this is the most careless set of people that work here. Terrible communication about pain meds and they take forever to respond to things. You have to have a family member or friend here 24/7 so they are nice to you. If not, you are neglected in your room. read more

I was admitted to Desert Cove Skilled Nursing Facility on Feb 2, at approximately 9pm, and remained inpatient until Feb 20th. When I arrived from Chandler Regional Hospital, the head nurse informed my husband and I that he didn't have any information regarding my meds which I was due for w/in an hour. I was on significant pain meds as well as time sensitive meds, yet I went 36hrs before all of my meds were administered, and only because I called the hospital and convinced one of the nurses there to help. I spent my first 36hrs at the facility in excruciating pain. In the first 2 wks I was in the facility, I was unable to attend physical therapy at least half of the time because the staff failed to administer my meds on time throwing me back into unmanageable pain. I had gone into this facility because I was not capable of caring for myself at home, & I believed my husband & kids would be able to work and not worry about me. Unfortunately, that was anything but true. My daughter had to leave work in Casa Grande 3 times to get nurses to listen to me, my husband had to leave work early nearly every day to sit with me & make sure my meds were given on time, and my son stayed late into the evening to make sure I was being taken care of. I was a patient due to a diagnosis that causes extreme pain when touched, I had to repeatedly remind nurses and even hung signs to alert them to my needs, yet several nurses still literally argued with me about my needs. (even when ordered by a dr). My stay didn't relieve any stress on myself or my family, it only caused more. You would think this alone would be enough, but this stay had even more... I wasn't given a menu to chose my meals until the 2nd week, didn't even know there where menu options until my husband asked. (after having to bring me my meals). The meals that I would eat were good, but usually cold. My 1st wk there I was diagnosed w/ shingles, so I was quarantined to my room, I had to bathe in the sink. Even w/ limited mobility. My 2nd wk I was offered a shower after 9pm, and wasn't able to shower until my 3rd week when I mentioned to my physical therapist that I hadn't showered since I arrived. During my entire stay, my sheets were NEVER changed despite multiple requests. You would think this would be enough, but then comes the Doctor. Dr Kane. If you are thinking you will see a Dr that listens to you, answers your questions, has an ounce of compassion, think again! He answers questions with "Oh we will take care of that", "You don't need to worry about that", spend MAYBE 5 min in the room with you, then send you a bill for 30 min visits at $250+ for each time he walks into your room! When it was time to be discharged, I required enough meds until I could see my own Dr. 5 days later. One of my meds was prescribed at 1.5 tablets every 4hrs. Dr. Kane called in a prescription for 15 tablets, enough for about a day and a half. This way, they could keep me an extra 4 days. When I first brought it up to Dr Kane, he said I would figure it out, when I said something in front of the case worker, suddenly he realized his error and laughed it off. Even after I got home, the horror of the Nursing Facility wasn't over. I suddenly had several sores show up on my abdomen. A visit to my PCP and I was diagnosed with cellulitis from insulin injection sites administered by nurses at Desert Cove. All in all, except for the CNA's, and maybe 3 of the nurses who cared for me in almost 4 weeks, my stay at this facility was like all of the horror stories you hear about nursing facilities. I know I spent the 1st 36 hours of my stay screaming and crying in pain, and many nights listening to others do the same. The only positive about this place is their PT/OT providers, they seemed to be the only ones to care about their patients. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! read more

My dad stayed here 2x's this year and I'm just not happy with this place. Some of the nurses and other staff members just don't give a crap about patient care. Especially the skinny white lady nurse with dirty blond perm hair. She was rude. The only 2 girls that were willing to help and didn't ignore me were Makayla and Dominique. They were kind and very helpful.. My dad was there for 7days. He is non verbal, can't walk and has dementia . When I would press the button for help in his room it would take them up to 1 1/2hr to come. I also had spoke to 2 of the long term stay patients and they said they hated there. Don't let the fake google reviews fool you. Those can be altered. The 2 stars are for Makayla and Dominique. But I really wish that nursing home employees would care more about their patients . read more

I'm a retired physician who resided here for a month recovering from a prolonged ICU stay. First the good: the Rehab staff was great and took me from bedfast to walking with a walker. They always had a great attitude and were VERY supportive. With their patient population, I don't know how they did it every day. The administrator who helped with insurance/Medicare was outstanding. The nursing staff was very good, but was WAY understaffed. I felt sorry for them. The meds were given at extremely variable times. One night nurse (part time) didn't know the meds in the cup I was supposed to be taking. The worst staffing was the poor techs. Barebones to the point of nonexistent on days. Impossible to get fresh linens, even if asked. Don't dare call them 1.5 hours before and same time after meals, because they are busy and won't respond. I will say that the night techs were the exception to the rule; truly outstanding work. The poor housekeeper once had 64 rooms to clean. She made $16/hour. The food was marginal at best, unless it was Hispanic food; then it was excellent. The bottom line is that if they paid a decent wage and paid attention to their employees this is all fixable. read more

Hi my name is Rosita, let me add some background information my mom shorty suffered a stroke 6 weeks ago, for the first 4 weeks she was at another facility. Towards the end of her stay I was advised to send my mom to a skilled nursing facility to continue working on her recovery/therapy. I was able to get her into a place not knowing what this place was going to turned out to a horribly wrong choice. With the help of my moms health insurance I was able to call DESERT COVE NURSING CENTER thanks to Crystal (I have so much gratitude for) was able to get my mom into a room, my mom has been here for 4 days thriving tremendously, she has been treated so well here than she was at the other place acute facility. So far my mom's strength has improved we are still working on balance and able to stand/walk without needing assist with determination we will get there. Thank you Desert Cove for giving me the peace of mind that my mom is being taking care of after hours and treating her with the upmost respect. Also the food has been great housekeeping wonderful; housekeeping comes in every day once a day. In my opinion if you are needing a short term rehabilitation I highly recommend desert cove. I've been a volunteer at Desert Cove for a little over a year. This loving and truly kind facility works hard to provide top-notch care for the residents while giving them a feeling of hope. I see it in the extra services like bingo, painting and crafts, singing and worship. The staff work very hard to make residents feel hopeful - an important part of life affirmation and hope. From the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted to the feeling you get when you see the residents smiling and visiting with each other - it's a comforting and loving atmosphere. read more

I didn't realize I could share photos or I would have taken some. I trusted this facility to provide the basic level of care for my mother for the Memorial Day weekend. We came home and picked her up after two days. They couldn't even accomplish that. Thank goodness she's verbal and of sound mind and was able to tell us about her experience. First, toilet was plugged with crap the entire stay. "Maintenance" never came. She is semi-ambulatory after her stroke and they told her just to go down the hall. It was a real struggle for her. Next, the tv didn't work. No chair in the room for sitting. No assistance provided with clothing, dresser drawers were filthy, the CNA told her to make her own tea.I provided egg bites for my mom's breakfasts. Her favorite thing to eat. When I checked her in Patricia wrote her name on them And how long to microwave them and said the nurse would bring the for her breakfast. Didn't happen. When I picked her up today I asked her for them. They were shoved in the back of the fridge with none missing. I got a weak apology. How hard is it to find good care? Check this place WAY off your list if you care for your loved one at all. read more

Not sure how this facility is able keep open. Mom was a patient at Desert Cove just under 2 months, and while there were some good CNA's and LPN/RN's there weren't enough to fully staff the facility. Family ended up doing much of the care, including changing her brief and making sure her undergarments were dry. Her stay ended as poorly as it began with Lauren, from social services. She called to set up a meeting planning for discharge, but she never showed. I witnessed a complete disregard for their patients and I will never recommend this facility to anyone. read more

This is not my first visit to desert cove, but recently (end of April) I was back at desert cove and noticed they have a lot of new staff, improvement in care and the management team was very professional. The new Executive director, Todd, was invested. I saw him walk the halls every day making sure we were getting the care and treatment needed. He personally answered call lights when he was out and about and it's very obvious this team has a genuine care for people. I would definitely send my love ones there!! read more

im begging you do not put your loved ones in this place! they dont answer call light when you need help g-d for bid you had an emergency you could die before staff came. my mother had 2 broken legs so she cant get up from bed and they know this. they leave you in bed 24/7 and maybe get you up for pt for 30min with other patients therapist is working with. i myself been in nursing field over 40 years and never seen such a horrific place. ive had many different titled employees tell me either how bad it is to im new they have zero direction. i can go on and on i wish i can post a picture of my mothers butt to see the fungal infection she has and bedsores from this place. they will have you take your loved ones ama (against medical advice) if you leave with your loved ones. to top it off my mothers is a diabetic and they have given her regular trays with her sugar being 365 and above! please dont take this anyway other than information on a daughter reporting to you what care this place gives. i had to call 911 today its not good. im calling state and adult protective services on this place. very sad to have my mother calling me all hrs of day and night of " i need water i have no water" "please call them im sitting in poop for hours" "please call them im soaked in urine" oh and when you call the main number most of time nobody answers phone doors are locked at 630pm im sure you can see what kind of place this is. do not put your loved ones here as you will be posting a repeat unfortunately like mine. blessing to you all. stay well read more

My sister was placed at this facility June 2023. During her short stay, she fell out of her wheelchair due to negligence of a CNA! He was pushing her too fast and did not have her feet rest attached! He admitted her fall was his fault but, that did not help my sister! My sister complained about her rear end hurting, I took her to the restroom and discovered sores on her butt!!! I brought this issue up to the nurse, she said the sores are caused by her sitting in her urine too long! My sister is not used to urinating on herself! Many times, during the night, she turns on the RED button asking to be taken to the restroom . She was told " pee in your pull-up, that's what it's for" or "tell whoever is given you liquids during the day to come and take you to pee"! I actually wrote on a white board in her room "my sister does NOT like peeing on herself, please take her to the toilet!" The urine smell, once you pass the entrance, is so strong that you really need to wear a mask to breathe!!! The day nurse wrote in her chart to add cream on her butt daily. The sores went away however, the cream in NOT being added as directed in her chart! Most recent incident is the worst! She fell in the bath/ shower room while in the care of Paula, CNA sept 16th. Paula actually lied saying my sister was sliding down therefore she placed her on the filthy floor to prevent the fall! When my sister was asked, she said "No, I fell"! After further questioning, Paula was lying plus I later found out she has dropped several residents. Some ended up with bad injuries! I know that if I were not there to notice the blood on her forehead, this incident would have NOT been documented! I'm in the process of gathering all her medical records and actual images of her X-rays as she's showing signs of possible neck injuries!! There are some really good, caring people there however, the few bad apples way over shadows the good! I would rate Desert Cove -star if I could! read more

I do NOT recommend this facility! My father was there for a little less than a week. They are extremely short staffed so the workers are overwhelmed. They are supposed to be checking on patients every 2 hours but that doesn't happen. My father expressed that one of the nurses was mean and when addressed we were told that nurse is a good nurse but isn't that caring. The last day he was there my father fell out of his bed and due to his condition was unable to get up on his own. Who knows how long he was on the ground. The nurse said he threw up all chocolate and coke but she doesn't eat that way and was upset that he was given those foods. He later threw up again and it was not the food, but blood and he later passed away. We then contacted the facility about his belongings and were told someone would call back. It took 4 calls before we could even talk to someone. Prior to this review, I tried to speak to the Director and/or case worker but neither is ever available. read more

I was sent to this horrible place for rehab following hip replacement surgery. 95% of staff did not have ID. I requested means to freshen up after arrival. I was taken to the shower room, put in a shower stall, the CNA turned the water on, and left. The water was cold, the room was cold and I was shivering. Finally, she came back in the room, blamed me for not turning the water to warmer. There was NO way I could reach the valve. She turned the valve to a warm and left again. I did the best I could to shower and wash my hair. I had to keep running the water over myself to keep warm. She finally came back in and took me back to my room. The controls for nurses did not work, did get that fixed. No help with any of my personal needs. My medication was mixed up, one med. was to only half the tab, the Nurse ( I had to ask her what her title was ) brought the whole tablet, she did not know one med from another. I was to be given a blood thinner; at 5:30 am a Nurse (I think) give me the injection, at 7:30 another nurse (?) brought the injection of blood thinner and attempted to give it to me. No choice in meals, in instructions on how to receive meals. I have CHF so, low salt, and I have allergies. The meals were just brought in carry-out containers. The evening meal consisted of ham that was so-o-o salty I could not eat it. The worst thing was the BLACK MOLD in the bathroom and a hole under the sink covered with plastic. I do not know how this place ever passed the State Board of Health. I am highly allergic to mold. I called my son and had him come and get me. I checked myself out and he brought me home. I was unable to get manipulate to get more and better pictures due to surgery. I could not take any more because a CNA came into the bathroom and caught me. I had told every staff member that came into my room about the mold, NO comment. This place is a disaster. This place was awful. Took up to 6 hrs to get a pain pill. I fell on the bathroom floor and dented my head and they shined a flashlight in my eyes and put me back to bed. Also they over/drugged me with oxycodone, and morphine. That caused me to be out of it for about 5 days. We only got 1 shower for 30 days. Took 4 days for us to get fresh wash rags, towels to be put into our bathroom. Also a impossible time trying to get MRI's or reports to my specialist. They would lie and say they hand delivered the reports.... which we found out they didn't even have them to deliver. There's more, but with what i typed here....you make the decision as to your health. read more

What a disgrace of what they call a "Skilled Nursing Facility." My dad was there 28 VERY LONG DAYS. My mother passed away February of this year and my brother and I live in Pinetop, 3 1/2 hours away. My dad had fallen and fractured his back in three places. I arrived the first day there and helped to get him settled. That weekend went ok and I returned the next weekend to a man heavily sedated, wearing a diaper, urinals full around him, garbage on the ground, dirty sheets, not bathed, hadn't brushed his teeth in a week and hallucinating. I asked his "nurse" what happened to him? How long had he been hallucinating? She responded with, "he's hallucinating?" Which told me that no time was spend with my Dad. I asked to see his med record and found three drugs not approved by me that were sedatives. I think that since I only came down on the weekends that they can just the sedate and diaper my dad and leave him in a comatose state. The staff was below average and some extremely rude. I called my dad after his doctors appointment to see how it went and could not get a hold of him. So I finally called the nurses desk around 630 that night. His appointment was at 1:30. I was told by his nurse that they had found him. And I replied, "What do you mean you found him was he lost?" So when he went to his appointment at 1:30, his blood pressure dropped and they took him back to Chandler Regional, and nobody at Desert Cove gave it any thought to the fact that my dad had been gone for six hours!!! Hell, he could have been dead in the bathroom that long! The next night I spoke to my dad and he did not have any empty urinal, but there were four bottles full around him. So I attempted to call the nurses station 13 times and was hung up on and told when I asked what their names were, "Good luck with that." and hung up on me again. I ended up calling Chandler PD to go to a wellness Check on my dad. A nurse finally came into the room while I was speaking with him on speakerphone basically told my dad I'm giving your medication and the type of insulin he does not use and he told her that he did not use that and she said, "you will get it and like it." Then the Director of Nursing came into my dad's room on Wednesday morning and told him you have to leave today. And here's a man who can't walk without assistance. Can't get up by himself and they were gonna kick him out and they claimed it was because of insurance, but they would work some magic and get him to stay longer. I came down and removed him and come to find out he fractured his back in 2 more places while in their care. They never ordered an X-ray, MRI, contacted me with info, kept my Dad apprised of issues and things happening. The next day at Mercy Gilbert, my Dad was a different man. Their "Skilled" nurses are more like "unskilled" workers who lack compassion, empathy and don't know anything about healthcare and medicine. Do not put anyone you care about and love in this place. what I would like is not your lame response that you respond to everybody who has a bad experience why don't you reach out to your patient to the person who is there or the family members? What you do is what you have done the entire time my dad was there. You put the blame you put the pressure the responsibility on the actual person who was there. So why don't you step your game up be proactive I will go ahead and take this to the next level. read more

Hoible center. My 93 year old grandmother was recovering from surgery. She had to get up four times to urinate buy herself one night because calls for help were ignored. Shes not supposed to walk unassisted but had no choice. Four times!!!!!!! We took her out oh there the next morning. Close your doors if you can't do your jobs. read more

Walked in to deliver food. 50 signs on the door yet the employee felt the need to give me an attitude although I've never been here. Would never send any relative here could only imagine how the staff treats its residents. Just for simply pulling a door handle I caught a huge attitude. Imagine the abuse the residents experience. My wife spent six weeks recovering from a fracture just above her left knee which required extensive re-hab. She was treated as family. Every member of the staff that we came in contact with was kind, caring, skillful and dedicated. The level of motivation of everyone was amazing. I was at Desert Cove from 10-15 to 12-30 after a horrific car accident with no use of both legs and left arm, bedridden for 3/4 of my stay. I relied heavily on the staff needless to say. I thought the nursing staff was excellent, attentive and professional as well as the CNA,s who worked tirelessly and with great attitudes. The PT/OT staff who helped in my recovery was outstanding and kept a smile on my face during a difficult recovery. Considering what these people have to put up with on a daily basis I was glad I was at Desert Cove. Yes, of course there were bad days for many of them but not many and I would have expected more considering their job! I would recommended Desert Cove but I would also recommended you make sure you understand the services they provide, seems that many issues surfaced when expectations by the patient didn't align with the service level provided. My mother has unfortunately been a patient in this long-term nursing facility for approximately 1.5 years. They have HIGH TURNOVER. I have tried to speak to EVERYONE about my concerns to NO avail (from nurses, director of nursing, nurse practitioner, executive director). No one will resolve issues. No one cares!!! I do NOT recommend this facility. My mother receives POOR care: poor hygiene care, dental care (I've actually had aid "Paula" tell me: "I don't have time to floss your mother's teeth.") My mother has lost considerable weight, and my mother has complained of HUNGER! I plan to move my mother ASAP! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!...RUN! The food is excellent especially compared to hospital food. I had an especially good experience with my roommate. He is a young gentleman 1/3 of my age exactly and I had a great experience with him in our journey during our stay. The nurses are professional and mostly Johnny on the spot. My case manager Tat was friendly and very helpful during my stay. My elderly relative recently fell and was taken to emergency. She stayed at a hospital downtown Phoenix for a few days before the doctors recommended for her to be transferred to an acute rehab hospital. However, her Medicare Advantage insurance company United Healthcare refused to follow the doctors' advice and sent her to skilled nursing center instead. They did that in a hurry so we didn't have time to check out and choose a nursing center. By looking at the online reviews, at first I was nervous about her coming to Desert Cove, but the experience turned out very positive. Sandy, the executive director, was very kind and arranged accommodation for my relative to feel comfortable. Karly, Ryan, Chaney, Megan, the occupational therapists and physical therapists, were very good and motivational. At a nursing center, my relative only got 1 time/day of therapy (as compared to 3 times/day at an acute rehab hospital), but with their help, she got better and was able to walk within a short two weeks. The doctors and nursing staff were friendly, helpful, worked hard and treated her with respect, and to name a few, Dr. Kane, PA John, Patrice, Kassidie, Linda, Angel, Chandra, Clementine, Rhonda, Feluna, Renee, etc. sorry so many terrific nurses I didn't get to meet all of you when I visited. Another shout out to the friendly front desk receptionists and Jose from Netcor. Desert Cove facility is aged but kept clean by the staff, and the food is decent. They have flexible visiting hours which helped us a lot. They also took Covid protection measures seriously. Visitors were asked to wear X95 masks and face shield, both of which they provided. Only request I have for company management is to give a cosmetic make-over to the building interior and exterior and improve the gym equipment. You already have a great staff, investing in the facility will supercharge Desert Cove to another level. At discharge time, my relative insisted on getting the Desert Cove staff some flowers and chocolate as a thank-you gift. Our family are very grateful of your help and treatment during this difficult time. read more

I naively placed my Mother at Desert Cove in Chandler. Recently she was transferred to another facility after 2 CNA's dropped her while she was mid-air using a Hoyer lift. She fell backwards landing on her head and right shoulder. To add insult to injury they did not take the initiative to ensure that an appointment was made with a Specialist for her injuries as per Emergency Room Doctors instructions. Due to the negligence of them not properly securing her into the Hoyer, she sustained injuries, including a fractured clavicle. You would hope that they would ensure her health and well being after such a traumatic incident, quite the opposite. Interviewing her and subtly blaming her for their negligence less than 24 hours later. Our request for an immediate transfer was once again delayed due to their inability to property administer a Covid test in a timely manner. Furthermore, in the 10 months she was in their care her health drastically declined. She was subjected to Nurses that negatively spoke openly within her ear shot of not only her own care but other Patients. She contracted COVID-19 weeks after they shut down their facility to visitors and made the news for their large number of cases and deaths. Excuse after excuse was made in regards to any questions or concerns I had during this time. Please do not put your loved ones under the care of Desert Cove. When all is said and done they do NOT care about their Patients, nor do they care of the families that are absolutely devastated to know of their mistreatment of a beloved family member. Do your research. Ask questions. Be prepared to be your family members strongest advocate if you decide to place them here. Please do not assume that they have their best interest at heart, at the end of the day it will end in one lone phone call done over speaker phone and legal talk to cover their negligence and dismal attempt to take care of your medically fragile loved one. read more

I have a relative in Desert Cove, Chandler, AZ for a few years now. My major complaint is that the company needs to pay their employees more and hire more help. They can't seem to hold onto people, so a few problems exist. The facility is decent; the food is okay, the employees, nice. However, what I find frustrating is that having a senior relative that can't walk to be forced to wait 10 to 15 minute to be helped to the bathroom because there isn't enough help. Many times my relative has had to relieve herself in her 'Depends' This is ridiculous. I've asked my relative for the last six months, "Are you getting help to exercise so you can get stronger to walk on your own?" And she/he responded, "No, they have that girl doing everything but what she was hired for." I've been in conversations with the staff about the nurse's assistants and they say the same thing, not enough pay for many to stick around. Does the facility really want their patients to become strong enough to leave and become independent or at least strong enough so they can walk around the facility on their own? I wonder. read more

I was here for 7 weeks last year from September to the end of October. The staff was nice the CNAs were very caring and helpful I had my room cleaned everyday. The food was amazing and filling. I always asked for seconds with no problem! RNs also caring as well l recommend Michelle and Anthony if your in the west wing. The occupational therapists were helpful too getting back into routine again. The physical therapy is worth it especially the man who helped me walk again Jason Robles. He told me to use my judo martial arts skills to help with my mobility and it worked. I haven't been this healthy since I was 18 and 23 during my training days I wished say thanks but this covid19 situation. I wish him, michelle, and anthony the best of luck God bless. read more

My mother was assigned this facility from Chandler regional hospital. She was not well. The daytime nurses and aids were very good. They did seem to pay attention to her needs. The night time nurses did not provide the same level of care. She passed away in the evening at the facility. I spoke to her just before her passing and she said she needed help and her call light had been on for 3 hours, she had not received her nighttime medications. I was on my way to the facility when I received a call that something had happened and the fire department was on the way. Upon arrival, the fire department explained very well what had happened. The nursing staff did not interact outside of a "we are sorry for your loss", when I asked how do we transport her after a bit of time, I was told "I don't know, I guess you can google some place". The facility will not return calls to me about the care they received. All all possibilities, please do not send your loved ones to this facility read more

My stay here was great, everyone from the nurses to my case worker Barb we're very friendly and made my stay very welcome. The food was good, they made sure I had atleast double the portion which was awesome!! The nurses always checked up on me and made sure I was taken care of which was sweet. I just want to say to everyone that was there To all the nurses... Thank you for making me feel welcome & making sure I was okay To Barb just wanted to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart you did everything for me even though it hard but you made me happy. The staff at Desert Cove is overwhelmed and understaffed. Response time to patient requests is slow and the staff Doctor was non-existent. They completely disregarded our Advance Directives time and time again and we had to literally fight for my fathers patient rights. At $185 per day better rehab centers are available. Convenient location but not recommended. read more

This place is dirty and sad. I don't feel like my dad received adequate care and attention here. People were literally screaming in the halls all night long. The food was disgusting - my dad wouldn't eat it. I would never send a family member here again. read more

My mother was in this facility for a few days. She was supposed to be there for at least a month. It was so bad that she requested to be allowed to go home instead of staying there where she, supposedly, could be cared for. Facility was dirty. Bathroom sink was stopped up, and bathroom floor was flooded. Food was horrendous, and often cold when served. Nursing staff was very inattentive, seemed not to care at all for the welfare of their charges. Medications not delivered on schedule. I would give this place zero stars if I could. My Mom came to Desert Cove after having a serious brain injury. We were extremely happy with all of the therapists. They truly cared for my Mom and showed compassion for her along with making great improvement in her mobility and swallowing. The nurses were truly kind and on top of all of her medicines and daily care. Tat, her case manager was also wonderful. She truly cares for her patients and made a big difference for my Mom. My Mom was released after making a big improvement and is now in assisted living. I would highly recommend Desert Cove for your loved one. Debbie read more
