I don't know if I have ever had such consistently great experiences at any medical office in the history of my 36 year old life. Sasha Ure is an incredible P.A. She has been so helpful with addressing the psoriasis that I have been dealing with for years, finally getting it under control, and fast tracked me on Biologics when I realized that PsA had set in. I feel incredibly lucky to have been at her office for a skin check during a flare, when she checked in on the psoriasis and asked about joint pain. Her thorough care saved me what can sometimes be a lengthy process for people to get diagnosed and treated for similar autoimmune diseases, and I know that being proactive is going to help me out a lot in the long run. All of the staff at the office has also been so helpful working with my pharmacy to get the medications approved and pushed through despite a few minor hang ups. It never takes long to schedule an appointment, I don't ever have to wait long to be seen, overall truly a great experience with everyone here. read more

More than completely happy with my care with this office. I've been treated by Emily Migliorini, PA-C. She's been nothing but pleasant, patient, calming and is a great listener. I'd like to acknowledge the positive friendly and professional attitudes of the Staff at Complete Dermatology in Mililani Tech Park. Who would ever think you'd leave the office smiling, but I do! I especially want to spotlight Natalie Nguyen PA-C and Jackie (Red-Light Therapy) for making me feel comfortable and always have the best attitudes. The doctor who helped me was friendly. The very front desk staff was nice but when leaving, the front desk staff in the inside area was rude. NO customer service. I decided to try cancel an appointment through the phone by calling but they won't pickup. Left a message 2x but still no call backs. That's why they have bad reviews in Yelp. read more

Over the years I've been seen by 3 people here. As a teenager going to Magic Island or Ala Moana Beach to get a deep tan was considered "cool". Moonlight picnics were so fun too. As a kid my parents took us often to a beach house in Punaluu where we'd stay hours in the sun. Even though I used Coppertone suntan lotion and orher brands I think the sun damage took its toll. The more years that passed, the darkened spots that invaded and set up house on me everywhere that the sun kissed bothered me. I tried procedures here as well as bought expensive products that never made a difference. All 3 providers (a lady who is no longer there, Eric & Dr. Carcamo) were very nice but coming more often than monthly did not help me. I decided each time to stop then would try again. I guess I am doomed to look like a speckled egg forever...i just need to be content and use sunscreen and a good concealer before leaving the house. read more

This place use to be good, until they started losing key players, (physicians and office staff) that have been there for years! This place has a revolving door of employees, which should tell you something about their culture. The front office staff is clueless, depending on the "flavor of the day" determines whether or not they enforce a policy they are completely unfamiliar about, true story! Trying to call and schedule an appointment, on hold after about 15 minutes it goes to a fax line and hangs up. You're never able to call or talk with anyone in the office, but rather get routed to a central office, where they take a message and no one returns your call. Stay clear from this place, they reviews speak for themselves. Until they flush out the old with new professionals, the process and culture will remain in place. Sad but true story! read more

While the care I received was avenrage, their customer service is well below average. They NEVER answer the phone. When I (like most people) have an issue, I want to talk to a person, not leave a message and hope someone returns my call. And in my case, a call was never returned. I had a skin cancer on my left hand removed, the office would normally have an arm rest to place the hand, this one did not, instead they placed my hand on my left leg. Following the surgery I had a staff infection which took several months to cure. On the follow-up appointment the meeting room I was taken to had a full trash can, on top of which covered with bloody bandages. I then changed offices to KAPOLE, subsequently I had three appointments cancelled and rescheduled. I also asked three times to send copies of my records to my primary care provider, they never honored that request. The worst medical facility I have ever dealt with! read more

After Almost twenty years going to Complete Dermatology, I am done with them. I was 7 minutes late getting to my appointment ( first time ), they checked me in, then I sat there for about 10 minutes, was then called up to the desk, and was told " you're appointment has been canceled, and would I like to reschedule " ? NO. I walked out, done with them. It gave me a good reason to find another place. The PA that I first saw, would take time, do my annual skin cancer check properly; but the current one, spent maybe 5 to 8 minutes checking (?) .So good riddance to a company that thrives on PUSHING skin products, not people. read more

The manager at this site is a complete piece of crap! Yes, I'm a healthcare worker who by advice by my PCP recommended me to come in. After speaking more than twice on the phone with the MA who then told me I could come in. Get to the office fill out the questionnaire of covid19 symptoms and cause I work at the hospital and must symptoms are fever, cough, etc but all rule out of covid after being tested, they refuse to see me for an URGENT MEDICAL SITUATION. They do not care about health professionals apparently and yes u get they are protecting themselves but I hope those workers and patients aren't shopping and stickup staying away from everyone including their family cause you could have no symptoms and have the virus. read more

So, then I waited and waited and waited for a call back. But nobody called me back. So, because I am persistent I repeat the call and waiting and call and waiting and message and waiting process... Still waiting like a week later. Guess they are too busy, but after reading all the reviews. I am glad I didn't get a call back doesn't look like I would be seen by a real doctor and would have to deal with some real characters at the front desk. It took me a week to make an appointment because they don't answer the phone. Left a message and never was called back. Finally got through made an appointment for over a month out. Was called 10 days before appt and was asked to come in earlier which I could not do. Then was called 4 days before appt and was told my appointment was canceled with zero apologies. Don't schedule your appointments out so far if you have no idea if the doctor is available. Waste of time horrible customer service and I'm making a complaint with my insurance company. read more

I was seen by Eric Yukumoto and his team they are very professional and made me feel comfortable even though I was feeling very anxious inside at my appointment wanting to know what my results were. Everyone that works there was very friendly, really NO complaints about them at all. I will definitely be going back to see DR. I dearly adore their MPA, Eric Yukumoto! He is very patient oriented and takes the time to explain each and every thing that is going on. He even has affordable suggestions if you need any dermatology lotions or cleansers. BUT the front office staff needs a few lesson, no classes on customer service and just humility. Wouldn't waste another second on this. After waiting months for an appointment. I showed up today at my scheduled time and was not greeted. An unprofessional irritated, short tempered secretary asked, "checking in" without any eye contact. After telling her my last name I was lectured like a child that I should have been there 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I was never informed to show up a half hour early. I received no reminder emails or phone calls to show up that early. Although I showed up at my scheduled time, she did not allow me to be seen. These clowns should have better customer service, especially at the front desk and should inform people of expectations prior to their appointment time. I should have been given the opportunity to fill out the paperwork and if time did not permit I could have been rescheduled. I left the office after the secretary's unprofessionalism. Horrible, frightening, dangerous place. I was badly scarred when the doctor did a simple procedure. He was clearly angry and took out his anger on me. The scar seems to be permanent and the pain is still increasing. Then they did appeal which destroyed the nice skin on my cheeks which no appear red and bumpy and diseased. I've never had a single mark on my cheeks in my life. The doctor told me he was using a mild solution and that I would feel a little bit of tingling. I immediately felt intense pain and shouted for them to stop. But the damage was done. I think that it is obvious that they were trying to cover up past injuries. Horrifying. A nightmare which I have to relive every day when I look at the scar and the badly damaged skin read more

My first experience going to Complete Dermatology was great being it was very close to home in Mililani. I was given a choice between 2 Dr's and chose the one who has the earliest appointment available. I saw Dr. Knox. He was thorough and used Nitrogen to freeze off sun spots. My follow up weeks later showed the sun spots were still there, so he used Nitrogen again and held it longer on each spot. They all grew into a huge water blister and the area around it were red. When those blisters popped, I seem to have 3rd degree burns that were deep below the skin layers. I know have ugly dark scarring that are darker then the sun spots were. I can't believe he did this!!! I didn't go back to Knox, but did mention my situation to the receptionist and Erik who is a Physician Assistant and much more knowledgeable. Erik is awesome! He even diagnosed my skin condition correctly, where Dr. Knox was incorrect and said I had something far fetched. Due to my experience. 1 star for my experience with Dr. Knox read more

And here I am back again trying to get thru the Mililani office. I get a phone call from Eric himself regarding my recent mole removal. I'm pretty sure this phone call is regarding my results. I call the 621-1000 number and I press option 1 because crap, that's pretty much the only option I can choose from since it ain't a billing issue. BUT...they don't answer. Called 3 more times just to get disconnected. I cannot. This is so frustrating. Their phone system sucks, trying to get my test results sucks even more. This is a complete shit show. My dermatologist retired and I decided to try CD in Mililani bcuz it is close to where I live. Major disappointment! The PA, Eric Yukimoto was helpful and offered remedies for my condition. All the ladies that work at the Mililani Tec location are friendly and helpful. I went this morning to get stitches out . Malia was my Medical Assistant that took out my stitches . Malia was a big help today and knowledgeable about different products to use for less reaction to skin I have thin skin. Malia Was nice & helped me change a appt, and even went out of her way to write down a few items I needed to pick up. She's Calm and made me feel good. Thank You Malia. Also the Dr.'s are available for you after a procedure to keep a close eye on the area. Surgeon Dr. Flament is wonderful . Has lots of experience with the MOHS procedure and has good energy snd explains everything to your so you understand. Eric is great too I will see him in the future for full body examine . I have seen Dr. Carcamo at Kapolei location. He is Excellent as well from Harvard and also able to get in touch with him if you need him. My Insurance isn't covered by him so I am now at Mililani location closer to where I live. I appreciate all of them as I am on Immunosuppressant medication since my Kidney a transplant and they are very careful to make sure antibiotics and ointments are ok for my kidney. After a brief inspection, the doctor told me there was noting that could be done to reverse my hair loss. He told me I was getting older and this was just a part of life. No biopsy was done. After I asked multiple times for something that my help, with the bald spots, thinning and breakage, he finally prescribed a shampoo. Unfortunately, the shampoo made the problem worse. Fast forward nine months, I've been diagnosed with CCCA and I have missed out on valuable treatment time. There are a number of approved treatment options for this condition. As a women, "you're getting older and you have to accept hair thinning and loss" is never a suitable diagnosis. I expected a biopsy and maybe a complete blood count but I was totally dismissed. Like some of the other comments have noted- stay away from this place. Fina a doctor who sincerely cares about helping patients get better! read more

It was recommended we come here and we saw an older dr. He was nice but seemed like he didn't know what was going on. It felt like we were just part of the routine and prescribed a regime that was general in nature. The nurse that walked us in and spoke to us was super sweet and she is the reason for the 2 stars. The front desk can work on some Aloha and organization - not welcoming from the onset. Overall- not recommend and I will be searching for another dermatologist, proximity to home is just not worth it. read more

Dr. Eric Yukimoto is our primary doctor at the clinic and has been following me for previous diagnosis of melanoma. He is very thorough, friendly and attentive.
