We recently stayed at a Vacanza Stays property in Indio for a multi-generational family getaway, and it was absolutely perfect! Finding a home that comfortably accommodates a large group while keeping everyone entertained can be a challenge, but this property delivered on every level. ​Here is what made our stay so memorable: ​Resort-Style Backyard: The outdoor space was the ultimate highlight. Beware when making far-in-advance bookings with this company. Despite countersigned documents and multiple confirmations that the reservation price I booked at would be honored, this company cancelled my booking that I was looking forward to and made plans with friends for staying at. I even mentioned underpricing when confirming whether the price I booked at would be honored, and was assured that the price would in fact be honored. I thought this was a legitimate business and superhost, but I will obviously be avoiding this company in the future and taking my business elsewhere. As a lawyer, I personally find their practices shady. read more

We stayed at Park Heaven house in Coachella this past weekend. The house was perfect for our party of 16. We enjoyed the pool and arcade room. There were enough kitchen utensils and plates for all of us and there were plenty of pool towels as well. The house was clean and had all the necessities for our need. BEWARE! Vacanza Stays is money hungry, and an unreasonable host. So much so, that I cancelled my booking I reserved several months in advance. (Booked via Airbnb) 1. Once booked they will email you the house rules which include a full list for names of every person staying with you, including every vehicle, the driver of the vehicle, model, color and license plate number. Verifying information is fine but this request is ridiculous for someone looking to get together in large group when friends/family have not fully confirmed if they will be able to attend. (For reference the purpose of booking the stay was to celebrate a birthday as a group.) 2. They run criminal background and verify your identity through a video you need to take of yourself. If you don't trust people to stay at your locations to that degree then maybe you don't need to be a rental agency. 3. You can only get a full refund of your booking if you cancel within one day of booking. I tried to cancel nearly 2 months in advance and they denied my request. I understand if I would have canceled on the same week of the booking it wouldn't allow someone enough time to find guest and get paid, but their policy is you only get 50% of your payment. 4. They will charge you for things they don't include on their extensive house rules/listing. They wanted to charge me for my pet (which I included as part of my initial reservation). I made an update to the total members on my booking and it got submitted as a request to them. They then noticed I added extra members and an additional pet. In that moment they were requesting $150 per pet. I refused to pay for something they did not mention I had to pay for beforehand. That's unreasonable for someone who has such extensive screenings/listing. Overall it was such a annoying and stressful situation to deal with that I canceled. I couldn't imagine having to deal with them while vacationing. Will never book anything that is linked through Vacanza Stays again. read more

This was our first stay at the Fashion House in Indio. I must say, our stay and the service was amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and so fun. Nice touches - such as trash valet, air fryer range, 2 master bedrooms and lake view. The spool kept the kids entertained day and night!!! Lots of great things to do in the area specially if you are willing to drive a little - Slack City, Art Museums, beaches, great food, art installations, Vallarta grocery store, TKB, casinos, the Tram, etc... First of all the house decor is so beautiful they have so many cool picture frames of famous artists, this house and super clean and has 5 rooms and 3 baths all perfectly clean I recommend This is amazing home for any vacation. Absolutely horrible company and disgusting, filthy properties. Mold, algae filled pool, broken windows, lack of blankets, grimy floors, broken lights, a dead smoke alarm blaring the entire day starting at 4am. The list goes on and on with their houses. Don't waste your money! They refuse to fix problems that you complain about even if they're unsanitary. So we were left in hot Indio with no pool because they wouldn't clean it. We were so disgusted that we left a night early and they refused to refund us for it. It's a money mill where they don't care about their guests. Plenty of beautiful properties in the Palm Springs/indio area, so choose wisely and don't gamble your vacation on Vacanza. read more

We used this vacation rental for a stay in La Quinta with our family and dogs. There was 6 of us total and it was a great space! The only bad thing I have to say was the cleanliness, I'm a bit OCD so finding hair in places and some dirty areas in the kitchen wasn't great. The house "The Palmer Retreat" itself was beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend this property and the company. They're extremely responsive, you get an answer within minutes and a solution! Being able to text them was very handy. Stayed at a property in Indio and it was really spacious for our big group (could fit 12 people with everyone having a bed). Vacanza Stays was responsive and I appreciated their help with bringing a pet and adding people to the guest list. The property has a great pool and jacuzzi with umbrellas that you can put in the pool for shade. The kitchen was very well stocked with bowls, plates, utensils and cooking equipment and the dining table fits 8 which is much bigger than most! The pool table was a bit tilted but was great to have! I booked the Indio home to celebrate my 27th birthday and it was even more beautiful than the pictures! The house is spacious but cozy and can accommodate a big group. We spent almost every day of our vacation in the pool and jacuzzi. The pool is heated which is an A+ right away, and the jacuzzi is so relaxing and steamy. The beds are super comfortable, unlike most hotels and they also have a washer and dryer for our convenience. We definitely washed a lot of towels lol.
