I see alot of issues in the comments with this place BUT as someone who's been seeing Dr Moku and his office for some time now I can say I personally am really grateful for Dr Moku. His approach to solving what's wrong with you is sincere and he's a big sigh of relief when he's made his decision to take treating you on. I've had already one EGD done and will do a second shortly but he's real good at what he does, Ive also had good occasions with the office staff. His ladies have been purely nothing but help, whenever I need prescription filled or am calling in to schedule they are always on point for me... BTW... Thanks Natalie, your really the best!!! Clean facility, plenty seating and small amenities up front (Television, Water). On decent side of town and not run down. COVID rules and mandates apply here. Hand sanitizer and etc all located inside. Easy 10/10 for me

Horrible service! They always over book appointments and you can never see the doctor. I always end up seeing the medical assistant.

Making an appointment was easy and there was good communication before coming in. Everyone was nice and professional and the doctor did a great job listening and caring about the issue. The doctor was quick to react as well and offered to do the procedure the next day (although we ended up doing it a week later because of work.) Coming into the surgical center was easy, the person at the check-in desk was extremely nice and was not angry at all that we forgot the required paperwork. It was a bit annoying that they were running very behind. It was over an hour of wait time and apparently there was one patient who just decided to leave. Thankfully, we were early enough that we were only behind about an hour. The staff was apologetic and did give real updates, which I appreciate. The procedure went well and we got the initial images right away. The nurse was so nice and friendly. Can't say I'm looking forward to having to do this biyearly after 50 but at least I know a great place to come to to have it done.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to become a patient at this digestive institute. I was informed that my medical records needed to be transferred so that the physician could review them and determine whether they would take me on as a patient. I spent the entire week trying to follow up, leaving multiple voicemails and attempting to get an update. This is also contradictory to what I was told last week. At that time, I was told that Dr. Stone had availability in September, depending on which office location I selected. Based on that information, I chose to pursue care with Dr. Stone and went through the process of having my records transferred for review. I specifically chose Dr. Stone because I have been in and out of the hospital for the past two years dealing with ongoing digestive issues. I have seen multiple doctors who essentially placed me on PPIs without helping me get to the underlying problem or find meaningful relief. After hearing such wonderful things about Dr. Stone from a friend who spoke very highly of him, I finally felt hopeful that I had found a physician who might actually take the time to help me figure out what is going on. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff has been incredibly discouraging. Today, I finally reached the call center and spoke with Maevin. The interaction was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked to be transferred to the office or to a manager so that I could address my concerns, but my request was refused. I called back and, once again, reached Maevin, who answered the phone and then hung up on me. After finally reaching someone who allowed me to speak with a call center supervisor, Sophia, I was told that the office is currently at capacity and would not be taking me on as a patient. That was particularly confusing and frustrating given that I had been told just the week before that Dr. Stone had September availability, depending on the office I selected. What makes this even more upsetting is that I was not simply calling to ask for an appointment. I was trying to file a complaint about how I had been treated, and instead of being given the opportunity to speak with someone from the office or management, I was ultimately told that they would not take me on as a patient. I completely understand that medical practices have limited availability and cannot accept every patient. However, I find it extremely concerning that after being given information about availability, transferring my medical records, and spending an entire week trying to follow up, I was left feeling as though I was being denied the opportunity to receive care because of the way this situation was handled by the team. After two years of struggling to find answers and relief, I was genuinely hopeful about seeing Dr. Stone. It is incredibly disheartening to feel like that opportunity was taken away because of an experience with the office staff and call center. Patients who are already dealing with ongoing health problems should not have to fight this hard simply to get an answer or be treated with basic professionalism and respect. I sincerely hope the institute reviews how its call center and staff handle patients, communication, and complaints. The way this was handled left a very poor first impression and, unfortunately, may have prevented me from receiving care from a physician I had specifically sought out because I believed he could help me.

Dr Lyons asked about other symptoms, and I told him I felt somewhat bloated. Ended up getting charged $1000 when I went to my colonoscopy, which is supposed to be fully covered by insurance. Found out Dr. Lyons coded it wrong under "distention" rather than "screening". He refused to correct the coding, telling me it would be medical malpractice. I guess he skipped his law classes in school, because re-coding is a super common occurrence. I know as I run all IT operations for 2 large hospitals. He lied to me to my face about that, then didn't do the banding he was supposed to do, so I ended up being $1000 out for something that was supposed to be fully covered, and still didn't get the primary thing done I went in to see him for. I would recommend that you bypass CRC and go to a clinic that follows ethical standards, unless you have a lot of money you don't want.

And it had spread to the bowels and Lungs. And she had 30 days. Now we had just been to Henderson Hospital in Sept of 2020, and they told her she had fatty liver. So after an exam the Dr said she has 4 liver masses one compressing the IVC which is causing temporary issues. And they ran every test known to man. Came back with Fatty liver. No Cancer. We came back in December as my wife had thrown up blood. Turned out she had a bleed from Acid Erosion in the Eshaphugus. But Dr Frankels notes say a History of Cirrhosis, Alchol abuse... etc..etc. I have the Biopsys CT/MRI/PET all in hand and they all say Fatty liver. So ? And my wife was a non drinker.
