This company removed 6 date palms from my yard. They were hours late and during the removal, one of the palms rolled off their truck. The next day, they began sending messages for payment when I was trying to find out from the contractor who arranged for their service why the invoice was so much higher than the cost I was quoted. All of this was happening at the end of week and into the weekend. Then on a Sunday morning, this crane operator called me demanding payment which I had already mailed once I received clarification on the invoice. It had barely been 48 hours since the work was performed. I wouldn't work with this company again. read more

He put together a plan tailored specifically to our needs--without trying to upsell or nickel-and-dime us. We ended up with high-quality, American-made AC units: a 4-ton and a 3.5-ton system. The entire installation took about two days, during which we also replaced all the returns and supplies in every room. When your man on the cherry picker started removing palm fronds he dropped two on my gazebo roof and they busted through. I yelled at the trimmer and he was careful after that. I went next door to talk to the foreman, and one of the workers said he would stop by and talk to me. Later the guy from the cherry picker came over and used a blower to clean my patio deck. But all your trucks along with your foreman left and did not talk to me. I sent you an email telling you all about this on Friday evening, Sept 6th. It is now Wednesday, Sept. 11th and no one has contacted me. I told you the damage in on the inside of the gazebo next to the fence. and to replace the two damaged panels all the panels would have to be removed to get to them. I figured labor and material to be $100. It would be nice to hear from you. I hope you treat other neighbors better when you trim trees next door.

On the other side, a foot away from a concrete inground pool. Passing through this tight spot was an underground irrigation system AND also electrical cables for landscape lighting. I was so scared something was going to go terribly wrong. But Alex had a very unique tool - he says he's the only one in the Valley with it - that allows him to cut up the stump more carefully and deftly without nearby damage. He showed me the hole when he was done so that I could see the stump was GONE. Now, you'd never even know there was a tree there. If you need a tree and stump removed *carefully* from a particularly difficult spot, Alex and his crew excel at that and are superb.
