My co-worker uses this company for his landscaping needs & recommended him to me. I sent a text on a Friday @ 8:36am & heard back from someone on Monday @ 6:56am. I had feared that this was going to be one of those landscaping companies that don't get back to you but with it being a Friday & the weekend coming that maybe that wouldn't be the case & it wasn't. I reached out for an estimate, which was free to clean up my crazy, out of control yard. I had a ton of dead weeds that I had been trying to kill with weed killer & pull up but it was just too much for me. Armando showed up when he said he would & even gave me an ETA the morning of after me asking if that was possible. He greeted me by my name, was smiling, nice & very friendly. It also helped that he was bilingual & also spoke English as I barely know much Spanish...lol He was able to tell me what could be done & gave me a quote. I also asked about weekly & biweekly landscaping services to be able to keep up on the clean up. Luckily his company is in the area every Monday servicing others. We agreed on a price & he told me he had to check his schedule & would get back to me later that day with a day & time. Which he did & I had a 2 man crew show up the next morning. The men were nice but didn't speak English (not a problem because they already knew what needed to be done). They got right to work. It took them about 2.5hrs to get my yard looking fabulous! They did such an amazing job especially with this annoying tree from my next door neighbor's house that hangs over into my yard & is constantly dropping dead leaves & berries into my yard which end up in my pool & just makes a mess all around. I can't wait to see what a difference this should make. The only issues that I have was the mess that was left in my pool from the clean up, a bush that Armando said they would just remove that wasn't (they did trim it) & some weeds/grass by my back gate that weren't gotten rid of. Not a big deal due to the phenomenal job that was done with the rest of the yard & I can clean up the pool & hopefully dig up the small amt. of grass/weeds left by the gate. I had left the men to do their job & wasn't out in the yard watching over them. If you're looking for a reasonable, reliable, hard working, on-time & communicative landscaping crew that's going to do a great job then this company is your guy! Wow I am blown away! DeSantiago Landscape Services were quick, communicative, professional and thorough. They are easily the best price for trimming palm trees. They were running a little behind for our appointment but even so were able to let me know. I appreciated it because I had somewhere to be later that day. Most companies don't update you like that and just show up whenever. My palm trees look so much better and I can now be at ease that they aren't going to catch on fire. They hauled everything away and even used the lead blower to clean up around outside. I am so impressed! They suggested 5 businesses and Yelp messaged them for me. Out of the 5, DeSantiago Landscaping Services was on time and responsive. They also provided the best estimate for the job. I needed my front and back lawns maintained, all shrubs and bushes trimmed, all weeds removed, and a palm tree trimmed. They also accommodated me by completing the job asap. I needed it done in a few days. They showed up on time and completed the job in 3 hours, while other places stated they may need to separate the job into 2 days! I hired them to blow leaves out of my yard. They did a good job. But one of my drip valves started to spurt water after they left. When I contacted them, they told me they'll check it out and they never did. Now I have to hire another landscape company to fix my broken valve. read more

These landscapers did a great job cleaning up our yard. They were efficient and quick and our yard looks so good now. We had some dead plants in our yard, which they pulled all of them out and cleaned up all the weeds and blew out all the debris from our yard. They also were the most reasonably priced of 4 companies I received estimates from and they came at the time they specified to give an estimate and complete the job. Great service! I've been meaning to writing a review and Desantiago landscaping are my go to for my landscaping needs. Working with them for a year and multiple jobs over the phone is easy and they are flexible with their times and reasonable with their prices. I've had to deal with multiple annoying HOA violations and Desantiago landscaping were on it, when I needed them. Only suggestion to go above and beyond would be following up with pictures before and after, especially for the client that isn't able to check the work that same day. Armando and his team were great! Right from the beginning, Armando was very quick with responding, I always heard back from him within minutes. Every request I had, he was able to meet. The crew was very respectful of the property, and they left my backyard looking clean and amazing. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. New neighbors moved in & used DeSantiago Landscaping. The workers did not trim the bush at the property line, but went onto my property by at least 8 inches. I caught one of the workers with his arm fully extended deep into the bush about 1 1/2 feet ON MY PROPERTY cutting a 3 inch diameter branch. What they did was disgusting. Searched everywhere and we weren't satisfied with the pricing until we came across this comin company. They were very professional and easy to talk to. Gave us a quote and we scheduled the next day. They are very professional in updating their ETA and hauled our broken refrigerator right away. They were very careful not to touch any walls or cars on the way out. DeSantiago Landscape Services was a joy to work with. First, they came out and did the estimate to remove eight palm trees and arrived on schedule. That's a big deal for me. I had requested three estimates and of the other two companies, one didn't show at all and the showed up after their window. I see this as an indicator of how the job would go which is why it's important. The price estimate for the job was very fair. They also accept credit cards which is a plus for me. They do pass along the Visa surcharge, but I expect that. Performance on the job was excellent. These guys worked very hard in the Las Vegas summer heat. All the work was done according to the estimate, and they cleaned up thoroughly. There was some accidental damage to a shed due to working in a constrained area. They were upfront in telling me about it, and they fixed it the next day before the rest of the job was done. I can't even tell where the damage was done and the repair is invisible. I'm very happy about this. Bringing down a 25' palm tree and working in a space that's about 3' wide is really tight. To me this shows integrity. I would use this service again in a heartbeat.
