I really appreciate their text message system that allows me to review what they're recommending now and in the future. I also really enjoy that you can opt right then and there to approve or deny a service. It also has prices estimates. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. It's easy enough to find, squeezed between the sonic and gas station. You could probably wander around and sit other places if you needed to wait for your car. I definitely plan to come back for my future care services and recommend!

Give me some BS about they need the alignment and they only have one lift and they've been booked all day. Call back at 4:40, they tell me they are waiting for someone to test drive it. Call back at 5:40, close to closing and I'm told it's ready. Come in as I'm paying, over $2k mind you, Bryan asks if I'm aware of the light that's on. I tell him no because no one has called me about anything. I assume he meant the low oil level light that was on and it was no big deal. Walk out to my car and my check engine, engine malfunction, low oil pressure, red oil can and my console screen telling me to pull over immediately is all lit up. I go get Bryan, he comes out and looks. He says it's not a big deal and that it's safe to drive. A mechanic.....is saying it's safe to drive with all those warning lights on. I ask him if it's safe to drive and unbeknownst to him I'm recording this entire conversation on Facebook voice messenger and when he says that the shop will be liable for anything that happens if I drive off I figure okay, I'll drive it home and bring it back in the morning after I work. As I'm leaving trying to turn left on baseline I almost get tboned by a jeep because my car will not accelerate. Take it back, livid, and leave it with them because what choice do I have? Days go by and we have to practically beg them to keep us informed. I can't work without my car and because of them I'm out over $2000 in lost wages. Throughout this they try and tell me it's my fault because I wasn't keeping up on oil changes and that's causing issues. I have receipts for every oil change I've gotten and the miles put on the car between them, don't tell me I'm not keeping up on my oil changes. After a week and clearly everyone and their mother that works at this joke of a shop they found the problem: the incompetent moron who worked on my car connected the wire harness wrong and it was causing my car to go into limp mode and light up everything on my dash. Over a week it took them to figure this one out. They probably could've opened up ChatGPT, put the issues in and gotten a result faster. I'm not a mechanic but I feel like if a car was working fine when it was brought in and after we worked on it it was quite literally undriveable I would triple check every. Single. Thing. I did to said car. I would keep the customer informed multiple times a day on what was going on instead of making them feel like they were completely forgotten about. Clearly these guys didn't care enough to do so. Don't EVER take your car here, they will screw up your car and not even care enough that you are out of work and costing you your livelihood. 10 days my car was in that shop. 10 days, for something that should've taken one and that's being generous, all because of their complete incompetence. Side note: not all Christian brothers are trash, my sister took hers to the one in San Tan Valley and they were amazing. I…read morenormally get my oil changed at the dealership but couldn't get an appointment when I wanted so here I am. So be warned, I am very disconnected of oil change prices. To be honest, I was expecting the oil change to be $50 as I see flyers for around that price - but I rolled out of there with a $111 bill and a bit of shock. And that was with a coupon. Just for comparison last time I was at dealership I paid $154 for oil, filter, wipers, cabin filter, engine filter. When I got there 1 bay was available so I was guided in. The guy guiding me in was not the best and was obviously frustrated with me. I'll be that guy - I blame him. Throughout my life I've pulled campers and trailers and drove big vehicles in and out of the military. I am very good at maneuvering vehicles - but if you spotter doesn't know wtf they are doing and are giving bad/wrong hand-signals then you're going to be driving afoul. The bad part is that if they guide you wrong enough you'll drive into the pit. So either learn how to properly guide or offer to drive the car into the stall for the customer. Once you're in the stall they ask you what you want. At least for me, and maybe I'm going deaf, I could not properly hear what they were asking/selling. I had to have them repeat nearly everything. It may be beneficial for them to get the screen up close and talk to you more personally than to stand 5-10ft away and ask what services you want. As for the service itself, it was pretty good. It was a flurry of young folk flying around the car doing various tasks. Lots of calling when tasks are done and kind of felt like I was in a F1 pit stop. You sit in the car and wait, so no waiting room for you to chill in. The total time in the stall was maybe 15mins? Overall, service was good but... I'm going to be looking for someplace that maybe isn't as expensive. And who knows, I may be shocked that everywhere is this price.

I drove around with it not being done until I went to Monroe automotive... I'm glad the guys there caught it, I was able to get it done with Christian brothers. Which took more time for me since they didn't do it in the first place. We no longer take our vehicles here because of this.
