Thought our trip was done for and we were about to get stuck paying crazy out-of-town repair prices. Found Jessie the mobile mechanic on Yelp, gave him a call, explained the situation, and he immediately said he could come to us and fix it on the spot. He quoted me a fair price over the phone and actually kept his word -- which sadly is rare these days. Him and his wife showed up quickly, replaced the radiator fast, and had my family back on the road with almost no interruption to our trip. Sad to see reviewers abuse this platform like it's social media to freely use derogatory remarks influenced by their own unresolved personal issues, possibly related to identity and rejection. These internal conflicts seem to be externalized through hostility and inappropriate behavior like posting on a Yelp page to get attention. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE TO GET WASHED IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!!!…read more My wife took our car here to get washed, as soon as she got home I noticed deep scratches/gouging on the driver side quarter panel and some lighter scratching on the hood. Of course I freaked out and asked my wife what happened. She being a very trusting person did not do a walk around of the car after getting it back. The car was fine when she left the house, she drove directly there and directly home after so there is no possibility the damage came from anyone/anywhere else. We tried calling them immediately but they were closed for the day by that time. We left voicemails/texted them, they never responded back and after leaving the voicemail every time we tried calling we were forwarded to voicemail, we had to call their other locations multiple times just to get them on the phone. Once we finally got ahold of them the manager was absolutely dismissive and said they were watching video and would get back to us. The owner then called back and for some reason thought we had an issue with scratches on the windshield, we let him know that was not correct and explained the issue to him..he said he would watch the surveillance footage and call us back. We never got another call back and tried calling them back multiple times over the next 2 days. Because we never got a call back my wife went in today to try and get it resolved. The owner is absolutely trying to deny responsibility for the damage. It's a brand new car only purchased a few months ago. The owner has no integrity whatsoever and refuses to take any accountability. Just know that if anything happens to your car while getting washed there they will not do the right thing and will screw you over. So I guess I have to make a police report about it and see what path we have to take going forward to try and get this resolved. If you have a nice new car and care about it DO NOT GET IT WASHED HERE!!!!!! Terrible business!
