Unbelievably bad!. It took several tries to get them to balance my system. First, they argued that they were not responsible because of the preexisting ductwork and asked for three thousand dollars more!. They still have not touched up the paint they damaged (photo). I discussed this with the general manager and I thought we had an agreement. Instead of finishing the job, they have filed a mechanics lien. I am hoping this post will prompt them to finish the job so I can pay them. It appears the company is making unprofessional and irrational decisions. read more

First, the technician asked if they could record our conversation -- that immediately raised a red flag for me. Typically, companies record calls to protect themselves from customer disputes, so it made me think they must be getting quite a few complaints. Second, while the technician was on the roof, I could clearly hear the conversation with the service manager, as it was taking place directly above my office. The manager was pushing the technician to upsell additional work. When the technician came back down, I was told I had two faulty capacitors and no coolant, even though both units had been filled just two months earlier. The technician also claimed there was a leak that would require at least six gallons at $120 each. They replaced the bad capacitors but couldn't repair one of the units due to a bad motor, so they removed one capacitor and only charged me for the other. Later, I called my regular A/C technician--the same one who had filled the coolant--and he confirmed that: There was no new capacitor in either of the units. There was no leak and both systems were still full of coolant. When I realized I'd been charged for a part that was never replaced ($235 for a part that costs less than $20), I contacted the service manager. They asked for proof, which I provided (including photos of the units and the old capacitors), but I never received a refund or a follow-up. Do NOT use this company. My reliable A/C technician said they used to be legitimate under the previous owner, who was always honest and reputable. Unfortunately, since the new owner took over, things have completely changed. He's been hearing from many customers who feel ripped off--and now I see exactly why. read more

Breeze air conditioning is the best. The service department called when they were on their way. I know this seems typical nowadays but it's still a nice service. Abraham was extremely helpful going above and beyond the regular service that was needed. He listened to my concerns, fixed the one problem and made recommendations for me to consider. No pressure to purchase any additional parts or service. He even got up on his ladder and pulled down a grate cover that didn't necessarily need any attention, except for some dusting. We arrived at a relative's home on a Saturday in 100'+ weather to find the a/c broken. This relative was a long-time customer of Breeze. Over the next 24 hours, we called Breeze several times, explained that it was nearly 90' in the house and that this was a dangerous situation. They repeatedly promised us that we were a priority and we would receive a call back soon with a technician's time of arrival. By Saturday evening, with no updates, we called them again. They said they no longer had anyone available, but we were still a priority and they would call Sunday morning before 9:30 am to let us know when on Sunday they would arrive. By Sunday afternoon with no phone call, we again called them only to be told that no one was available and they would try to send someone during the week. So it appears to us that they strung us along all weekend even knowing we were in a dangerous situation. Monday morning we called a different company who understood the urgency. This new company was at the door in two hours and had the problem fixed in less than an hour We are done with Breeze. read more

Really disappointed in Breeze especially as a 20+ year customer. Not any longer! Had Breeze bid on a mini-split this March and they came in the highest. So as long term customers we gave Breeze another chance this past week when one of our two AC units failed. Not only were they higher than all others, their sales rep, Brandon, was a "no-show, no-call" after confirming an in-person estimate appointment. Guess Breeze is really just what the name implies, "hot air". Stay away from them. There are other HVAC companies that actually appreciate their loyal customers. read more

Need to replace an old HVAC system, and Breeze Air provides a very fair price for the new system, much better than other companies that are expensive and do not visit the house to check everything. The sales person named Brandon is very nice and knowledgeable. The 3 person installation team did a great job with 110 degree plus weather, clean and detailed work. Breeze Air has their own metal shop and made the customized duct transition make the system work better, also the filter box is nice and easy to change air filter. I had someone from Breeze Air Conditioning come out a few weeks ago on Friday April 7 to check my air conditioning coil and freon. He said that I need a new coil and freon. He said he will send us a quote on Monday morning. Four weeks later & I still have no quote.I called them and sent them an email. Please stay away from this company. How can you trust a company does not even bother to give you a quote. A new coil & freon is over $3,000. I guess they felt they did not want the business. I am glad!!! read more

I did a complete remodel on a large home. I would never recommend my General Contractor. Unfortunately with Breeze just their association with this General Contractor is a problem for me. Just a feeling because they refuse to share documents that they are hiding something from me. Breeze installed like 10 units and I'm have issues of a capacitor going bad and labeling issues where a 3rd party programming a Crestron went haywire. My other issue with Breeze is sharing what I was charged since I'm getting the feeling Breeze is protecting the General Contractor as he probably added another mark up besides the 20% contractors fee I was paying. read more

Breeze Air was amazing. We had a wine cooler unit where the compressor went out. They attempted to resolve by seeing if any less expensive parts were the culprit but they were not. As a result the whole unit needed to be replaced. Abraham was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks ago, on a Sunday, my A/C stopped working...it was time. I reached out to a couple of A/C companies Monday morning (outdoor temps were in 115-120's). BREEZE Air Conditioning called right back, gave me a great quote within 30 minutes, informed me it would take a couple of days to get the A/C Carrier I wanted. This was fine as the A/C in the other part of the house was still working...that too was installed by BREEZE. My new A/C arrived as they told me, the put me on the schedule for a Saturday morning installers arrived 5 minutes early, crane arrived shortly after and I had operating NEW A/C in 2 hours. Brandon in sales was on top of things, he communicated with me through the process, Eddie, Jerry and Pedro did the install, they were excellent. I called in at 7am to get an appointment the same day since my AC went out last night. They let me know that they will check in with me later for availability. I received a call at 10am letting me know that I could get a technician today. Abraham showed up at 1pm and he was very nice. He helped me with my AC by checking everything to make sure it was working. It turned out to be a capacitor that was bad which he showed me the reading and everything. After he replaced it, he helped me with cleaning my coils. He is just a genuine nice person and I will definitely use Breeze for all AC problems in the future. I highly recommend them. read more

This business is one of the worst I have encountered since moving to the desert. The service technicians are not the problem. The office ad accounting department IS the problem. Beware! They will send you recurring invoices (which you've paid), and you won't be able to get a live person to talk with on the phone. The invoices you receive may from 6 or 8 months AFTER you paid them, and then you have past due charges added. I signed up with Breeze to get on their annual maintenance plan, after reading good reviews. It is $140. a year, and they will come and check your heating in the winter, and your a/c in the summer. The $70. each time only covers the visit. They will add on different charges, which you will have to ask about. On my last visit, the technician simply put in a new a/c filter (wrong size, for which I was charged $16.75), and tinkered with my a/c unit for a total of $147.15. Buyer beware, you have been warned. Better to find a personal referral, and get someone that owns their own business, that will give you the straight scoop, rather than Breeze, who act like a big box store for air conditioning. read more

Today I came home around noon to find my compressor had shut down and inside the fan was blowing warm around. He immediately saw the problem and having 6 yrs experience in this field, he had it fixed, back up and putting out 53 degree air inside in less time than he thought it would take. He was clear, organized, and quick. All of my questions answered. By the end of the day I had a couple of optional quotes in my email mailbox. Everything that was promised was done efficiently with initiative, on time, with friendly service from the construction crew. I felt like they really cared about my home, comfort and satisfaction-- not just install and leave.
