March 27, I was using their automatic car wash with my mirrors folded in (I'm aware that my stupid RAM mirrors are like airplane wings) when the drop cloth popped the mirror back out and five seconds later, the moving pillar smashed in my passenger side mirror. Reporting it on March 28, Tammy made it clear that the owner would make no effort to contact me, even though the old owners tried to help their customers out. True to her word, it's been six weeks and not a peep. My advice is to avoid the automatic wash at all costs, stick to wand wash/vacuum, and/or go elsewhere. It's unfortunate that I feel the need to boycott this business after 24 years as a faithful customer.

When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time.
