She has been so helpful with addressing the psoriasis that I have been dealing with for years, finally getting it under control, and fast tracked me on Biologics when I realized that PsA had set in. I feel incredibly lucky to have been at her office for a skin check during a flare, when she checked in on the psoriasis and asked about joint pain. Her thorough care saved me what can sometimes be a lengthy process for people to get diagnosed and treated for similar autoimmune diseases, and I know that being proactive is going to help me out a lot in the long run. All of the staff at the office has also been so helpful working with my pharmacy to get the medications approved and pushed through despite a few minor hang ups. It never takes long to schedule an appointment, I don't ever have to wait long to be seen, overall truly a great experience with everyone here.

She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. I had to pay an extra $10 groupon booking fee, but the price itself was so affordable I didn't mind. At my appointment, the technician Emily mentioned I could purchase directly from her in the future, and she'd still honor the Groupon price, which was super kind of her. If you're interested, check if the deal is still available online. The Groupon covers small, medium, and large tattoo removal areas. For my next session, I'll be booking directly through her. This was my first experience with any type of tattoo removal, and I'll admit I was a bit nervous. I'd heard it can be more painful than getting a tattoo. Emily doesn't use numbing cream, but she has a cold air machine that blows over the area while the laser works. It helped a lot, less of a shock than I expected. Since the area was small, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. In terms of pain, I'd say it felt pretty similar to getting the original tattoo. If you've had your brows tattoo and touched up, you know what I mean. (The pain isn't the best) Even after just one session, I noticed a big difference. The pigment lifted way more than I thought it would. I'll probably need one more session since I've had multiple tattoo applications over the years, but I'm already really happy with the results. Going into my first appointment, I was honestly nervous. I've been rejected before by medical providers because my insurance didn't cover GLP-1 services, so I was bracing myself for that again. At Ohana MedSpa, I didn't have that problem. I joined during their $199 first month discount promotion and was cleared to start right away on 0.25 weekly injections along with a B12 vitamin injection. During my first visit, I was weighed using a comprehensive scale that measures body fat, muscle mass, and other key metrics. Within about 45 minutes, I had completed the intake, review, and received my first injection. The appointment was thorough but efficient. My follow-up appointment was just as smooth. They do not follow through with their appointment commitments. They say things but never follow through. They are extremely vague. Their staff can easily be "paid off". Things have definitely happened at this facility where it was clear they weren't doing their job. They are disrespectful of everyone's time and highly inconsiderate of how their lack of follow through impacts peoples lives. They are HIGHLY unprofessional and I question the competency of some of the staff. I believe they have been manipulating my partner and severely overcharging for their services. Working with this facility has been a nightmare for both my partner and myself. In all, I believe they have caused more damage to both of us emotionally and we feel stuck in terms of how to navigate things with them. At this time, we are considering a lawsuit. Steer clear of this facility at all costs. All they will do is take your money and provide minimal explanations and try to hold you there as long as they possibly can.
