Customer service sucks the really don't respect the order you get there, I got there first even an employee told me the alignment guy would be arriving in a few minutes to only have some big fat foo pull up after me that seems to be they homie. Employee even came back to ask me who arrived first knowing dam well he spoke to me first but then they fat homie got all mija talking about he was there first. THEY DONT RESPECT THE ORDER YOU ARRIVE. I got there for an alignment and only one car was there on the machine in front of me, while waiting 2 cars arrive that are their friends so then they tell me that there's actually 2 cars I front of me after I waited 30 minutes to be next. Avoid these scammers. I went in for a suspension replacement and paid for Moog parts. 1st problem, sticky steering wheel, so I took it back and was told they needed to replace the ball joints again. While there to pick up my truck, I noticed they had used cheap Mevotech TTX ball joints instead of the Moog parts I paid for. When asked why he used the cheaper parts he lied straight to my face and said they were the same just a different color. Then to top it off, he wanted to charge me $350 for parts that were never discussed or approved. read more

Stopped by to purchase some tires. Walked in waited several minutes. The man out front was assisting someone with a transaction. He was busy...understandable. Waited a few more minutes and the man finished. I sat waiting, not even an acknowledgement. Went outside to the side to see if someone was available. Nothing. I wet back inside and waited, again. Still no acknowledgement by the men inside. So I left. Customer service is everything. A simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. read more

Been here a few times before to get new tires for my cars and truck they have very competitive prices and are fairly quick! Their customer service isn't the greatest but it's not bad either...I could always use improvement though, professionalism it's a long way. Over all though I come for the prices and as long as they don't give me bad customer service I will buy from them. Only reason they don't get a 5 start is customer service. read more

This is the best place in the whole high desert I always come here even though I live in San Bernardino its so worth the drive.

Bought a set of BF Goodrich tires today, which makes that a total of 4 sets of tires for different vehicles I have purchased from them. Each time we have gone, the mechanics have always had a smug attitude (chip on the shoulder because they work at a tire shop). After 4 buys, at approximately $4,300.00 spent here, I am definitely a familiar face to them. After the install today, I noticed there was a slight bit of rub, not a problem because I have tools to make it work at home. However, when we noticed the problem, the guy (dont know his name but hes got light colored eyes) disapeared! He was fully prepared in allowing me to drive home while the tires were hacking away at the inner front bumper either damaging my truck or the new tires themselves. One of the other mechanics came out and offered tools I was able to use to temporarily fix the problem so I can drive home. Basically, they dont have to worry about being a helpful facility because its nothing more than a "you pick it, they stick it" type of establishment. So, I have decided I will be shopping elsewhere due to their childish lack of respect for their customers, most definitely. Good luck to them and their business-local resident. read more
