To start off, this office is busy.. so don't be surprised that there will be a wait to schedule. From my perspective, I see the hold time as more of a stamp of approval for a surgeon who is well sought after. And he surely is! Dr. Healy was on my radar for 13+ years before my surgery. After 2 children and the aftermath of breastfeeding, I have always wanted to correct the remaining "two problems"... haha! At 50 years old, choosing facial surgery was a significant decision, and I spent a great deal of time researching my options. Dr. Long performed my deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty. I appreciated his professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and the time he took to answer all of my questions. His staff was equally exceptional, kind, welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I carefully followed all of the pre-operative and post-operative instructions, and my recovery has progressed exactly as expected. One thing that truly amazed me was that I had virtually no bruising after surgery. While I experienced the expected swelling, it has steadily improved each day. I am only one week post-op, and I already love my upper eyelids. Even with the remaining swelling, I can already see beautiful, natural-looking improvements. One of my favorite parts of recovery has been waking up each morning excited to look in the mirror and see more of my facial features emerge as the swelling continues to decrease. My experience with him and Asia Pacific was a nightmare, and a significant portion of my result is so unacceptable that I require a costly and risky revision surgery. I feel botched and mutilated. I avoid mirrors and public settings because of the effect this has on my appearance. I am deeply ashamed that I trusted this person and allowed them to do this to my body. On the day of surgery, the anesthesiologist was unaware of important medical history that I had provided to Dr. Ching's staff weeks earlier. Asia Pacific had expressly assured me that my medical history and concerns were being taken seriously. Yet, as I sat prepped and awaiting surgery, it became abundantly clear that this information had not been shared with the anesthesiologist. I then waited in the intake room for more than two hours while the anesthesiologist requested the information I had provided and reviewed it to assess surgical risk. Despite the practice's error, I had no financially viable option to cancel on the spot. Withdrawing that morning would have meant forfeiting over $40,000. I was therefore placed in the untenable position of either proceeding with surgery despite serious concerns about the handling of my medical records or losing the entire amount I had paid because of an error that was not mine. No respectable medical practice would place a patient in that position. This failure, compounded by serious deficiencies in postoperative care and communication, destroyed my trust in both Dr. Ching and his staff. Their conduct changed markedly after the practice collected my full surgical fees -- they repeatedly revealed serious deficiencies in professionalism, communication, and basic administrative competence. I recently requested a partial refund to help defray the cost of revision surgery with a different surgeon. Asia Pacific denied that request outright, without dialogue with me or any form of good-faith effort to address why I don't feel safe with Dr. Ching. Offering to revise his own work is not a reasonable solution when repeated lapses in professionalism, communication, and patient care have left me with no confidence in his judgment or ability. I strongly urge prospective patients to conduct thorough due diligence before entrusting Dr. Ching with their body, safety, and money. Do not assume that "over a million followers" is actually real, or that an expensive office is evidence of surgical competence, patient safety, or accountability.

He took the extra time to check more than what I originally scheduled for. He found an unusual spot, suggested and performed a biopsy on the spot and sutured me up. When it came to relaying the results from pathology, he called me himself. Not his staff, not his assistant, but the doctor himself! Not too many doctors take the time to personally speak with their patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fujita to anyone!

I was really skeptical about it at first only because I haven't seen much reviews on him, but I'm really glad I chose him and his staff. Let me just add that my appointment is not until mid-May so this review is pretty much just about my consultation. I walked in and I was seriously expecting snobby staff (I guess because the first office I consulted with was just snobby).....but I was totally wrong. I forgot one of the front office staffs name, but when she checked me in she was quick and gave me all the forms I needed to fill out. Then along came office manager Jen, who calls me in after 5 minutes of waiting in their lobby. She also acknowledged my husband to tag along in the consultation room and watch the introductory video they had me watch that way he knows what to expect. She transferred us to another room where we met with Dr. Dieffenbach. He was very soft spoken and answered my questions and concerns that I had. He didn't leave my husband left out of the conversation either. He asked if there was any concerns my husband had and even though he said no, he still went over certain things with him. Not like some doctors who are just okay with no questions asked. Jen and Dr. B weren't pushy so that was a plus and they both even said not to settle. His office staff members were friendly and professional and from the casual conversations between the patients it was obvious that everyone there felt at home with the staff and the doctor. From the date of my consult, Dr. Schlesinger made me feel at ease and helped me understand my options and decisions. On the day of the surgery, it was clear that surgery staff were professional and attentive and the doctor again walked me through the upcoming procedure. I don't think I have ever met such a caring physician and I have had more than one procedure because of my confidence in his skills. His aftercare is also amazing. When I went in for followups I did not see nurses, I always saw the doctor. If I had questions after hours, I did not have to call some impersonal service, he gives his patients his cell phone number and he either answers or returns calls quickly. He would rather come in on a Sunday to make sure that you are okay than have you wait until his office is "officially open" to see you. I am currently under his care, he is moving his practice into the use of PRP --which will help with post surgical scarring (apparently amongst many other things)--I look forward to seeing what innovations Dr. S. has up his sleeve.

It was unflattering, and although I wasn't overweight, my abdomen was far from flat, bulging around each of those scars. I felt uncomfortable in my skin, clothes did not fit right, and I just wasn't happy. A consultation with Dr. Cho put me at ease about my decision to move forward with an abdominoplasty, and the results are incredible. I interviewed with several surgeons before finally deciding on Dr. Cho. Besides his amazing bedside manner and his ability to put me completely at ease, Dr. Cho was the only surgeon I interviewed that insisted on keeping me overnight in Straub Hospital after the surgery. Even with that overnight stay, the cost was comparable to that of the other surgeons. The other surgeons all intended to send me home after surgery. After experiencing this major surgery, there is no way I would have been able to go home afterwards, much less care for myself during that first 24 hours post-surgery. I am also grateful for the care and concern provided by his amazing staff before, during, and after my surgery. It's been nearly three years since my surgery and the scars are, for the most part, invisible. Dr. Cho had me come back to restitch the "dog ears" of my trans-abdominal scar as well as my old belly button because he wasn't 100% satisfied with how they looked. (My original belly button had to be moved, and Dr. Cho crafted me a new one which is an absolute work of art.) He did not charge me for that follow-up service. For the record, I thought the scars looked fine, but Dr. Cho is a perfectionist, which I appreciate! She has been so helpful with addressing the psoriasis that I have been dealing with for years, finally getting it under control, and fast tracked me on Biologics when I realized that PsA had set in. I feel incredibly lucky to have been at her office for a skin check during a flare, when she checked in on the psoriasis and asked about joint pain. Her thorough care saved me what can sometimes be a lengthy process for people to get diagnosed and treated for similar autoimmune diseases, and I know that being proactive is going to help me out a lot in the long run. All of the staff at the office has also been so helpful working with my pharmacy to get the medications approved and pushed through despite a few minor hang ups. It never takes long to schedule an appointment, I don't ever have to wait long to be seen, overall truly a great experience with everyone here.
