She has been so helpful with addressing the psoriasis that I have been dealing with for years, finally getting it under control, and fast tracked me on Biologics when I realized that PsA had set in. I feel incredibly lucky to have been at her office for a skin check during a flare, when she checked in on the psoriasis and asked about joint pain. Her thorough care saved me what can sometimes be a lengthy process for people to get diagnosed and treated for similar autoimmune diseases, and I know that being proactive is going to help me out a lot in the long run. All of the staff at the office has also been so helpful working with my pharmacy to get the medications approved and pushed through despite a few minor hang ups. It never takes long to schedule an appointment, I don't ever have to wait long to be seen, overall truly a great experience with everyone here.

I have called 3 times and 2 out of 3 I left a message and I didn't get a call back that same day. The answering thingy that they have gave me 3 different messages when I called. Sometimes, ok it would have better if I had just spoken to a human to begin with. Especially if I'm on break and I can't keep waiting for what options and leave a message or you can email or. . . OMG! Just give me a human! When I finally got one, she was AWESOME! Very helpful, very informative and ready to help in every way possible and may I add in patient? Don't get me wrong because I was not a beeedd-yotch. I just wanted an appointment right away and with her patience and knowledge and being very informed, I had no time to be one. Please don't get me wrong but I'm not always one lol like for real Anyways, I get in, filled a whole team of papers about myself ok ok it was only about 6 papers lol but it seemed like a lot lol and after handing those in, I waited say a good 10-15 minutes and they called me in. Tiana started questioning me, repeated to be sure she was understanding what I was saying and put it all in the tablet/iPad for the Dr to review. When Dr Franco(?), ok I was listening but not to her name. So, when the Dr came in and reviewed everything that was of concern and she looked me over and gave me options of what it may be. Then she gave me instructions, then asked if I had any questions and wanted to see me in about 4 weeks. She was awesome, fast and very attentative to my needy needs. She asked what pharmacy and Tiana sent then there and I made an appointment in front and was on my merry way home. He took the extra time to check more than what I originally scheduled for. He found an unusual spot, suggested and performed a biopsy on the spot and sutured me up. When it came to relaying the results from pathology, he called me himself. Not his staff, not his assistant, but the doctor himself! Not too many doctors take the time to personally speak with their patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fujita to anyone!

The receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) greeted me with a smile and got me checked in quickly with an iPad for my paperwork. Soon after, the medical assistant--possibly Chayan--brought me to the exam room, verified my information, and made sure nothing was missed. I waited only a short time before PA Jessica came in to examine my skin, explain what was going on, and discuss treatment options. She stepped out briefly, then returned with Dr. Wong, who was kind, thorough, and able to prescribe the medications I needed. Overall, this is an excellent dermatology practice with a caring, efficient team. I felt heard, taken care of, and never rushed. To start off, this office is busy.. so don't be surprised that there will be a wait to schedule. From my perspective, I see the hold time as more of a stamp of approval for a surgeon who is well sought after. And he surely is! Dr. Healy was on my radar for 13+ years before my surgery. After 2 children and the aftermath of breastfeeding, I have always wanted to correct the remaining "two problems"... haha! Of course, having cosmetic surgery is a huge decision, due to the risk and high price tag, so being extremely picky about your surgeon is the most reasonable thing to do. Now that I've reached my one year anniversary, I can say with full confidence - I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS OFFICE! My gosh... I have read reviews for other surgeons and I am so grateful for Dr. Healy and his staff for holding up their end of the bargain. Every appointment was made according to doctor's recommendations and all appointments were calmly completed by Dr. Healy himself. And I didn't even mention anything about the surgery itself!!.. I bought a larger size of Skinceuticals fusion sunscreen. She prescribes a skin lightener from Costco that you should use twice daily for 3 months. Natalie is a PA and has a bright smiling face. She has another employee Jasmine who brings you to the exam room and stays with both of you. Her advice? Wear a wide brimmed hat and use sunscreen.

The nurses are always friendly, and welcome us when we arrive. Recently, I dislocated my son's elbow (nurses elbow, waah!) and Dr. met me on a early Sunday morning. He goes out of his way to make my son feel comfortable, which is not something we experience often in medical settings. He jokes with him, builds rapport, and treats him with genuine respect. As a parent, it is incredibly reassuring to have a pediatrician who not only understands complex medical care but also truly sees my child as a person. He texted me needing a lift from Pali Momi Medical Center (PMMC) to his home just off Kinau Street. PMMC opened its doors in July 1989 and has been servicing Central and West Oahu. It was originally opened as Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi until rebranded as PMMC in 2010. They are conveniently located in Aiea just down the road from Pearlridge Shopping Center. It was my first time here and was impressed with the upkeep of the grounds. Because my friend just had a procedure to the day prior, a hospital staff wheeled him via wheelchair to the pickup/drop off area. I was amazed by the hospital's attention to patient's condition, consideration and service extended. Although the pickup was a fairly quick process, the setback I encountered was leaving. There were 2 parked cars in front of me and it didn't seem the cars would be leaving soon. Furthermore, the right hand lane was too narrow where I couldn't pass them. My only option was to back up and exit via the far left lane. Thank goodness there was no car behind me otherwise I would have been in a standstill. Overall, impressed with my first visit to PMMC, with the exception of their pickup and drop off area. 2026 #60

He was responsive and very caring. My son felt safe with him. The night nurse, Cliff, was also very good too! Case managers, Beth and Tainika, kept our family up-to-date with our son's status. My son still has a slight yellow tinge to his skin, but he is stable and getting stronger thanks to the great care provided by the wonderful Pali Momi staff of doctors and nurses! Mahalo!

From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication. As someone who had never had surgery before, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the care was truly top-of-the-line.
