I have been a loyal customer of Twins for a long time and normally give them 5 stars for…read moreeverything. They do an amazing job with oil changes, tire rotations, car detailing, and rust protection. They are my absolute go-to for standard maintenance. However, they recently started offering brake repair services, and unfortunately, this is where things went wrong. I recently had them service my brakes, and shortly after, I had to completely pull over on the side of the road because my brakes were shot and making a terrifying noise. When I looked, a wire was completely wrapped around the spring hardware, and the brake drum was warped. I took it back to Twins to have them look at the issue, but they gave me the classic "we couldn't hear the noise" line and sent me on my way. Twins guys, I still love you and I will absolutely continue to bring my car to you for oil changes and detailing. But please, leave the brake jobs to the specialists. If you need standard maintenance, they are great, but I cannot recommend them for brake work. Now I have to get new breaks from some place.

I called, the owner Ryan, he's so down to earth and respectable he called me "Aunty" he said to bring car and he can do a quick check, it might just be any easy repair. I brought it in that day he did diagnostic check (he didn't charge). He ordered the part that needed to be replace. He took the time and called auto parts shop and got me the most affordable part. Part came within the week. He repaired my AC, he even came to pick up my car from my working place, that's what you call Awesome Service. This guy is not a dealership but he works with you he'll explain to you what needs to be done and charges you for the actual labor not according to the books. And his work has warranty too.
