I was sent to a Camelback service location with subpar management. After reporting transmission and starter problems, I was told it would take five days to resolve. So, I showed him my ID and EIN letter and he asked questions. That part was fine. He said he'd be in touch within a day or two. About a week later, I emailed him and asked him what was up. He was apologetic and gave some BS excuse. I told him him I had a bunch of cash at home that I'd really like to deposit. He said he had to check with someone, or something along those lines. More days went by. I called him and left a message asking for him to call me back. Nothing. I deposited my money at another credit union today and can honestly say that dealing with AZOne CU was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life.
