My car needed an oil change. They were very friendly and professional. I think that businesses generally under-value the impact of acknowledging customers as they walk through the front door. I took the recommendation of Doetsch offroad to take my Jeep to Oasis to replace my rear main seal and my clutch. After talking with many in the Jeep community, I realize now that I should have taken my Jeep to a shop that actually knows what they are doing. I got the Jeep back for the first of three visits  and the check engine light was on, they sent a tech out to clear it in the parking lot, only for it  to come back on while driving home. As I drove home, I noticed grease on my interior panels and I also noticed a new clunk while accelerating. Once at home, I ran it to AutoZone and it was a code for the battery temp sensor. Guess what, they never plugged it back in. I completed their work and the code went away. I proceeded to clean up the grease stains on my like new interior panels. I went to sleep and awoke the next morning to a GIANT pile of oil on my driveway (my wife was so happy). Upon inspection, the Jeep now was profusely leaking from the rear main AND the transmission drain plug. I also noticed, instead of unbolting my exhaust, the shop just cut it off and re-welded it (terribly btw). I took the Jeep back for the 50 minute drive and $45 worth of gas. No apology and no communication for 5 days. I had to call multiple times just to check the status; finally to be told it was done. I picked up the Jeep once again; drove home to the same loud clunk that was never present before and to the smell of oil. This time the Jeep was running really bad. I pulled over into a gas station and popped the hood, the emissions control vacuum line was disconnected. Another win for this shop. Get the Jeep home and look underneath, all seems ok except for the additional cuts to my exhaust in another spot. Now my exhaust looks.lioe Frankenstein with some of the worst welds I have ever seen. At this point, I also noticed that 2 of the trans bolts are loose and I fix those as well. I travelled for work and came back about 1 week later. My wife texts me a picture of a nice large pile of oil under the Jeep; yet again, the rear main is leaking. It is also now leaking from the bell housing connection on the trans. I call and get some excuses; the owner (Tony?) Tells me again to bring it down and I express my dissatisfaction - no apology or remorse. Enter the THIRD visit for the same issues. I drop off the Jeep and almost an entire week goes by without hearing from these jokers. I call after 5 days thinking, they surely must be fixing it thoroughly this time, only to be told by Jim that the owner never told him what to do with the Jeep and it has been sitting outside this entire time. Poor Jim did everything he could to reassure me but he had no idea. Jim tells me they will get on it tomorrow morning and I asked to have the owner call me as I am now skated to go out of town. I receive no phone call and finally decide to just pick up the Jeep and take it somewhere else and ask for a refund for the work they could seem to fix. I go to pick up the Jeep and ask for a refund of the work for the rear main seal; the owner reassures me it will be fixed (still no apology). Against my better judgement, I leave it. I finally pick up the Jeep for the last time. All seems good driving home - FINALLY! I get home to a new check engine light. The new light is for an O2 sensor. I check the sensors to find two of them damaged and one of wires burned as the tech removed it and yet again didn't put it back properly. I head again to O'Reilleys and spend the $70 to replace them. More surprises! Not impressed with this shop or the customer service and shame on Doetsch offroad for recommending a shop that can't seem to get it right the first, second or even the third time.  If you care about your Jeep, your time and your money, take it elsewhere. read more

So I don't do this much but man was it a mistake to bring my truck to this place. Only had check engine light on. First call was around 6k in repairs without even the check engine light issue looked into. By the next day another 1300 in repairs for a sensors which I got done on-top of leaking transmission line. But when I picked up my truck my battery was completely dead and they were like it arrived like that. The transmission line installed was loose and leaked all over my drive way and garage. Also switch to adjust driver back to my back seat was broken. With the front desk guy saying it was not us it was like that already which it's out of there hands because nobody fessed up and said the actually broke it. Well I've had my truck since 2008. It is old but me and the wife drive her everyday and would have known if it was broken right?Looking at the switch further when I got home they must have broke it and popped in back on upside down. No other way can this part be put in other wise. So if you want to get ripped off and leave with more repairs than you came with Come to this wonderful place good luck and beware of the work they do on your vehicle. I will never bring my vehicle back to this place. read more

I have always taken care of me for years doing odd jobs on my vehicles and custom things. Regular maintenance they do as well. You can always trust the garage when you say check my brakes and they come back and tell you you have years left rather than simply changing it, do you want somebody that you can trust read more

Only had one experience with them but it was a positive one. My tail light went out and I went in to get it fixed. They were straight up were they said they couldn't promise me how much it would cost just yet since they weren't gonna know if it was simply a light bulb or something to do with the sensor maybe. It was very obvious that I'm a car noob through and through so they could easily taken advantage of me. Instead, they took a look fixed the tail light within 30 minutes and didn't charge me for parts or labor. Granted it was an easy fix at the end but still. If I took my car to the BMW dealership like I normally do I'd still have come out with a $180 for a simple bulb change I'm sure. Will give them another go with the next problem (likely a bigger job) and hope for similar results. Will write a follow up review when the time comes. read more

I've taken my Jeep to Oasis a bunch of times and they've always done quality work! Last week I was having an oil leak fixed but I found it was still leaking the next morning after getting it back. I find that the way companies respond to the not so great experiences tells me more than how they do when nothing is going wrong... and I just wanted to make sure that everyone knew Oasis stands by their work and took care of the mishap immediately. All of my immediate family has been taking all of our cars to Oasis for over 5 years. Its comforting to have a reliable place where you know your car is being taken care of. I am currently pregnant and the other day while I was filling up at the gas station, I noticed a issue with my tire. I called my husband, (he usually handles all the car stuff) and he was working out in Peoria for the day so wasn't able to come help right away. I'm sure it was my pregnany hormones but I started crying, not knowing who to call that will help asap. I called Oasis to see if maybe someone could come take a look (i was near the shop)and Rusty pretty much dropped everything and came to my rescue! The staff here is also great, very hard working, and actually quite funny. They always take good care of me and my family. Never a bad experience here, they will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car in the most honest way and even give you some options to save money. For example, my exhaust got smushed up under my transmission from a speed bump. They took care of me and told me "it's not going to be pretty anymore, but we can definitely fix it." Honesty goes a long way, especially for someone like me who cares and worries a lot about looks on a vehicle. I've tried other places myself and it can be stressful and anxiety provoking, never here. They have a little spot to wait, with a tv and water you can chill at for those that don't have a ride home. Great place, will be coming here the rest of my life. my car has been having egr and vacuum like issues. I brought it to oasis with the car burning to much fuel. not only did I have to wait almost a month with 0 updates on my vehicle, every time I did call they asked for more time and didn't inform me on any progress or what was even happening with my car. I then got an extra $300 charge to remove an exhaust stud which again no one even spoke to me about. When I came to get my car Manny then informed me how they didn't have to drop my transmission the way that the book said they had too. so I now know they overcharged me based on what their "book" said and they didn't even go by the book to work on my car. I also was told by manny and his 2 other 18 year old employees who were laughing during this whole process, that my car is missing vacuum lines and that it has the same issues it had coming in. so i'm wondering what I even paid for, i'm wondering why my exhaust is shooting out black smoke, i'm also wondering why I don't have my stock map sensor when I asked you guys to install the new one and if it started blowing black smoke to put the oem map sensor in and they didn't even give it back to me. so i'm not stuck with a car that I can't emissions or register and is burning oil and gas. and they are okay with their clients leaving like this. beyond this I will forever be amazed that both my grandpas jack paulk and john buscaglio have known tony and manny for years. with these two people in management being close with my family since they were younger and started . this is how they treat "family friends". the amount of respect and hospitality my grandparents have shown to both these people while they grew up to while they grew as a mechanic and brought them an un countable amount of services and they treat their customers this way. this is not okay. read more

Had an amazing experience here. I'm in town for a few days to buy my son a car, and we had some really bad experiences with used cars. We were able to get an appointment to bring a car in we planned to buy him n short notice after dozens of places wouldn't even return a call. Rusty the manager was beyond helpful, they did an inspection on the car, and unfortunately advised us of some big problems. After the seller left Rusty was sure to tell us he really thought we could do better, abs even offered to inspect the next car at no charge. We later found out the seller was hiding the salvaged title, and the problems Osasis uncovered were totally accurate. We found another car, and true to his word, Rusty got the car in with almost no notice and made time for us. Luckily this car passed Rusty's blessing. The car needs a few minor things that we will be having his shop complete now that we've bought the car. As a mom, from out of state, just trying to get her 18 year old son a safe car, and not having anyone I trust here, Rusty really helped us make a smart choice that saved us thousands of dollars. Really happy with my experience here. I came in as a first time customer and a walk-in for an oil change and was helped right away. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. My past experience with other garages lead to me be prepared for a list of issues that my car "needed" which would typically drive the bill up 3 or 4 times what I had expected to pay(if not more!). I left Oasis with no one trying to sell me any additional services and was given advice on when services may be needed in the future. I will 100% be returning to Oasis in the future as they were honest and quick. This may have been the easiest experience at a service center I have ever had. read more

I received one of those money mailers from this company but it happened to expire after I went in. I was fine with that after finding out their price is pretty good for an oil change. This is a family owned business and I am all for supporting small family owned business. After going to somewhere else for oil changes, everytime I went in they kept telling me I needed other work done to my car. Being that I would think I need it done I would agree to get the work done when I didnt even need to. Until I found Oasis Auto Center through that money mailer I have come to realized that my money has been wasted by going to this other auto center. The owner I believed at Oasis even told me that they do not push their customers to get other work done on their car. You go in for one thing and thats all they would do service for. After having such great service from Oasis I have continued to go in for all my oil changes, not did I only receive good customer service, the prices are pretty good also. This was my third time here, needed new brakes. And they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price! They also had a coupon on their website for a free A/C inspection. I had my A/C inspected about two years ago, it just blows cool air, not cold. I was told it was at temp. So I figured, it is what it is. But with this coupon I decided to give it another try. Tony called me at work that day and said there is problems with the A/C and they can fix it so I gave the go. OMG!! Overpriced and under-certified, this place needs a new round of management for the lack of customer service that they "promise" to provide. Utterly disgusted with how they run the business. If someone brings a car in that is running but needs a few minor fixes, then it should be a given that they'd give you the car back better than how it was brought in especially after they overcharged copious amounts of money for something that I could've done better myself for 3x cheaper. Shitty communication after the fact as well. Worked in the auto service for a long time now and I gotta say I'm ashamed to be apart of it because this is how we ALL get a bad reputation because of cheap ass companies like this one.
