They've also been flexible with scheduling when needed and always send invoices and payment receipts promptly, which unfortunately isn't always common in this industry. My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. Highly recommend them if you're looking for dependable, professional landscaping service.

The main concern was a leak coming from the pressure regulator/filter/valve. They not only replaced the entire assy., the crew rerouted the assy. to allow unobstructed room with all new parts. We also had our planter excavated about 3 feet down and after the roots and hard dirt was cleared, the entire irrigation drip lines and timer were all replaced, as well as a "Canopy irrigation" system of bubblers for our tree. We bought the soil ourselves for the excavated planter, (Go to Home Depot, it's cheaper than STAR) and the only charge for a "Backfill" was $25 per plant that went back in. Worth it, as they arranged everything and routed the bubblers perfectly. All said and done, this Company outdid themselves for 3 hours and cleaned everything up and even pulled most of the weeds that were all over our front rocks. Do yourselves a favor and have these guys do the project. They are REALLY good at it!!

The next day, first thing in the morning, I was contacted via phone and the owner of the company would arrive at our house to give us an estimate for repair this afternoon. Michael the company's owner, arrived and looked at the valve and gave me the estimate with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. I asked for estimates with other companies, Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company's estimate was reasonable and offered a better warranty, so we decided to go with them. A couple days later Michael the company's owner came by and did the replacement himself. It took Michael less than half an hour to complete the replacement. He replaced, our system with a brand-new solenoid valve, filter and pressure regulator. I waited several days to make sure the valve and fittings did not leak and it was perfect, no leaks. Michael was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, very professional, personable, down to earth and he answered all of my questions and he actually adjusted my Rainbird system to make it run more efficiently. We are happy with Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company service; Michael is our go to guy for any and all repairs and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

When our front irrigation system stopped working while the backyard system was still running fine, we called Discount Sprinklers, and I'm so glad we did. Dave quickly diagnosed the problem and found loose wires and a disconnected grounding wire in our Rain Bird control panel. Since we've lived in the house for 3 1/2 years and never touched the controller, we were shocked to find the wiring in that condition. He also capped several broken drip heads, repaired a leaky pipe that had mold and moss growing around it, and reset the controller for summer watering. What really impressed me was the honesty and professionalism. Dave explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, was upfront about the costs, and never once tried to sell us services we didn't need. His son was equally helpful and took the time to explain Nevada's watering laws, which we knew nothing about coming from Hawaii. The price was very reasonable, the quality of the work was outstanding, and they left us feeling confident that everything was fixed correctly. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty, customer service, and quality workmanship. Since the property hadn't been serviced in six weeks while we waited for our previous gardener to hopefully recover, he also had to perform a one-time cleanup given all the growth that happened and the debris that had accumulated. Fast forward another day, Selvin serviced the property, and it looks beautiful. They did such a great job with all the trimming and cleanup. Let me back up. I had called to make sure Western Elite was a transfer station ( I am new to the area). The lady was very helpful and asked where I was and she helped me locate the closes one to me. She also gave me the price per ton at each location. I was surprised by how helpful they were. The dump/transfer station is easy to drive to and dump whatever you are hauling. You throw your waste on the ground and it is great for dump trailers. Some transfer stations have you through your trash in the actual trailer which is a pain due to having to throw the garbage or waste over rails.

He had one of his guys come out within 3 days of my review and repair all of the boards that were warped. He screwed all four boards together, used multiple stakes on each side (instead of just two originally), and even set the corners into concrete so they wouldn't come up again.
