It was clean and the perfect temperature at about 98 degrees. The woman that helped us was helpful and very informative. She also volunteers for time to keep the hot springs, nice and clean. The bathrooms are very clean and look newly remodeled with cute lights. I can't wait to go back and try out the other pools. I would say don't listen to people that haven't been there in a while because they've definitely done a lot to improve their facilities.

Our particular room had a queen sized bed which was very comfortable, a decently sized bathroom with a separate sink, a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, toaster, sink, and dishes such as wine glasses and plates, and a living room area as well as a dining table. the room also had two nice tvs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. the hotel also has two pools, some games like billiards and bean bag toss, and hot coffee, iced tea, and water available in the lobby. there are also covered car ports for guests vehicles which is a nice plus. the air conditioner worked very well which was awesome as temperatures were in the triple digits throughout our whole trip so it was nice having a cool hotel room to get out of the heat in. the location is good, although it is not very walkable especially during the summer time as most things are about a half hour walk away. however, in terms of driving everything is very close by. ubers/lyfts are also quite affordable in Lake Havasu which makes for another good option for transportation. a downside would be that some of the electrical outlets, specifically by the bed were not working. also, we were not able to get cold water out of the faucets or shower at any point during the trip. after kayaking for a couple of hours i would have found a cool shower quite refreshing so it was a bit of a shame that that wasn't possible but also is understandable as many places struggle with cold water during the summertime in arizona. all in all, I would recommend this hotel as it was overall a fair price and nice place to stay with only very minor issues.

They have shallow pools for little ones, a deeper pool for older individuals & they also have a relaxing jacuzzi. Loved it! We also visited the movie theater next door.
