I let that slide because I worked in a vet hospital and I know how stressful the environment is inside of a doctors office. However, now I go to fill my medications and the scribe didn't do their job correctly. One of the medications was never sent to the pharmacy and the other compounded medication wasn't filled out correctly because they told me they needed more clarification from the doctor. Now I'm going to have to drive BACK to the pharmacy to get that medication despite going yesterday to pick it all up. I picked up the clindamycin which was the least concerning one I needed. I also don't have off till next Tuesday so 9/10 that isn't going to be picked up until next Tuesday. Very disappointing and disorganized it seems like. The doctor was good so this review in no way effects her but the support staff behind her are abysmal.

My doctor recommended American Health Imaging as they were so pleasant to work with and had a great self pay option. I gave them a call as soon as I left the doctors office and they were able to get me in the same day. I had to make a few phone calls back and forth to get the orders sent over to them but they answered on the first ring every time and helped walk me through the whole process of getting the correct orders faxed over. I as able to avoid the hassle of dealing with an insurance authorization and just paid out of pocket the same day, $550 flare rate is much less than what my insurance would have made me pay out of pocket. The entire site staff was so friendly and Christine and Lexie really went above and beyond to help guide me and get me in on the same day. 10/10!
