I've now been using the Alastin Gentle Cleanser for the past two years and it's probably the only cleanser I'll ever use on my face again. The Alastin eye treatment has helped keep the bags under my eyes from getting too dark and dull. I genuinely think the skin looks a little more plump and I definitely don't look so haunted when I go into work. Something else that makes me feel nice and glowy is the tinted sunscreen! It's like a little pick me up, I can wear it without makeup and feel like my skin looks smooth & clear. But if I want to wear make up on top it is literally the PERFECT primer. I was given the run around ad nauseam. Other competitors in the same area had better initial prices, and my inquiry was logical. Just answer the question- do you price match? Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere. Inflexibility at the onset is not a good sign. I cannot even remember all the minutiae and circular conversations I had with inept employees, who basically seem to rely on AI to do their job for them. Zero follow through. The proverbial "final straw" was a "dropped" phone call. In fact, the "provider" I had been calmly and methodically speaking with two minutes before was "busy." She never called back. Drama weeks BEFORE my appointment just because I asked a question and also asked that they stop their incessant texts and emails with conflicting information. More drama trying to get a refund. I never stepped foot in this place. If it was stressful booking and asking a question, I cannot imagine being in that actual office. Clearly, poor management and inept employees who do not listen, read or follow through. These are not the kind of people I want injecting a toxin into my face! So, you got your "feedback." I don't normally have acne, but people started noticing how one side of my face was just a problem. I wasn't originally stressed and I didn't have a specific side of my face that I slept on so I didn't know why that was happening. It ended up stressing me out which made it worse. I tried Paula's Choice clear extra strength exfoliator to clear it up which it temporarily did. Once the redness went away, I realized there was a deep blackhead that I assumed was causing the redness. I tried popping it but I couldn't get the head of it out so it persisted. In desperation, I went here to get a professional extraction. Disclaimer though, if you're expecting one of those extractions you see on Tiktok, you might not get that here. Cienna didn't believe in puncturing or damaging the skin, so she used two Q tips to pop things on my face. It did a good enough job, I still had blackheads on my nose but my biggest concern was that problem area on the right side of my face. The after pictures were taken within a week after my appointment and my face cleared up considerably even after those pics. Currently, I am about two weeks post-appointment and the problem area is hardly even there. Cienna was also not able to get the head of the blackhead out, but her massaging my face flattened it some. On top of that, since my pores were open from the steam, when I got home, I put a pimple patch on the problem area and it sucked everything out of there! Although I didn't get the tiktok extraction I was hoping for, Cienna made up for it by giving me advice on my current skin care routine and customized the facial to specifically tackle any problems my skin was having, which was specifically dryness. My face felt refreshed and hydrated for the following week. And this was all with the cheapest facial offered so I can't imagine the better ones. I have had to come in at least 20 times to have a like gun powder looking substance that burns put in the hole to promote healing that isn't working. Yes it's smaller . Will ad picture . No underwear bras . Missing school gas for all these appts due to this. To boot, two times ago his nurse found lumps in the other breast told me to immediately see doctor and for three weeks mri and ultra sound at the end of year , can't do mammogram due to hole.
