This review is on the Aesthetic Center For Plastic Surgery's "SURGICAL CENTER" itself, not the specific physician, although I was very pleased with my doctor that I used there, Dr. Christopher Patronella. That review will be posted separately. The surgical center is conveniently located on the first floor of the medical center and free parking was abundant. Upon entering, I was pleasantly greeted by the office staff and directed to take a seat. My spouse accompanied me and the waiting room was roomy enough for anyone to wait on a patient, for hours if necessary. There is complimentary water, sodas, and a Keruig brewer for hot tea, coffee, and chocolate. All items were fully stocked. A big screen TV was in the waiting-room and the chairs were comfortable. Complimentary wi-fi is shown to be provided. He liked it, and really thought ALL the staff at the surgical center were TOP-NOTCH, as I did. It was cold there as is probably typical for surgical centers. I was placed in a warming "Bairsuit" which was wonderful! It's a device that envelopes your body and softly pushes warmed air around you. Nice. This surgical center is very impressive. It looks to be 100 ft long and resembles a small hospital. My husband found that are four operating rooms, and five nurses were working pre-op, the operating room, and post-op. I asked if any of them had ICU experience, and he was told they all did, which was comforting. Every employee, bar none, made me feel comfortable, which was extremely anxiety-reducing. A bonus, pretty flowers were given to me on my way out, and a nice card. Very thoughtful. I am very glad that this was the specific surgical center that my doctor used. read more

I've been to several places in the past and Heidi is the absolute best in the industry. She always gets it right, she's is so sweet and helpful and the staff is amazing as well. The result are phenomenal and I am amazed how great their product is. I honestly won't go anywhere else! I honestly went somewhere else, and they told me it would take two weeks to see results which is pretty standard, but it's been a six days since I went in and guess what? Do not go to ACPS plastic surgery. They want to charge $500 to fix a dog ear in office! EDIT: The office Manager Jeremy called me and instead of trying to make it right he insisted that the fee was warranted and completely out of the doctors hands. ACPS motto is POLICY OVER PATIENTS. He stayed on the phone arguing back and forth with me for almost 20 minutes, and tried to alter my words to fit his Narrative. Horrible. After paying THOUSANDS for a something to be done correctly, then to turn around and have to deal with this! I will NEVER recommended ACPS Nor will I EVER return. Beware!! I bought a Groupon for Botox to this place (with Dr. Fortes). They have pretty inconvienent appointment times (no Fridays), but I was able to make it work during my lunch break at work. I made the appointment weeks in advance, and still waited an HOUR to be seen. The Dr. knew I had never had Botox before and instead of a 'consultation' or any kind of discussion, within 5 seconds my head was tilted back and he was injecting. He left the room while saying he'd like to see me back in 2 weeks to discuss any other things I'd like to change about my appearance. I went there for my 11s, and a month later they are still visible. Other parts of my forehead look good, but that isn't what I went there for, so I am not thrilled with the results. Just based on the fact that I waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor and the fact that he barely even acknowledged me before getting to work, I would never go back here. I had people tell me to call and let them know that the 11s still were there, but I'd rather find another doctor that at least acts like he gives a crap about me. read more

After my oldest children graduated from high school, I realized that it was time to work on myself. I saw Dr. Rolando Morales at their Post Oak Parkway location for Juvederm. He was wonderful. He really took the time to consult and discuss what was best for me even though I'd had Juvederm before. He explained how my face will change as I age and how that will affect the types of fillers I'll want to use. Really educational. He is professional and very friendly. He took the time while injecting the Juvederm to make sure it was massaged into my face correctly and I'm happy with the results. The front office staff are not the greatest. The front desk was empty when I walked in and I waited a while before anyone came out from another room to acknowledge me. They could definitely use a lesson in friendliness, but I don't patronize a cosmetic surgeon for their office staff. Highly recommend Dr . Morales! read more

I've had me a tummy tuck and my legs done to remive fat. I cannot say I am completely happy. Even after paying thousands of dollars. Dr. Fortes could have been more aggressive on my legs. I still have handfuls of jiggly fat there, and my abdomen/ waist could have been better too. And even though I kept bringing the fat on my legs to his attention, all he kept saying was.. Well atleast you look better than before. Very unhappy in that department. And my legs still have lots of hanging jiggly fat. Not happy! read more

Are you are Willing to throw away 15K ?? This is personally embarrassing to share, but I would like to warn others because of how awful my experience has been. I am 30 years old and healthy. Which led me to believe everything would be fine. My surgery was booked for Oct 8, 2020. I was Very Excited, setting up my buttock augmentation procedure apt, with Dr Morales, at ACPS, traveling from Florida to Houston. I knew There was a high percentage of infection occurring for this procedure. After my surgery - I was in the percentage that got an infection so badly, I was down for 6 straight weeks; Belly laying only and minimal up-time. I was unable to work the entire time. Following the 6 weeks post op, I was then HOSPITALIZED for a week. I had to have my blood tested, for blood infection, multiple times, mri, an iv, painful medications, and Medical Bills on top of that. I had to have an EMERGENCY surgery to remove everything in my hips and booty, as well as previous tissue due to Fluid building up inside my booty. I had to have Drain tubes surgically put in for 3 weeks that pulled out the fluid, and had to be cleaned throughout the day.. Please think of your risks for a booty augmentation procedure before Booking. Your body will Not just go back to it's original form if removed. ACPS will not be caring, nor compassionate, nor will you get any type of refund if, you happen to get an infection in your body. ACPS will tell you it's not their fault, and that's it. "THAT'S IT." You will be on your own. You will be left with LESS body than before, GRANDS less Money, -and they simply WON'T CARE about your well being at that point. Completely Careless. read more

I had a procedure with Dr. Patronella approximately 10 years ago that was great. However, currently I have tried for literally a couple of months to schedule a simple procedure to fix the tears in my ears, and absolutely CANNOT get anyone to call me back. I have called multiple times and left several messages. I finally was told to send an email with pictures to someone named Eva. I never heard back. I called to complain and they told me to give them an hour and I would hear something back. I never heard a single thing. I finally called and asked to speak with a manager to complain. The manager was unavailable and was supposed to call me back, and lo and behold - he never did. I cannot believe how difficult it has been to figure this ridiculously simple procedure out. I finally decided to call a different plastic surgeon and literally scheduled the procedure in five minutes. I will never have another procedure done with ACPS again. read more

I do not feel that there are enough words to describe how amazing not only this man is but how great his team is as well. From the moment you schedule a consolation his team has your best interest in mind. When I met with Eva I was terrified at just how all of this would go but she calmed me down and explained what all the procedures I was interested in would involve. After first meeting with Dr Patronella I was instantly comfortable with everything we originally talked about. He gave me realistic hopes for what my body could look like and not empty promises of what at 28 I wanted to hear. Surgery was great (I guess as I was out cold) but once I woke up the real test began. His over night staff ensured I was as comfortable as I could be and the around the clock care still has not stopped 5 weeks later. If I had a question or concern I felt urgent I could call the staff at the Kimberly center and a doctor would call me back to address the issue, and even still any questions I have I can email to Eva and I get an answer back as soon as she can answer it. I wouldn't recommend anyone else especially for a tummy tuck. I have friends who have used other doctors and they look good but when we start talking about if they would do it again they all say no the pain and experience were not good. I would gladly do all this again because my pain was managed well and my results although it's still early are already absolutely amazing. I spent my late teens and twenties having babies and trying to get back into shape and couldn't thank Dr Patronella and his staff enough for giving me the chance to enjoy my thirties able to wear whatever I like and know it's going to look good! read more
