know this stuff much more than the ship-off-to-cleaning-plant storefront operations. We haven't tried any tailoring/alterations here as yet, but they do them on-site. I'm giving them four stars within the category of dry cleaners largely because every other place has been a two or a one thus far, so you figure within same-class they're well above average.

One time I needed my laundry done the same day but I dropped the ball by bringing my laundry over at 5:00pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and they may not be able to squeeze me in. The nice woman at the front desk told me she'd try her best and she did! She was able to get it done and even called me when the load was finished.
