If I wasn't as happy as I am with my injections done by Donna, I wouldn't come back, strictly because of the experiences with the front desk. First I would like to say that Lori is amazing and this review isn't a direct reflection of her work. I made an appointment for two procedures using Sculptra to help fill out parts of my glutes and for filler in my face. I was only scheduled for 1 hour to do both procedures, which was Not an efficient amount of time allotted for both procedures though finding this out midway. It took a little over an hour just to do one side of my butt before someone came knocking on the door asking how much longer was this going to be. Keep in mind she still had the other side of my butt as well as my face filler to complete in which was originally intended and scheduled. Point is, no matter the amount being spent, I am not pleased with how my appointments' were handled. And in this case, $4,200 was spent with my face filler procedure still yet to be accomplished. The lack of efficient scheduling resulted in another appointment to be squeezed in, to which I was provided the option to be placed back into the shuffle and wait in the lobby. This was treated as if I had added another service during my 1st initial, when it was actually scheduled for Both.. a week in advance. Luckily an appointment cancelled which Lori was updated that my second procedure could be accomplished but would only provide 20 mins for my second investment based on another appointment arriving. Nothing good comes out of a rush! None the less, this was not a "once in a lifetime" procedure for me, but unfortunately this has has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will be taking my future investments to another clinic. Once again, Lori was great and hope that her team backs her to make effective adjustments in order for customers to feel that their investments are given the proper time rather than to rushed in and handled like cattle. read more

I had CoolSculpting procedure done about a year ago. I am so disappointed, frustrated and upset. It cost me $4000 and I had ZERO results as a matter of fact my tummy area got worse and looks deformed. I am convinced I have PH. I have complained to the manager and he referred me to a plastic surgeon- their referral of coarse, and obviously he states I did not have PH. I have not heard back from manager. I understand results may vary, however my results are non existent and it made my tummy worse. I feel they were not honest with me regarding the possible issues. I strongly advice against CoolSculpting!! It is a rip off and a complete waste of money!! read more

I've found the most common price for a syringe of Juvederm is $600, DermaTouch is way cheaper. And that goes for most of the services they offer. - Monthly specials. On top of their already competitive pricing they offer new specials and packages every month so you get a better deal. They also have special promotions and events. - Brilliant distinctions- they accept brilliant distinctions and even encourage it. You earn rewards for future purchases and can stack it with monthly specials. Some places make it difficult to utilize the program or don't at all. - Website/ social media- all of their prices and services are up on their website which is way better than having to call and ask. They post specials on social media as well but don't overflow your inbox. They also post frequent before an afters that aren't 10 years old or stock photos. - Scheduling- I've never had trouble scheduling or rescheduling appointments. They still fit me in when I was late and they're always running on schedule. - RN injectors- I see Dina for Botox and lip filler and she does great work. It's quick and painless as can be and I get the results I want. I prefer this to a plastic surgeons/ dermatologist because they're focused on the face and no office visit charges. It's cheap! That's why I originally got my fillers at this med spa. After they placed 4 syringes of juvederm in my lips over a couple of year, I was confused why my lips never seemed to get much bigger. I decided to get a consultation with two other offices, and both were horrified by how much filler I had -- and how almost none of it was in my lips. Both consults told me I needed a minimum of 6 vials of dissolver to get this back to normal. I went back to Dermatouch to get them dissolved because they are supposed to dissolve there own work for free. While it didn't cost me money, the injector at Dermatouch wanted to place only one vial of dissolver in my lips at a time every two weeks, which if you don't know-- HURTS-- and leaves you more bruised than filler. The injector at Dermatouch also told me that the more often you are exposed to the dissolver the more likely you become allergic-- & in the same breath, is trying to drag out this process. I believe they did that in hopes that I would leave and use another med spa so that they wouldn't have to pay for correcting their mistakes. She also mentioned that they had another patient who had been working to dissolve her lips for a YEAR?!? I went in for dissolver 2x and saw no real progress after 2 vials. I ended up going to a med spa that costs about double, and just had them dissolve it too because I was so frustrated. My new injector-- beauty by evalyn-- was able to dissolve my lips and surrounding areas in two sessions (5 days apart, too) with 10 vials of dissolver. This cost about $1400. Just to dissolve. After dissolving-- I can see that Dermatouch flooded the area between my nose and upper lip with filler, and now I actually have a strong border on my lips. Not to mention that I had pockets of filler all along the inside of my lips. Don't trust the prices. Go to an injector that floods her Instagram with her work so you know that she's proud of what she's pushing out -- and continues to update her education. I'm convinced that can't be happening at Dermatouch. When I first got fillers -- I was 19 and I didn't know anyone who'd had them at the time and went the cheap route. All that did was cost me MUCH more money-- and pain-- in the long run. read more

WOW. I'm really not sure what to say. I've been to three plastic surgeons and they treated me like royalty. Today, was the complete opposite. Staff- could be more polite and less snooty. ! I arrived at 120. Apt was 130. Paperwork took 20 mins to fill out. The music is super loud and a combination of rock and Metallica. Be sure to wear ear plugs. Was not a soothing atmosphere in the very least. I'm now escorted to the back and the receptionist numbs my entire face ( thought I was getting fillers and Botox) she numbs it with a stick and slops it on. Gentle would have been helpful as I never treat my face so harshly. I sat in the chair 1 hour. Yes. One hour. She didn't even apologize, instead she was in a rush to get me in and out. So, here I am freezing, listening to terrible music and have numbing cream on my face for an hour. To top it off, it got in my hair which I just washed that morning. She literally did my Botox 50 units in 5 mins and because she was in such a hurry, I opted out of doing the fillers. I've been doing Botox now for 10 years- I highly doubt that was 50 units. I had a lot of questions but I limited them because she was again. In a hurry. Saying she had a catastrophe which then made me wonder and think- holy crap. THIS IS MY FACE! What kind of catastrophe?? If her quick Botox injections look good, I'll give the place a second chance. I do believe in second chances. But wow. As a first time client- I'm simply speechless. I finally left at 3pm. My apt was at 130pm. (I have a child to pick up from school which I was late) And the numbing cream was still on my face as I drove home another 30 mins. I still can't feel my face and as she wiped (some) off, she was in such a rush that she wiped my eyeball with makeup on with an alchohol pad. I literally said " whoa, please don't do that". I saw no need. I just had mascara on. I may update this in a week or two when the Botox kicks in but the way I was treated- is inexcusable. Waited 1.5 hours Wanted fillers but there wasn't time Had numbing creams on my face 2 hours- sparkles on like dry wall Staff was not up to par. Not a relaxing atmosphere with the music so loud and the choice of music. Could be more spa- like. RUSH RUSH RUSH RUSH. read more
