Desert Jets is thoughtful, courteous, general and professional. A month ago we landed at night right before closing in a single piston and they treated us like jet royalty. Everyone from the line to front desk was super nice and helpful, they helped us find a hotel and even lent us a car for the night because they had no crew cars. The next day we were delayed 4 hours for weather and they were nothin but kind and thoughtful. Offering us water and fresh oranges. I truly appreciated the attention of the staff and the facilities (they're building another building next store). World class service, I will be recommending them to everyone I meet! read more

I wanted to take a minute to both thank and rave about this team. A friend and I bought a 10-hour 'ride' with them at a fund raiser for The Girlfriend Factor, a local charity here in the desert that helps young women get resources for going to college. We flew with them this last Saturday May 6, to Las Vegas for the day and into the evening. The staff was fantastic -- professional, helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, everything you could want. The ride was great - beautiful interior, plenty of drinks and snacks, as smooth as possible here in the desert. They had donated their time and costs for the cause -- so it really was a win-win, and we had a fantastic day!! read more

Based in Greater Palm Springs, California, we provide personalized solutions to businesses and individuals for their travel needs. Our FBO and Maintenance services aircraft traveling to the Coachella Valley, and our jet fleet based in Southern California, serves the charter needs of customers traveling throughout the region and across the U.S. as well as to Canada and South America.

Desert Jet was formed in 2007 to provide air charter services at a higher level of quality, service and safety.

Meet the Manager: Jared F.

Jared was appointed CEO of Desert Jet and its business entities in 2019 and brings 25 years of aviation experience, across nearly every aspect of the industry. Jared was bitten by the aviation bug at an early age. By 14 years old he was flying planes out of the Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport near his home in Anna Maria Island, Florida. At 18, Jared began working for Delta Airlines and was quickly promoted to Operations Supervisor, the youngest to hold the position for the airline. In 1997, Jared transitioned into the general aviation world when he began working for an FBO in Sarasota. After completing a degree in International Affairs and Business Management at Florida State University, Jared joined another FBO in Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport. During this time, he also obtained a Commercial Certificate and an Instrument Rating. Jared moved to the west coast and joined American Airports Corp. and managed LA County airports before moving into the aircraft charter industry.
