Within about 45 minutes, I had completed the intake, review, and received my first injection. The appointment was thorough but efficient. My follow-up appointment was just as smooth. This was a horrible Botox not Botox experience. The doctor was so distracted - texting on her phone, talking to someone OVER the room wall as the door was closed for "privacy" what a joke. I specifically booked for Botox 11 lines and the doctor totally missed the mark. Scatterbrained and way to preoccupied. I ended up with absolutely no so called Botox for my 11 lines or not enough to make a difference AND the majority of the 30 units in my forehead and above my eyebrows on both sides causing my eyebrow arches to flatten and freeze.
