We did a one hour full body massage and it was magical!! The salon is clean and smells fresh and the lady at the front was super polite! For our massage we were in the same room with a small dividing wall between the beds. It was dim and had soft music playing, perfect ambiance! I didnt get the names of the two ladies who did ours but they were fabulous! The pressure was consistent and they took their time working out the giant knots in my shoulders. They do walking massage there as well but this time we opted not to try it. Everything about our visit was fantastic! I feel like a bowl of jello now! We have decided to go back once a month for a date day to just relax! I would highly recommend this place! One thing to keep in mind, when they say undress they mean it. I left my undies on and she had no problem moving them! ( I didn't mind, it gave her uninterrupted access to my entire back)

I paid for the the combo body and feet service I didn't get my full service. I was assigned a women who was doing great but was abruptly cut short by the man at the counter, saying she was going to take care of someone else. What made me feel uncomfortable my lower body was exposed and the man took over with no reason explaining why he had to take over. When it was time to turn over onto my front side he didn't leave the room but was turned around towards the door. I specifically said I was having really bad pain on my upper back and neck, both the woman and the guy didn't work on what I asked for. My hands were balled up into a fist and we're so tense that my hands were sore. And all I thought about was "I have to get out of here"

This was very rude to me demanding a bigger tip. I top based on service and what my pocket looks like. It's not the $2 it's the principle. Very rude, very unprofessional. I will not be returning and will NOT recommend. Go somewhere else to not be attacked for a $2 increase in tip.

At that point, it had been over an hour since the rescheduled time and more than three hours since my original appointment. I texted that I couldn't wait any longer and requested my $54 deposit back. She called me at 5:08 PM saying she had just finished and I could either come inside or receive a refund. I chose the refund because I had already waited long enough. To her credit, she was understanding and canceled the appointment through StyleSeat. I understand appointments can run behind, but this was excessive. I had already accommodated a two-hour delay, drove from Barstow, and then waited another hour after the rescheduled time. For a $180 service, I expected better scheduling and communication. I can't speak on the quality of her work because I never received the service. This review is strictly about the scheduling and overall experience. I appreciate that I was given the option of a refund, but losing several hours of my day after making the drive was very disappointing.
