My car had a flat tire recently. Tire was not fixable and had to be replaced. I called America's Tire to see if they had the tire brand and type that I need. The gentleman (Oscar) who I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock at this location at the time, but he was able to order it for me. Thanks Oscar! The tire arrived at this shop on the same day, but I couldn't head over here because I was about to head out of town that day. I had to wait until I got back from my trip. While I was away, I got a couple calls from this place to remind me that they have the tire and they were ready for me when I was available to bring my car in. That's great follow up service in my book! Thank you. On the day of my return, I drove here 15 minutes before closing time. Staff was friendly and nice. They were able to put the new tire on my car very quickly. The spare was pumped with air prior to it being placed back in the trunk area. Thanks for the quickness! While I was waiting, I observed their entire team at work. Every team member was working diligently in cleaning up and preparing to close shop. It was a very humbling sight. All the dudes are kind ! The service was quick (27 minutes). The associates were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wish I asked for the dude's name that helped me to shout him out. They're efficient together because I saw like ten people come in and they were gone before I even noticed my car was finished. I absolutely love this place!! Having been a loyal customer to this particular location for close to 25 years, I can truthfully say that I have had nothing but positive experiences. Every employee has always been so friendly, honest, & work harder than any other tire shop to give the lowest price. Last week I noticed a large piece of steel imbedded in the tread of my left front tire. Because I work down the hill I wanted to make sure if the tire couldn't be patched I asked if they could order a new tire just in case. I arrived Saturday at 3 & was approached by Guillermo. I explained what my situation was. He asked me to maneuver my steering wheel to expose the foreign object in my tire. It took him all of 5 minutes to pull it out and show it to me stating my tire wasn't damaged and did not need to be patched. He even refunded my $50 deposit for the tire they had to order. Very unprofessional & very bad business practices every time I go here. I went in for a nail in one tire and worker Cristian J. manipulated me into buying 4 new ones. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THESE MEN. They claimed the nail in my tire was previously punctured before, which it wasn't. And that it was patched wrong so they wouldn't let me leave unless I bought a whole new tire or if I wanted a "better" deal to just buy 4 new ones altogether. I told them I don't need new ones but they continued to claim my thread was completely worn out so "might as well" change them all & that they can't put my old tire back on so I could not leave. They over charged me $400 a tire when I did not need them. My thread still had half its life and when I said that, they proceeded to keep lying to me that I still need all new tires. All the men there are liars and scammers who take advantage of unknowledgeable young girls and provide services that are not needed for more money. read more

The service at this location was on point honestly. Every customer was greeted asked how they are doing. They guided us into our bay with our name on the white board. They gave us the exact time of wait. I had an appointment for new tires. Within 5 mins of arrival my vehicle was in the bay lifted getting new tires. Beware of questionable practices. This is the second time my wife has gone to America's Tire for a simple nail in her tire, and the second time their techs claimed to have found a "razor blade" in the sidewall--insisting she needed to buy a brand-new tire. The first time, they wouldn't even let her leave without paying for a new one. The second time, they let her go, and we decided to get a second opinion. The shop down the street found no razor blade at all. Two visits, two suspiciously identical "razor blade" stories. That's enough to make me believe America's Tire was trying to pull the same stunt twice. Customers deserve honesty, not scare tactics. read more

I bought 4 brand new tires online and they called to keep me updated every step of the way. A month later, I had a blow out due to a pot hole in the road so I went back to Americas Tire and they ordered me a new one and replaced it free of charge (I did have have the extended insurance). I'm not sure that the owner of this company should be in the tire business. They are way too over cautious. I took my truck in to get the wheels rotated and balanced. Prior to doing any work, the service person goes outside and looks at my vehicle and tells me that they cannot do anything for me because the tire specs did not match the specs of my wheels. The weight rating of my 10 ply tires was slightly higher than that of my wheels. I wasn't even towing anything and I don't tow anything anywhere near the limit of my wheels. I ended up taking my business to Les Schwaub, they handled it without an issue. read more

These guys are amazing. Mostly guys and a female on the younger end but all are very respectful and professional. I mention this because good service is basically obsolete nowadays especially from the younger generation. It's so frustrating that most places don't understand the value of "great customer service" but these guys here absolutely do! Management here has done a great job putting such a great staff together at this location. I put 22" rims on my wife's Honda Pilot but wanted to go with a little bit bigger size of tires for a smoother ride for the wife, but not too big where she would have rubbing issues. Josh was the gentlemen that helped me out and was extremely helpful!!! I did some research on my own and was undecided between two different sizes. Josh offered to have both sizes ordered in and install each size on a separate rim so I can l test fit them before purchasing. This was awesome as it made me feel comfortable that regardless, I would go home with the correct size and fitment. Josh called me when both sets of tires arrived. I got out of work late so I arrived about 30-40 mins prior to their closing time. He test fitted them on the Honda Pilot and I was able to test them for rubbing before choosing the size I wanted to go with. They quickly got to work. I felt bad for the staff to have to deal with this at their closing time but everyone was super cool about it and didn't show any emotions of being upset as they ended up staying about 30 mins after closing to wrap my car up. Again, customer service so good I had to say "thank you" and write this review. I will never buy tires anywhere else other than America's Tire. To start with all four if my tires were covered under the road hazard I purchased, but when I had an issue with my tire such as a flat couple years later I was in the road and stopped in at the nearest America's tire thinking they should fix it I bought the road hazzard I'm good oh man was I wrong!!! Upon inspection of my tire the guy proceeds to tell me we can't fix your tire you need to buy a tire $200, and I said what! Why not all it needs is to be patched the nail was in the middle of the tire, but he says if we take off your tire we cant put it back on unless you buy a new tire I told him I'm not buying a tire I want it fixed why offer road hazzard and not honor it when I need it that makes no sense?. He says let's go look up your road hazzard as if I was lying to him I told him your trying to up sell me and I'm not going to buy a tire I'm telling you right now plus I do have road hazzard on all four if my tires. So we went inside and he kept insisting that I needed to buy a tire I stuck to my guns my thoughts were I'm going to ask for a manager I'm done with this guy when he says ok this is what I can do for you I'll honor your road hazzard (as if he was doing me a favor) give you a FREE replacement tire just buy a new road hazzard warranty, I chuckled I said sure let's do it. Needless to say I was in the right the entire time, but if you let yourself they will upsell you every time, and try to sell you a new tire no matter if you bought the road hazzard warranty or not they are ridiculous, but it been my experience that most locations of America's tire stores will do this they prey on the week so ladies don't go alone, because they will bust out a book with pics of different flat tires and explain why you need a new tire and can't patch up your tire it's a rip off. read more

I usually frequent America's tires in the west and discount tires in the east been coming here a long time. This is the second time I've been to this location I live .02 miles away 1 block. I had a flat and I drove 15-20 mph to get my tire fixed. Upon arrival the gentleman and I walk out to my car he looked at it and said sorry we can fix this I was like why he says well you have a heat ring. I said what? It looks fine to me it's. Side note* I'm in the car business and I buy cars appraise them daily for the past 10 years now and about 20 years in new car franchise dealerships for 20 years.. He said wel we can't fix it but we can put a new one on for you who's is 250 their price for a new one. We can't repair it because it might blow up on our techs blah blah blah. I kept rubbing it and staring at it it look like it had no damage whatsoever. Long story short I said ok we'll slap a new one on. Just put my old one in the trunk. After they put it on my car was done as I was pulling out . I asked if they had my old tire in the trunk the guy that guided me was confused of somthing I was literally in reverse for more then 5 minutes waiting for an answer and everyone kept looking at me and looked confused or Something so I knew Something was up and finally they put it in my trunk. I was like cool. Next day I went back to the Lexus store where I got my tires from when I got my car serviced to see if they can fix it. They were like oh yah that's not a problem and I pointed out to them the issue they said oh no that's not a problem it doesn't look bad at all, he said usually if it's bad they couldn't fix it and this was no problem at all and I should be good, and I'm like what wow that's crazy Well America's tires gave me a big deal about it this and that and was certain they couldn't fixed it. And while my tire was on the ground Then I noticed the tires were patched or plugged half way done.I was confused then I realize this is probably why it took so long for them to put the tire back in my trunk! Maybe the employees thought I was going to forget about the tire and they would fix it and make a couple dollars or somthing I was like wow this is shady! America's tires on Mariposa tried to pull on on me and tried to keep my property then tried to fix it for themselves when they said they can't this got me pretty upset. Moral of the story is beware of their selling tactics and get 2nd opinions then there's. I will never come back to this place. read more

Never coming here again I all ready had issues before at the other location near chickfila and so I decided to come to this location hoping they would be honest but no! I brought my wife's tire in to get it patched which was in a fixable spot and then all of a sudden it's "not repairable" and they said we needed to get another tire because they wouldn't be able to put air smh I took it to another tire shop sense I wasn't giving a dime to these scammers and come to find out one of the guys that worked at this other tire place said he use to work there and that "yes they scam and are shady" he said, he then checked the tire and it was fine and fixed it with no problem and its now working great!! So if you have tire issues definitely go anywhere but here!! They officially fully lost me as a customer smh. read more
