Fixed my hair ruined by other salon who dyed my roots BLACK, even though they were lighter and I told them I was going blond..my roots were not able to go back to the lighter gold, but at least they are not six inches of black that past stylist did on my hair. Another hairstylist helped with foils to speed things up, and everyone was friendly and professional. My color turned out exactly how I wanted, and the cut looks amazing. She did EXACTLY what I asked for and it turned out so well - it's the cool-toned natural blonde balayage of my dreams. She is clearly a very talented colorist because my hair can be a challenge since it's very thick and wavy and tends to lift warm. Another thing I loved was that she asked detailed questions about how I style my hair and did exactly what I described.
