As soon as I walked in red flags started going up. I was almost knocked over by the chemicals vapors in the air. They clearly do not have adequate ventilation. When I sat down with the manicurist, she was very unprofessional. When I asked her to avoid an area of my foot that had a small cut on it, she burst out laughing along with the manicurist in the next chair. Because I was wearing a dress, the manicurist next to me threw a stained towel on my lap. I was shocked that she threw the towel at me, but was even more shocked when she and my manicurist argued about whether I needed the towel or not as the proceeded to aggressively remove and replace the towel on my lap. At one point the manicurist laughingly told me to "spread your legs," which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. Throughout the entire session, the manicurist next to me was telling awkward stories about her family and saying the f-word every other sentence. I go to spa and expect a relaxing experience and there is no way this place could be relaxing for anybody! read more

I would never come back to this place again I'm getting my nails done for thanksgiving and don't have any time to get them fixed. I'm super upset the man who did my acrylic nails made then look like I tried to do them at home with a do it yourself kit. My nails are not fully covered, they're misshapen and the clear acrylic coat messed up before I even walked out the door. When he put another coat on them he asked me if I wanted to leave before even drying it. Very unprofessional. read more

I went here with my bridal party the day before my wedding and they were able to accommodate all of us at the same time! And they even closed to the public for the two hours my private party was there! I can't get over the hospitality, service and over and above atmosphere they provided. I will never go back here! The technician was on his phone the whole time he was supposed to be working on me. Cut my toe and caused it to bleed. The girl cutting my cuticles had a dull cuticle clipper and was tearing my cuticles. And this place charges $10 more than other places. Never going back. read more

This is my favorite place in the Polaris area to get a pedi. They take their time and give a great foot massage that is at least 10 minutes. Their polish also lasts a while too compared to some other nail places in the area. read more

I am not one to complain, but I will NEVER be coming back here again. I took my cousin to go get a full set done for both of us. My technician was Joy and I didn't catch the other ladies name that worked with my cousin. The other lady was very nice and talkative but my tech was not involved at all. Joy had finished my nails up 20 or so minutes earlier than my cousin's even though we both started at the same time and while I usually wouldn't have an issue with that, my nails looked HORRENDOUS. She had totally rushed through doing them, the acrylic didn't cover my whole nail, the actual acrylic was extremely thick to where I didn't like it (even though I had made it clear to her that I didn't like how thick they were), not letting the polish dry between coats so they looked thick and clumpy. It was very obvious she didn't care, when she was done she disappeared into the back room. The next day, I already had spots on a nail where it was coming up off of the nail bed so I called them and let them know. They scheduled me to come in the next day so they could fix it, free of charge. Once I arrived the next day though I sat and waited for 20 minutes while they had other clients. She then pulled me back while still working with her other client to fix it. Upon me showing her the spots where it was coming up she completely denied it and said I was being "cautious" with my nails but she was glad I came in. She then fixed it and filed it which made it much smaller than the others which just looks even more awkward, and while I was waiting for the nail to dry right next to the other clients she told them that I was being "overly cautious with my nails and there was nothing wrong with them, I was just delusional" which I thought was extremely rude. I ended up visiting another place to get them fixed, upon which they wouldn't even attempt to fix them because of how bad they were. Like I said before, I am not one to ever complain, let alone write a bad review like this, I am an extremely reasonable person. This place isn't entirely terrible, I just especially do not recommend Joy as being your tech if you happen to decide to go there. read more

The absolute worst mani and pedi I have ever received. I scheduled an appointment and got there 15 minutes before the appointment. The owner Joy is the one who assisted me and rushed the whole time. My pedicure was over in less than 15 minutes and same for my nails. She was very rude and anti social. The shop is nice but the staff defiantly needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. It was not a relaxing experience and my polish chipped the next day. Once she finished with me three other customers came in that I assumed had an appointment as well. Her attitude was like night and day. I could tell they were regular customers the way she interacted this them. I guess in order to receive good service you must be a regular customer. It's a shame because it really is a nice shop but I will CERTAINLY not be returning and would NEVER recommend anyone to this shop. I would give it zero stars if I could read more
