Knows how to work on Tesla's!! Replaced all four tires and did an alignment. I was in the market looking for a solid shop to service my car long term. Referred from a friend and was not disappointed! They run a tight ship. Always in demand and flexible with time constraints. They have a great reputation in the community and they know tires! They knew the difficulties and advantages of having an electric car from regen to being super quiet. I wanted a recommendation on alternatives to the original tires Tesla puts on (because they suck) and they recommended the Goodyear Tourings. Great tire and does everything I need it to. Can you probably get a better deal with a large corporation? Maybe. However, I'd much rather deal with a small family owned business who knows what they're doing and you know who is working on your car. Great people with a ton of experience. DeSantie saved the day and lots of money!! I purchased a used car and when it was time to rotate tires, there was no wheel lock key to be found. I brought it to the local dealership, they searched my car, did not find it and told me that they have to cut off the lug nuts and replace. I am sure it would be quite costly. I brought it to see what DeSantie would charge, he looked through my car again, found the key and rotated my tires at no charge. Happy Customer!! I will tell everyone what a great place DeSantie is. The facility is a throw back - and clearly they have not spent money on fancy furniture of high end espresso machines. What they do have is impeccable service - transparent pricing - and honesty and integrity. They have never tried to up sell us. They simply care about their customer and deliver great service. We had an emergency run flat tire blowout traveling on I-95 at 5:30am, traveling from NJ to Cape Cod with our 3 young grand kids. Manufacturer's dealer and Firestone were not open. Luckily I met Lou who opened his shop early. He was able to replace the tire with a used run flat (at a nominal fair price) that would get us to the Cape and back to NJ safely. He even had coloring books, toys and tee shirts for the kids. He got us back on the road in 45 minutes. First off, Tom, the front desk guy is not only amazing, but very honest and smart. He explains everything. Even the guys in the back are wonderful to deal with. Lou Patrick, the owner, is always available to assist a client. Last night I hit the side of my tire hard on a curb. At 6:05 pm, Desantie was closing, but Lou picked up the phone and waited while I drove across town to find me a tire from his inventory and change my tire in rapid time. I recently purchased 2 new tires from DeSantie. The service was honest and professional at a good price. Later, one older tire that I DID NOT purchase from DeSantie developed a leaky valve. Someone from DeSantie came to my house, filled the tire with air, followed my wife back to the shop and fixed the problem. It is nice to know that there are a few places like DeSantie around. I just changed the tires at DeSantie and I have done business with them before. I just wanted to say that this is the best place to go for tires! Great father and son team. I would recommend to anyone. (P.S. The only thing I didn't like was how the son had a full head of hair in a bun and I see the father struggling for hair and they don't share. No teamwork there. I also highly recommend this place to anyone with rims bought online or from a private seller, as places like Town Fair won't touch them unless purchased from them. I've been going to De Santie for four years now. Service is quick - really important if you have kids waiting. It took 30 minutes to change four tires, which is a big deal for me considering that it used to take at least two hours at another tire shop. If I have a flat, they can fix it fairly quickly too. Everyone there is friendly and provide great service. Prices for tires are very competitive with the market. read more

I've never given a review on Yelp but these guys deserve it! I was told by two other shops that it wasn't worth fixing my wheels and if I did it would cost $450. I took my car to DeSantie who took me in right away. After 30 minutes they came back and said my wheel was fixed and only charged me $20! This place is so cute! Definitely family ran/family oriented- everyone there who worked together acted like family. Cracking jokes here and there and laughing showed that they love what they do!
